Chapter 17: Chapter 17

After our misunderstanding last night, Maru decided to spend our weekends in Tagaytay.

As per him, we need to have as many quality times as possible because when the child come out for sure it will limit our time together. Because our main focus is our child.

Everything is perfect. It's too perfect that sometimes it scares me.

People say that when you are too happy, something bad will happen.

“Are you okay wife?”

I look at my husband who’s driving our way to Tagaytay.

I smiled at him.

“I'm okay. I’m just kind of scared because what is happening with our family is too perfect.” I honestly told him.

His forehead creased. “Why are you feeling scared?”

“Well there’s a saying that when you are too happy it means that something bad will happen.” I explained to him.

He caught my hand and squeezed it.

"Don't overthink wife. Happiness is a choice. Sometimes the people are the problem. Overthinking make things complicated.“
