( in her own head ) why did we move to this stupid town only thing I seen here is chess I don't know what music studio mama was talking about * kicks a rock across the way *
KENESHIA:
HEY! (walks towards Klani with steam blowing) what's up with you??!! girl idk where you come from but here we dont kick people with rocks just cause unless you were trying to hit vanessa then im sorry for getting in the way
KLANI:
im sorry i just been really bored me and my family just moved here yesterday and im looking for some music studio my mom told me about before we moved here.
KENESHIA:
(started dying laughing) oh your serious ? well girl she is probably talking about Lavilla thats where people go if you good with artsy stuff they dont open till next year tho but us kids here play chess you know how to play ?
KLANI:
( drops face ) my brother and grandpa play chess but since my brother went missing years ago my dad said no chess talk in the house so if that answers your question.
KENESHIA:
well you better learn if you want to be not so " bored " im telling yo-
( VANESSA AND HER CREW WALK OVER LIKE GANG MEMBERS AND KENESHIA )
VANESSA:
well isnt this cute Keneshia is recruiting some losers to join her "loser club"
KENESHIA:
don't pay her no mind i started a chess club at school and im the only member besides Krit he is the club secretary.
VANESSA:
this new weirdo dont even look like she know how to play chess dont tell me you gonna teach her how to play too (entire group laugh)
KLANI:
I do know how to play you have a board why wont we play right now that way I can shut you up right na where I'm from we don't do the big talking!
( FAST FORWARD TO THE BOARD AND PIECES BEING SET UP)
KENESHIA:
* whispers* i thought you didnt know how to play remember " no chess talk "
KLANI:
i dont know how to play but i dont allow people to be mean towards my friends

KENESHIA:
WE ARE FRIENDS!!!!, well friend i hate to tell you but you are about to play the best person in our School @ the chess academy she is the prodigal daughter of the best chess player in the World Magnus Carpet

KLANI:
