Chapter 6: Chapter 4
I am now ten years old! Yay! That increases the chance of convincing Mom that I can handle myself and protect myself. Really why is it that I am somehow always end up surrounded by overprotective people?? My last life the people around me were so overprotective to the point that they left me out of important things thinking it was for my safety cause a crazy person with a long white beard and twinkly blue eyes said so and now I have had to deal being stuck in a house -more like masion - For ten years! Maybe even more if I can't convince Mom. Though maybe I could sneak out and hope they won't notice??
Either way this is the longest I have ever stayed in one place without my curiosity winning out, though the house was big enough to let me cool off when my magic wants to run free or when I either need to run or walk or something -because of that I am in a healthy shape and now have lean muscles!- really thanks to Mom's and Dad's genes I was way too adorable! This is not me bragging -ok maybe a little- But either way it's the truth. I am so going to be a gentleman and lady killer!
Alright with that over I have another exciting news! I have managed to somehow learn -as slow as it was since Dad wanted to be careful, like REALLY careful- the Warlock magic and since I knew Wizards & Witches magic too it was really fun. I ended up deciding to always practice wandless and wordless. This part is easier since I had to do that already unless I wanted chaos at the hands of my magic.
The hard part was that I now had to notch up was my awareness of my surroundings because Dad was watching me like a hawk. He literally made me promise to not use any of the things he showed me unless he gave me the A-Okay sign to do so. I did accept the promise. Didn't mean I couldn't use my magic at all just meant I couldn't do any of the one he taught me so yeah found the loophole and now am using it to the fullest.
Other than that I decided to try and see what the effect of merging my magic with the warlocks one could make/do. I ended up doing the light charm and boy was I lucky my brain decided to work with me at that time and made me think to go to the basement just in case. That light spell was like I brought the sun underground!!
I was left blinded for two hours -even though I only looked at the light for two second and closed my eyes just as quickly- before my eyesight came back, and that was only a quarter of my magic… You know unless it's an emergency like Destroy-the-world- or protect-the-world emergency I will never EVER use the rest or even half and a quarter of my magic. EVER.
Dad and Mom had to come to search for me for dinner halfway through the hours that I was blinded and after explaining that I tried to get some light using my magic and that I ended up blinding myself they decided that yes they would love to see just how bright it is after figuring out something to cover our eyes -We still ended up blinded for an hour but at least it was better than two sooo- and after that they said to never ever do magic without anyone around him that he trusted until he was older and a bit wiser.
I think they were afraid that with that much power that turned a light bulb spell into the sun spell he could end up blowing himself and everything around him. Which fair enough, it is true. But I wouldn't since my control is getting better. Though if it were to happen I wouldn't die. Probably. Well I will ask Death about that later.
Apparently later was now because right after saying that Death called his name in his mind.

~ Oh! Sweet! So if I want to visit I could just die and come annoy you to death (life?) right? ~

After the call Hadrian laughed till he was on the ground. Oh how fun it is to annoy Death!
