Chapter 8: CHAPTER 8
RAVEN'S POV
BEFORE I left the library I used my power. Some have been following me before. They don't go inside the library it looks like they are just waiting for me to get out before they attack me.
I can use my power on them even when I am not looking at them. Unlike others who still have to look into their eyes to pass under the illusion without their opponents knowing.
When I saw that they were already under the illusion I had made, I quickly hid. I created the illusion that they saw me walking towards my dorm. Of course, they might suspect that I am the woman who kills their colleagues. It's better to be careful and then I feel there is another aura. It looks like that one is also following me. His aura is stronger than the tenebris.
Who's that? His aura looks familiar.
Whoever the person who kills me looks like he has no intention of stopping me. Isn't he tired of sending his disciples but no one can come back to him? He did not run out of disciples. So I started investigating. I found out they were tenebris.
Based on what I found out only the dark king is capable of giving orders to the tenebris. The dark king rules over all the tenebris including the demons.
What I wonder is that I do not remember anything I did wrong to him. Maybe he was one of those I encountered while I was in the mortal world? I don't know.
Ever since I fought back I first went to the library. It started in a row. Whenever I was alone I was ready. I always carry my hood. No one can see how I look. When I fight, I only release half of my aura because I am sure that when I release everything, other students will feel it.
I quickly hid in a large tree then quickly changed.
I quickly went in front of them. I even saw them back away when they saw me. That was only half of my aura but they were so scared so when I released everything they might just kneel in fear. I want to see that but I can't.
"I-you! You are probably the reason why every tenebris sent by the dark king to kill that female nerd isn't coming back!" shouted a tenebris who's trying to cover up the fear he was feeling.
"And so what?" I coldly said
"You bitch! Why are you protecting that girl?"
Will they always ask me that? Why do they care? I did not answer them. I just yawned not because I was drowsy. I just really want to tease them.
"Let's just end this. I don't have time to have a chitchat with you. I wanted to rest."
I quickly pulled my katana behind me. Then they started attacking me. I don't have time to play I still have a lot to do. I rolled my eyes to find out who that strong aura was coming from. When I saw his face I was not surprised.
Ash.
He's damn curious huh? So he's my stalker now? I just ignored him and continued to cut the bodies of the tenebris causing them to turn to ashes.
"AAAHHHHH!"
Cry of the last tenebris I killed. It was nice to hear their cries. A cry that was full of pain and sorrow. It sounds like music to my ears.
I started walking away when suddenly I felt something coming so I tilted my head a little. I saw a fireball hit a tree and it turned to ashes immediately.
I turned to that naughty ash.
"Who are you? Why are you protecting that ugly stupid nerd?" he asked in a menacing cold voice.
What the! This idiot keeps on giving me so many names! Maybe it would be better if I will behead him. I should cut his body into pieces and dance in his entrails! That would be a great idea!
I walked closer to him while he remained standing and motionless. I can still hear the sound of the heels I was wearing.
I touched his chin and lifted it. I brought my face close to his face. I lightly touched my lips to the side of his lips. I felt he was stunned by what I did. I just smirked. Boys will always be a boy. Then I whispered in his ear.
"Well it's for me to know and for you to find out," I said coldly
I slightly turned my face away from him and stared at him. We do not blink as we stare at each other.
"Sayonara."
I quickly teleported to my dorm. I quickly got dressed and went to sleep. I feel my days will be more exciting starting tomorrow especially now that ash has found out about my existence. He will do everything just to find me. He should better make it more thrilling or else I'll kill him.

ASH'S POV
Sh*t! Sh*t! She escaped me! That naughty woman. Fortunately, I took a picture of her before I showed up earlier. Get ready woman because I'll hunt you! I touched the side of my lip that she kissed. Her lips are so soft like cotton candy.
I quickly shook my head. This is not the right time to think about those things. I will kill that woman. I'm not even done with that ugly nerd and that mysterious woman added.
The next day I called everyone to expedite my search for that mysterious woman. I have the right to do that because I am the President of the Royal Council.
I went up on stage to start the meeting.
