Chapter 2: Foundation
He came into consciousness into a lush, beautiful green jungle planet, 70 yards from a massive ziggurat-like structure. There were a few options for what this planet could be, but he figured he hit the mark.
"Tython, how about that."
If this was Tython, the structure in front of him was likely the first temple of the jed'aii, the predecessor to the Sith and Jedi orders. He approached the temple and found an old-looking stone entrance. He stared at the once beautiful stone, carved into stories of the Jedi's past. He entered further into the temple and found the word he was looking for...that he could read....why could he read an ancient language never documented within the lore? He had been expecting years of study and work to even begin decrypting the ancient texts, but he could read them off the bat, nice. The word above him read "Archive".
The room before him was a nerd paradise. Thousands of texts, datapads, Artifacts, and Holocrons were here, but this couldn't be, right? The temple's contents were moved back to Coruscant when the order left Tython....so this wasn't the original archive. Then it hit him, he knew all the books and games for legends in his head, but he had little knowledge about vast amounts of time, so this was probably the created history within the universe, so far, all in one place.
He walked to a shelf with a terminal and brushed off the old screen, activating it. The terminal flickered to life after a few seconds, along with all the others.

> Anomaly detected, generation failure...
> Generators compromised
> Initiating contingency sequence...
> Please manually engage emergency generators
A map popped up with red lines directing me to a flashing dot, presumably the generators.
He started to follow the path but saw a datapad on a table that was also turned on a remote panel. He took the panel and followed it to the generator room. The room was in bad shape, but the generator looked undamaged. He searched for the manual ignition and found a red lever handle. He turned the lever 90° counter-clockwise and pushed the ignition switch on the side of the generator, and the whole place came alive with calm, electronic buzzing.

> Capable of running at minimum capacity for 17 days at current level, please repair main generators immediately.
Well shit. The map reappeared, this time much clearer and with actual information, and directed him to maintenance. When he got there, an alert filled the screen. "DO NOT ATTEMPT REPAIRS WITHOUT REQUIRED EDUCATION. IF A SPECIALIST IS UNAVAILABLE OR AN EMERGENCY SITUATION HAS ARISEN, PLEASE USE THE BASIC KIT STORED IN THE MAINTENANCE OFFICE LABELED 'EMERGENCY REPAIR KIT' AND READ ALL INCLUDED INFORMATION"
I think the hint was...clear. After reading the information *carefully*, let's not die today, he managed to get the primary generator....working. The generator looked like it might explode at the wrong moment, but he would make do.
A new pop up appeared on the screen.

"I.....Wait, how the... what's my name? Jesus, Astra called me chosen, but that feels..... pretentious...fuck it, let's mix names, what sounds like a force user name? Elven names are usually 'elegent'? Ali...no, Malekith, Malek is similar to existing names in Star Wars. Malekith." The name sounded weird on his lips, but also....right.
He inserted Malekith into the pad and it directed him to a sort of profile sheet. He put in his biometrics and DNA scan, courtesy of the pad, and it directed him to a virtual filing system.
"Let us begin."
