Chapter 38: Chapter 35

First POV

I ran over to where Present Mic's circle was, and I found him sitting at the ledge whistling and practicing the air guitar. His dot was placed on his left shoulder. I didn't want to use teleportation for him since I was saving that for if or when I go against Snipe.

Quietly climbing up the wall ladder, I reached the top of the roof and began quietly walking up behind him. Suddenly, he turned around and screamed loudly.

"HEYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!" he shouted in my direction.

I moved on instinct and jumped high into the air. He chuckled as he looked at me, "Great job on dodging that little listener! Why don't you come down!"

He inhaled again as he readied his quirk. Dammit, I might have to use teleportation to dodge this and get to him. I glanced down as I saw a roach crawling on the rooftop. It was much closer to me so I could use less of the ability as well as provide some…..comedic relief.

Teleporting down, I grabbed the roach and uncased it in my hand. It squirmed in my hand and all in all, felt completely disgusting. Using speed I ran up to Mic and right before he could use his quirk again, I threw the roach directly at him.

His quirk deactivated as he screeched like a little girl, "Ew ew ew ew! Not again! Get it away from me!"

While he was promptly distracted, I snuck up behind him and ripped the dot from his shoulder breathing in deeply. I only have a little bit left of disgust, I got a little bit more from Mic just now, but I don't want to use any more of it.

Glancing back at Mic, he was passed out on the floor with the look of shock still on his face, pretty hilarious actually. Smirking, I grabbed out my phone from my pocket and took a picture of his face. Good ol' blackmail. Technically, I'm not supposed to have my phone but whatever, it's not like I'm using it to cheat.

I ran up to my next target, Ectoplasm. His quirk is to create clones of himself, almost limitlessly which is terrifying. Confusion is kind of a duo ability. It makes my opponent slightly disoriented while also allowing me to create four clones of myself. You might be asking, why don't you just use vibe check to get rid of their quirk? Well, I'm saving that for Aizy. His quirk is the most detrimental and I've fought the man before, yeah no. I don't want to have a migraine and have to fight him, that's practically suicidal!

Coming up on my target, a kick suddenly hit my side as I skid back. In front of me stood about ten clones and there were another three at my back. Creating my own clones, I got to work. We fought through the many Ectoplasms as I looked for the original body. His clones don't seem to be affected at all, so the main body, once I see it, should look off-balance or dizzy.

Sweat was forming at my brow as the time ticked down, I had about eight minutes left and the clones weren't letting up at all! Running across rooftops, my eyes scanned over my surroundings. Finally, I spotted an Ectoplasm that looked not as sharp as the others. This one was slouching and kept swaying, it's him.

Jumping down, I reached out my hand ready to grab the green dot that was right below the nape of his neck, but I was suddenly pushed out of the way by one of my clones as a bullet shot right through it. Looking up, I saw Snipe at the top of a building with his gun aimed at my body.

Dodging and rolling away, I slid into a nearby alleyway as I took a deep breath. I dismissed my clones, making them disappear into thin air. Reactivating them, I sent two to go take down Snipe and two to stay with me and take down Ectoplasm.

Many clones appeared by the main body, but you could still tell which one was the real thing by the green dot. My clones took down his, as they cleared a path. Aiming a kick at Ectoplasm, he dodged, barely. Still obviously under the effects of my quirk.

I threw a right hook and again, he narrowly evaded. He only dodged and never counter-attacked, he must be here to waste my time. That's why both he and Snipe were in the same spot.

Finally, I landed a kick that hit him square in the stomach as he fell back onto the floor from the impact. Placing my foot firmly on his chest I leaned down grabbing his dot.

He coughed as his clones disappeared, "You did good kid."

I gave a tired smile, "Thanks."

Hearing two pairs of feet land behind me. One of my clones walked up to me with Snipe's dot in hand. Good. Taking it, I deactivated my quirk and took a quick break. I now had about four minutes left to get to Aizy and defeat him. Technically I already passed since I have four dots, but why not shoot for the top. Plus, fighting Aizy is always fun.

Taking a deep breath, I climbed up the wall and raced as fast as possible to Aizy's location. Since I didn't use up any teleportation on Snipe, I had a good enough amount to use against Aizy.

Grinning from excitement I said under my breath, "I'm coming for you Eraserhead."

I reached where I remember Aizy's dot was placed, but he was nowhere to be found. That's odd. Looking around confused, A familiar grey scarf shot at me from my left side. Just barely in my peripheral vision, I saw Aizy in all his glory, yellow goggles, and all hiding in a dark alley.

Teleporting behind him, I aimed a punch towards his upper back, but he sensed me and ran out into the open. Perfect. Aizawa is good in both long-range and close combat. Not to mention fighting in tight spaces is something he's used to doing. So forcing him out into the open is the best thing for me to do.

His hair stayed relaxed on his shoulders. I noticed that whenever his quirk is activated, not only do his eyes glow, but his hair raises into the air. Not wasting a second I yelled, "You have failed the vibe check Eraserhead! Now come at me with all you got!"

He seemed to smirk at my words as he rushed at me and threw out his scarf. Jumping away, I continuously dodged, all with a smile on my face.

Aizy was definitely a tough opponent. He not only tries to overwhelm you physically, he also is not above using underhanded tactics or mind games to get the upper hand. His scarf shot out one again aimed at my right arm. Ducking out of the way. I used speed and ran up to him making him back away. Quickly switching over to teleportation, I appeared behind him, landing a kick to his side.

Baking away holding his right side he smirked, "Got some new tricks I see. Were you holding back before?"

Smiling and tilting my head innocently I simply stated, "Oh Aizy, if I was going to go all out, then you wouldn't stand a chance."

The friendly banter was passed back and forth as we fought. Both of us were sweaty and slowly getting more and more exhausted. His dot was placed on his stomach. Using the last bit of teleportation, I appeared right in front of him and reached for it. Though right before I could get my hands on it the buzzer sounded, "Kurosaki, practical exam finished. Passed."

Aizawa jumped away slightly leaving me to fall flat on my face. Rolling over onto my back I wined, "Man, I was so close too!"

Aizy pulled the goggles down his face as he wiped the sweat on his brow, "You did good problem child. Almost had me there."

Looking up at him, I smiled slightly and gave a thumbs up. My everything hurts…