"You may be wondering why I called you all. That is because an outsider entered the Academy. This is his picture. I shot him yesterday scattered inside the academy. I am telling you this to be careful. all of you. She seems dangerous. If anyone sees her please report it on me immediately."
I said coldly and showed the picture of the mysterious woman. I saw some of the students gasp. There was a commotion in the room. Another student who saw her picture fainted. Some trembled with fear while others cried.
"Do you know her? If you know her to tell us so that we can easily find her." I said
It will be easier for me to find that woman thanks them. I saw a woman stand up. She seems so scared.
"She is Queen Raven of Underworld. She called Queen Raven because raven means death so all in all she's the Queen of Death. The underworld is where all the groups of gangsters, mafia, reapers, yakuza, and other groups that do illegal things. She's the strongest among them. She's the Queen of the underworld. She loves to play with her prey before she killed them. She's also known for being heartless and merciless. Her ways of killing are so brutal. She's cutting off their tongues, getting their eyeballs, and other violent and disgusting forms of murder. She loves torturing her prey first before totally killing them because she likes to see her prey crying in pain before ending their lives. She's a demon. everyone feared her. No one dares to look into her eyes because when you look into her eyes you will see hell."
The woman said at length and the fear in her eyes was obvious as she spoke. Well, I noticed her aura. It is very loud and distracting but in a bad way. Her aura shouts death and fear. She's the type you just know she's there, you'll immediately tremble with fear. This is almost equal to my aura or maybe even stronger.
But what my attention is her eyes. It was further different from the others. And the weirdest is when I look at her eyes. I felt something weird that even I can never explain.
Who is Queen Raven? Why I'm feeling weird things? I need to find her and when that time comes I will kill her no matter what.
RAVEN'S POV
"Isn't funny Raven you have the same name as the mysterious Queen Raven? Hahahaha" Troy said as he laugh while putting his arms on Chloe's shoulder.
These two lovers are so inseparable to the extent that it hurts my eyes just by merely looking at them. They are even sweeter than sugar because of their sweetness. Tsk. Sometimes I avoid looking at both of them because I always wanted to puke whenever I saw them being so sweet.
So there are still people who know me somehow in this world. Maybe they just merely ended up in the mortal world because of their missions or maybe they grew up in the mortal world like me.
Yes. That's right. That woman said earlier was all true. I was called Queen Raven, Queen of the underworld.
But there's more. My eyes were changing. I have 3 eyes. The one is my normal eyes which are pink and the other two are the eyes of infernum and eyes of mortem. I'm using eyes of infernum or eyes of hell when I wanted my enemy to be in hell and experience too much pain. I'm also using that when I wanted to play with them. While I'm using the eyes of mortem or eyes of death when I wanted to kill my enemy in just a snap or when I wanted to finish my fight already. But I'm not always using those eyes. As much as possible I want to prevent using those eyes. It's very dangerous not for me but for everyone. Especially when I overdo it because there possibility that they will both come out at the same time. In my left eye are the eyes of infernum and in my right eye are the eyes of mortem. When that happens they will both experience pain and death. Whether I like it or not they will be affected by their power even with just a simple glimpse.
They all thought I was putting on a contact lens so I didn't bother to put on any contact lenses when I'm in the underworld. So there will be no problem no one can recognize me also I'm wearing a red hood in the picture so they didn't see my hair.
"Hey, Raven! Yuhoo! Earth to Raven!"
I was suddenly brought back to reality when I heard someone call me. I looked at Chloe.
This woman was quiet at first but it looks like I made a mistake when I helped her get back to her friends. Because the loud and nasty ones have increased. How childish.
"Why?" I asked
"We've been talking to you for a while but it looks like your soul is traveling somewhere," said Chloe, and Liana agreed.
"Ahh, is that so? I'm sorry I was thinking about Queen Raven. I just thought what if she suddenly appeared in front of one of us and killed us?" I said pretending to be scared
Duh. Why should I be afraid of myself? Suddenly, Chloe and liana hugged me.
"Don't worry if that ever happens we will be at your side. We will protect you."
