Chapter 1: How it happened...
MC POV...
I stared at the bus speeding towards me without showing any signs of stopping and saw my life flash before my eyes...
I was a very relaxed and laid back person without a worry in the world — the true incarnation of sloth. I was as lazy as they go. It wasn't my fault because in my childhood and upbringing I always had someone do everything for me. That's right, I was the son of the f*cking president of the United States. The only time I put effort my whole life was making sure I watched some movies but I absolutely hated Asian drama from Indian drama shows to the Korean ones. I watched anything as long as it wasn't that and was pretty knowledgeable for a 15 year old spoiled boy. I was pretty surprised I didn't get fat from all the lazing around.
Today was different I was forced to go out or no gadget for me until they decided to return them back. As I was walking, my mind occupied with hate and complaints that I didn't notice I was walking in front of a moving bus in the road. And that's how I ended up being run over by a truck.

Now everything was black. Darkness all around me. When I tried opening my eyes I couldn't as if they weren't supposed to open or something. As I noticed this I started kicking around as I was just floating in some kind of fluid. My kicks were really weak and couldn't even make the slightest difference so I gave up on kicking.
After what felt like forever of floating I felt my self move. This wasn't intentional but felt like an external force. As sloth incarnate I didn't mind relaxing for eternity and was not a fan of the current situation. And I felt a strong pushing force and the surroundings changed, they felt lighter like air. I decided to complain about my forced exit from the watery comfortable space but all I could hear was a baby's cry. And it was coming from me!!. I instinctively opened my eyes to see people wearing white quarantine like baggy costumes with silver metallic rectangles on their foreheads with a weird symbol I couldn't clearly see with my baby eyes. I finally realized what was going on when one of these white costumed men said
"Congratulations, it's a girl..."
A cold freezing pressure of realization fell on me like an asteroid. I was reborn and judging by the costumes in the world of Naruto and for some reason as a girl. I didn't even get to do "it" in my previous life. In my mind I sighed and just decided to go with flow and try to be less lazy this time around.
