The fear of death took over Beatriz.
"John!" she yelled as she ran to the kitchen, looking for something she could use as self defense. She found a kitchen knife and held it in front of her with a fearful look in her eyes.
John came running down from their office as fast as he could, worried that his wife had hurt herself. "Beatriz is everything alright??? Who was the person that was knocking earlier?" he asked, what he came to see as he entered the kitchen shocked him greatly. He did not expect his wife to hold a knife against the "defenseless" woman and even more that the woman had a smile in her face despite the situation she was in. Amanda let out a small laugh when she saw the reaction of Beatriz.
"Please, do not make your research public, it would be the best for the both of you. If you still wish to make the research public, we would have no choice but to silent the both of you" she said with a crazy look in her eyes and a smile that sent shivers up their spines.
Angered by this, John said "You are no one to tell us what to do, so leave or I will call the police".
Despite the warning, Amanda chose to ignore the warning, but the smile she had was now gone and was replaced by a murderous look. John picked up the phone and decided to call the cops, as soon as he picked up the phone, John's hand was shot through the window. Beatriz rushed over to her husband and tried to comfort him.
"AHH!!!" John yelled, as he hold his bloody hand.
Amanda took out a gun and pointed the weapon to John's head, "You should have listen to me to avoid this problem" she said. She shot him in the head and than she shot Beatriz in the stomach. John fell to the floor, life was leaving his eyes and all that can be heard are Beatriz's sobs. She could no longer move due to blood lost and was laying down on the ground. "I hope you die a horrible death" she said, as Amanda aimed to her head and shot her.

Two men walked into the house, one of them was the person that had shot John in the hand, they were waiting for Amanda's orders.
"Decapitate them and then drag their bodies to their room. Clean up the bloody mess." she said with a disgusted look at the blood that had got on her clothes. "Bring their heads, we need proof to show the boss, you can do whatever you want with the bodies after" she said coldly, as she left the house.
They started working making sure everything was done without a single mistake. After they took the bodies to their room, they cut of the heads, spilling blood everywhere and making a mess. One of the men said "Why don't we take an arm or something to feed the the dogs?", as he was looking at the bodies. "If you want to, go for it but you will do the work" he said, making throwing up noises.
The proceded to do everything quickly and efficiently as if they had done this a million times. It was a gruesome sight, blood filled the room and in the middle lied two bodies that were unrecognizable and were missing limbs.
A small mistake was made by the men, for one of them had dropped the knife they used for decapitating the bodies.

Jay threw up after seeing this, it was a horrible sight and not only that, since he used his ability, he had severe headache. He felt horrible, it pained him that the couple had died, they seemed like people that only wanted the best for society.
Aria saw this and walked over to Jay, "Are you alright?" she asked.
Aria was 24 years old, she was kind and talented. Many men in her division had already fallen in love with her. She was very beautiful, so beautiful that men from other divisions stopped by just to say hi.
"I'm fine" said Jay coldly, as he lifted his head.
When he looked up to her, he thought 'she is very good looking' but it didn't matter to him, for he wasn't the type to fall in love easily or just by looks. "It's terrible inside there" she said in a small voice, she found it hard to be near blood but she could handle it.
Jay got up and walked away, he decided to look for where the man had dropped his knife, he had dropped it outside making it harder for him to find it. He had a general idea to where the knife was and started looking for it. After a few minutes he found the knife, he pulled out a plastic bag and glove, and used to safely secure the evidence. He took the bag and handed it to Steven, "This is the knife I assume that was used to take apart the bodies sir" he said.
"Very well, where was the knife located?" he asked as he took a out board with a piece paper and a pen, ready to write the information. "I found it outside sir" Jay responded, and went up to the scene and looked around. Then he went to the office were the couple were working in his vision, looking for any documents that caused their deaths but it seems that the men took everything to avoid leaving any traces.
The only evidence they managed to retrieve was the knife, which halted the case severely. After a few hours of examining the scene the detectives decided to leave the scene and write their finds.

Jay had a massive headache and wanted to rest but he had write and send his findings to his superiors.
"How was the case?" Leo asked as he sat next to him. "Gruesome and not many evidence was found" Jay said in a tired voice, as he started writing a detailed report about the case.
"You look horrible" Leo said as he was trying to lighten the mood, he didn't know how bad the case truly was. "Thanks for telling something I already know dumbass" Jay said with a smile.
"Wanna go eat??? My treat" Leo said.
They left their office and went to go eat at the nearest restaurant, they talked for hours. They talked about the case and how bad it was, although Jay kept the details about what he saw in the past a secret. They had a couple of drinks to unwind, and talked about how their families were.
'I should give uncle a call, since it's been a while' Jay thought, as they continued to talk. They had no idea how that case would be the start of a series of problems that would impact the country greatly.
