Chapter 86: SPY

I ran to the room where Bria was resting, after hearing her loud scream.

"Butterfly, hey... hey." I hurried inside the room.

"I killed him. I killed him. I am a killer. I-"

Bria was covered in sweat, her hair was unruly, and her head was covered in a bandage. I rushed to her side, grabbed her hands, but she was grieving and was not in a state to listen. Nora also came to my aid, trying to get Bria to her senses.

"Bria... honey. Don't say that. You are not a killer."

"No... I killed him. I killed him with my hands. I let mom and dad down. Benji... he will be disappointed in me." She was very hard to control. Her distressed state was hurting me.

"You did what you needed to do. You saved King's life. It was the right thing to do." I tried it again.

"No... it was not. My kids... Gabriel... how am I going to face them? How am I going to tell them that I have killed someone? I am a bloody murderer!" She screamed, crying hysterically.
