"Killian!" I shouted relieved at finally having found him.

"Alexia?" He asked, sounding quite flabbergasted. "You're back?" He said, putting the book he had been reading down and coming to stand in front of me as I leaned in to hug him.

"Yep," I smiled, pulling away.

"Darius is already waiting in the carriage, go wait with him while I get Yvaine," I instructed and he nodded, seeming to already know what was going on. Before he left the library though, he turned to look at me.

"Are you going to be okay by yourself? Do you want me to come with you?" I shook my head but he still seemed a bit hesitant to leave. "Trust me," I assured, patting his back and leading him out the rest of the way.
