Chapter 3: Down Town Silver

I stormed to the door I heard the voice from. Noticing that the door was closed I decided to leave him. I walked further down the hallway and saw the door at the end of the hall ajar. Pushing the door open gently, I pulled my suitcase into the room. The room was surprising..... Cute.

White and baby pink suited the room perfectly. The bed was made neatly with plenty of soft fluffy comfy pillows. Ther was a mirror on the wall above the bed and two bedside tables supported the sides of the bed. No bathroom. Ugh!

I lay my suitcase on the cream carpet at and shoved it under the bottom of the bed. I'll do it later. Plopping myself down on the bouncy bed. Displaying my booklet infront of me, I flicked over to the following page. The one after the one I read before.

It was a schedule. Once I studied the activities further, I realised... "I have a class in five minutes!" Panicking I grabbed my suitcase from under the bed, yanked it out in front of me, opened it, grabbed my dance clothes and headed for my bathroom to get changed. I burst out of the bedroom door and galloped to the front door, not forgetting my card, drink and phone, I exited the our room. After 10 minutes of non stop sprinting, I reached the class and luckily, I was early. By a minute, but still I was early.

"Welcome grade 3 hip hop! This is our first class of the semester so we will start off by one of the dances you learned last semester." Our teacher explained as he gently placed his half full, one liter, blue bottle and his already creaked phone. Then he turned to see the class. "Oh. You must be Ivy. Class this is Ivy, she skipped the first two grades so she's new. Welcome Ivy and hope to see your talent soon." He chirped happily, welcoming me with a warm smile which I awkwardly returned. "Okay, Warm up!" The teacher yelled enthusiastically and bouncing up and down. The class and I followed his steps perfectly with ease.

After some time, we finished our warm up and now we were split into groups of five. When we were split, one by one, each group danced their routine effortlessly yet powerfully. Our teacher told me to try my best to learn the dance as each group danced.

As I sat at the front, I learned the choreography with in the third groups performance. Seeing this, the teacher asked me to join the fourth group and dance with them as best as I could, which I did. I made one mistake during and this surprised the majority of the class.

I finally bowed and scuttled of to the corner of the room. People clapped and cheered until one person tapped shoulder. I snapped my neck around and was met with a youthful, curious boy. "Hey, do you mind me asking, have you ever been on tv? You seem familiar." He enquired drooping his head to the side while staring at me. "Errmmm... Yeah I have. What show?" I asked beacuse I've been on a few. "The World Of Dance I think." molding his face into a confused frown. "Hahah." I laughed nervously, scratching the back of my neck. "Oh My God. Your Ivy Harvey from Down Town Silver. Right?" He gasped loudly. Luckily no one heard him.

Or that's what I thought...