How foolish. They are too kind and that was their problem. Poor creatures.
"Thank you," I said and fake a smile
I looked at Ash when I saw him staring at me. I really think that he has some hidden resentments toward me. Among their friends, he is the one who is difficult to tame. I will have a problem with him.
I looked around and just noticed that we were in the cafeteria.
"What do you want Raven? I'll order yours?" Brent asked
"No need. I'll be the one to take her order. Brent, you go first"
I looked at Ash because of what he said. When Brent left, he turned to me. He leaned back in his chair and crossed his arms.
"Now my dear stupid slave go get me food"
"What?" I asked in disbelief
"Why? Do you think I will get your food? You should know that I'm your master and you're my slave. There's no slave commands their own master. Now go get me food. I'm already starving"
Stingy jerk!
I got up to get my MASTER's food. Why did Liana and Chloe come with Brent to get some food now I'm all alone with this punk! I suddenly felt that I'm Cinderella and he's my evil stepmother! Arghhh! He's really getting into my nerves! I should have killed him last night then I wouldn't have to suffer like this.
That jerk is abusive! He should be thankful that I am disguising so I will obey him. No one dares to command me! No one! If I could just put poison on his food for him to die, I would have done it. But if I killed him there will be no thrill in this game.
Last time he ordered me to take fruit because he said he wanted to eat. And when I was about to give him what he wants he suddenly said that he changed his mind. He said that he wants sweets and I gave him one but just like what he usually does he said that he doesn't want it anymore and ordered me to get rice and when I arrived with his rice and dish he suddenly said he already had a sandwich with him. I almost exploded in rage. Well, that's the only emotion I have. I was almost close to strangling him to death.
When I got to the table I saw that they were all eating except for Ash.
Ash glared at me quickly. I put his food in front of him. But he was quick to reject so all the food I ordered for him was thrown away. Jerk. How dare he? I worked hard to line up for a long time there and he just threw it away?
"You stupid! Why are you so lazy?! Don't you know I've been hungry already?! What kind of slave are you and you're making your master wait and starve to death?!" Ash shouted furiously but it was only enough that only the people at our table could hear. Then you should have to get your own food, you arrogant jerk! I gritted my teeth in so much annoyance.
"I'm sorry. There are so many people in the line." I pretended to be teary-eyed.
"That's enough Ash. It's not Raven's fault." Chloe said and approached me to hug me.
"Ash that's not a proper way to talk to a lady," Troy said
"Lady? In what part? She doesn't even look like a human being to me. She looks like a monster. An ugly monster to be exact. Look at how she dresses, it's so cheap. It's sickening. What an eyesore." Ash insult me as he looked at me from head to toe.
Calm. Just be calm Raven. I need to be more patient because he will just get cockier if I let him get into my nerves. Don't worry Raven because once your pretense is over you can kill him or cut off his tongue so that he can no longer speak. It's a pity because there are only a few men who are handsome in the world but I'll have no choice but to lessen it. But on another side, I'll reduce the jerks and assholes here on earth. When I get tired of him I would not hesitate to kill that jerk immediately.
"Ash! That's enough! If you won't just treat her like a woman then don't come near her! Even if you are her master and she's just your slave you have no right to insult her like that." said Brent then pulled me out of the cafeteria.
I just noticed that everyone's attention is on us. They seem to be wondering what we are fighting over. Gossip and gossip.
Eventually, we reached the forest. Wait, this is the place where I first saved him. Then he suddenly faced me.
Worried is all written on his face. Why?
"Are you okay?" Brent asked worriedly
"Yes. I'm fine. Thank you"
"I apologize on Zach's behalf. He's just really like that ever since we were a kid. Don't pay attention to what Zach said okay? You're not ugly maybe in physical appearance but I'm sure you're pretty inside. Just believe in yourself. Don't mind whatever other peoples say."
That's where you were mistaken. I'm not pretty inside. I'm actually the worst. I'm a demon inside. Brent. Brent. Tsk. You're all trusting me too much and that will be your problem in the future.
