Lisa stared at the leaving figure of Mack Black in a daze. As per Helen Black, Carl Black should come with him, then where was he? Why was he not coming till now? Was he OK? When she thought about it she recalled Daniel Brooke's words. A chill ran down through her spine. She was so worried about his safety that tears started streaming down. People inside the chapel started murmuring for the delay of the arrival of the groom.

Mark Holmes also felt something wrong. He walked towards Helen Black and asked "Is everything alright Mrs. Black? Where is Carl?"

Helen Black was so embarrassed that her face turned pale. She didn't know what to say. She also heard the murmuring of the guests. She lowered her head and said "I am sorry Mr. Holmes. I don't know where Carl is. I was expecting him to come with Mack, but he came alone and now he went out again. I don't know what is going on."
