Chapter 28: Abyss of his past

Zoe's Pov.

The night was long, I fell asleep immediately after our first intercourse but was woken up again by him with the excuse, ' I can never get enough of you'.... When third time he tried to wake me up, he ended up getting a sharp slap right on his cheek and I again slept.

Right now, it's 2 pm, I woke up an hour ago and took look relaxing shower. Now my mind was working perfectly. The things became more clearer, and the first question that came in my mind was, how the hell he knew about girls? Which followed by other questions too.

By the time my shower was done, I was determined to get my answers and that includes his past too, how the hell he asked me about my past and didn't even care to share his?

I grabbed the bath robe and stomp out of the bathroom, to see jack working on his laptop in the main sitting area, the room was organised indicating someone cleaned when I was in shower.

I clear my throat from the door-frame of sitting area.

He didn't acknowledge me.
