Chapter 3: Chapter 2: New Friend and Thinking About Him
Narrator's POV
The next day when Ella was eating lunch in the classroom, she saw Kim at the door, and some boys are talking to her. Kim is Ella's classmate. Like Ella, Kim is also backstabbed by most of the girls.
"Miss Collins?"
It's our homeroom teacher.
"What is it, sir?"
"Can you get your papers on my table later when you finished eating?"
"Ok, sir,"
"Ok. I'll be going then,"
After eating lunch, Ella went to the faculty building. When Ella was on her way to the faculty building, she saw Kim sitting alone outside.
Kim's POV
After lunch, I went outside and sat on the bench. I don't want to hear backstabs of the girls.
By the way, my name is Kim Lee. I am a quiet girl, and boys would talk to me and compliment me. That's why some girls don't like me, but I don't care and mind them. I want Ella to be my close friend because I have no friends, but I'm shy to approach her.
I feel the presence of someone, so I turn my head, and it is Ella.
"Oh, Ella"
"Why are you here all alone?"
"I love it here. It's peaceful. I don't want to hear the backstabs of some girls,"
"We are kind of the same"
"Can we be friends, Ella?"
"Sure. I also want to become friends with you,"
"Thank you,"
"Welcome. Oh, I got to go. I have some errands to do,"
"Ok"
Ella and I are friends now. I am happy because I have a friend to talk to.
Ella's POV
I am glad that Kim is now my friend. I know that she is not like the other girls.
I am now on my way to the faculty building. When I arrived, I saw Aden, and he is talking to a teacher. I walked past them.
"You're grades are going down, Aden. Next semester you need to get a higher grade. Also, don't sleep during class,"
"Ok, sir,"
I turned around to see him. The teacher went inside the faculty. Aden looked back at me, and he just passed by me.
I know that Aden is intelligent, but why his grades are going down? I just brushed away my thoughts and went inside to get the papers the teacher asked me and went back to the classroom.
When classes are over, and it's the end of the semester. I'm looking forward to the second semester.
"Ella"
"Oh, Kim"
"I hope we can be classmates for the next semester,"
"I hope so too,"
"I will go ahead then. See you next semester,"
"Ok. See you too,"
I stayed in the classroom for a while. I am thinking about Aden. A lot has changed about him, but I still love him. I will just get used to his attitude and find out why he become cold. I have a feeling that something had happened to him back then. I have a feeling that he has a problem.
I got up, pack my things, and ready to go home. When I was about to go outside the school building, I saw Aden.
"Aden," I called him.
