Chapter 496: Eating tofu in front of the family

Ji Yao was like a part of him and without him, he would be lost. There will honestly be no point in living. Rui Fei pressed his hand at the back of Ji Yao's hand that was touching his cheek and moved his face a little to the side before planting a soft tender kiss in the palm of his lover's hand.

His eyes stung his tears threatening to fall again. He kissed his palm once more in a long heartfelt kiss that directly penetrated deep into Ji Yao's heart.

Ji Yao watched him kiss his hand with affectionate eyes. His heartstrings were tugged at by Rui Fei's actions that he found himself whispering, "I love you so much... You are my everything." A streak of tears flowed from his beautiful eyes down his cheek but he didn't even realise it.

It was after Rui Fei raised his head that he saw this. He didn't want to make Ji Yao cry. He just couldn't help himself letting out all his pent up emotions. If he had known his lover would cry he would hold back.
