Chapter 2: No wand? No problem.
'If it is memory alteration… I can kind of handle it with penetrating his mind.' Snape was great Legilimens and Occlumens, entering mind of muggle wasn't even challenge.
"Mother. Do you know Legilimency?" If he starts using random advanced spells to right and left, more questions will rise.
"You think someone… Did something to his memories?" All things started to build into valid theory, his entire behavior reversed.
"Legilimens!" Using her wand to enter mind of Tobias, after few minutes, she collapsed on her knees with tears in eyes.
"I don't believe it. My own father… doing this to my husband. Discarding me from family wasn't enough… They needed to punish me through dearest person to me." Severus hugged her and said with confidence.
"Don't worry mother. I will fix his memories."
Using experience allowed him to remove all evil memories and replace them with real ones. The only thing left was to unbind his movement.
"Finite Incantatem..." Ending effect of body binding curse, allowing Tobias to try to stand up.
"I am sorry… I am terrible person! Kill me." His body was still little groggy, however he tried to move before his wife to ask for forgiveness.
"I hate magic! It turned me into the monster! I failed as husband and father." Feeling of guilt was overwhelming.
"No. Tobias! It wasn't you. It was my father! He is monster! He was…" Remembering information about extermination of all Prince family members. All responsible people were gone, there was none to blame or take revenge.
It took few hours to let emotions cool down, and they sat in their filthy house and started to plan the future.
"I will start from beginning. I got memories of a powerful wizard from the past. It changed me… I am your son Severus and am something more at the same time. We cannot live like this… Ain't there anything to claim from Prince family? I mean from Gringotts?" All of them needed change of lifestyle, and he required funds for potion ingredients.
"No… They didn't just die. They lost war with Malfoys. Entire wealth got claimed by right of conquest." John started to think about ways to fix this family situation, and basic thing was getting out of poverty.
'It's possible to start with duplicated money. I cannot go too big or too small. It must be right amount to go around noses of those retards in ministry and start some business.' It wasn't proper time to gather attention as wizard, first wizard war was going to happen in 1970.
'Malfoys… I personally don't like them at all. Although I really want to see appearance of Narcissa. An actress wasn't actually my ideal portray of her appearance from books. Snape memories display very attractive babe. I want to personally meet her…' She was still part of Blacks in this moment, and he genuinely wanted to alter history a little.
'I don't know why… I actually want to dominate Bellatrix or both of them. Andromeda? I don't have any impression of her.' Looking at his frail body in oversized clothes, he needed to do something about this.
"Let's transfigure things and sell them for money or copy things. It would be good if you found a job…" There was no affection between them, however he didn't want to let them be forgotten or dead.
'I am freaking hate this idea of making this world Potterverse. Let's fucking kill James and fix this problem.' Parents of James were going to die soon from most ridiculous reason in the magical world, dying from old age.
'I need to have real reason to actually kill Potters… Money can be easily earned. Although all things point at James being asshole.' Having memories of being bullied as Severus caused him to feel need for wuxia revenge style.
'I am not Severus, though. I actually am… Fuck isekai bullshit.'
"What about wizarding laws! It's…"Interrupted by her son in her pointless speech.
"It's stupid… I don't need to care about those laws. Wandless magic... Wands are merely tools to monitor wizards. Why the fuck? You swing the fucking piece of wood to cast spells. One thing is actually… Laws are for weak wizards to stay in line… Look at us. We are high and mighty wizards with heritage. Living in basically shithole. I will solve our problems. Using all possible methods. If I need to become new dark lord so be it." He actually knew that all book concepts about corruption from dark magic were wrong, it was a typical mechanism to make readers hate villains more.
'Villain must be ugly!'
"Don't worry son. I will find a job in few days. You don't need to be criminal… even if I am going to become a slave… I will repay my evil deeds." It didn't mean much as his ability to earn money couldn't satisfy his needs for money.
"Fine. I want to experiment with money duplication. Can you give me couple pounds?" Real Snape was too proud to go for such low methods to obtain money.
"Do you really need to? I will go to work too. I don't want to something bad happened to you. Little Severus, please. It feels wrong."
"It won't be much. I won't get us rich with such means. There are more wizard ways. All of us are unhealthy. I want to be great wizard, not sick boy…" Having so much potential and letting fate make his life miserable.
"I am sorry… I was bad mother." She started crying again, and Tobias punched the wall from another surge of guilt.
"No. You did great job. I cannot blame you for your parents plot." After few seconds, she hugged him and said.
"I will trust you with everything…even if you turn into a dark monster. I will be by your side." It brought him a some memories from his past life, his mother unfortunately died from lung cancer. Leaving him in his mid-twenties, he really missed her nagging. One tear escaped his eye, making entire family even more emotional.
"Thank you mother…"
"I failed as father… still I can take one or two spells for you." His guilty didn't consider being father for him, however he wanted to help as much as possible.
"Don't let guilt control your life. You failed due manipulation. I hope you can at least be good husband in future…" There was some threat mixed into this sentence, wizard had many interesting ways to achieve torture people.
"Here. It's two pounds… I am sorry. We don't have much…" Taking out few coins from a dirty jar on shelf.
Taking one of each coin to experiment with duplication charm, he needed temporary solution. Leaving his parents for some moment of privacy, there was a lot of things to properly test.
His first worry was theory behind magical cores from fanon, and it was partially true as his magic wasn't unlimited. Examining his magic core brought him one conclusion, and his power was same as Snape before his death.
'No cheats… he said.' It would make his life a lot easier, he could cast all those crazy curses.
'The best thing actually is… power to devour souls.' Destroying Tom's soul parts couldn't be more easy, he would probably gain parlsentongue in the process.
'Hahaha. I can devour a previous dark lord. He is fucking imprisoned in his castle.'
"Geminio." John intended to produce singular copies of each coin to find out quality of end product.
'Exact copy. Serial number is the same. Oh, its durability is lower.' Using a coin with lowest face value for comparison revealed some minor differences, and further experiments proved this theory.
'Okay. It seems enough.' Getting few virtually identical copies and having enough money to initiate his plan.
The most important part was to exchange this money for goods with disguise on, he planned to slowly exchange for goods then sell them. Gaining some goods and money in the process and getting rid of copied money.
If he didn't go big, things would be invisible to both muggle and wizard worlds. As his money becomes legal, he would exchange them and buy some ingredients for a potion making.
There were couple potions to actually get his body into best shape, feeling about being wimpy stick guy wasn't his thing. It would be extremely easy with magic to eventually heal himself or nurture his muscles through potions.
'Strengthening solution…' This potion was carefully perfected last years of his life, basically giving supernatural strength to any person using. Issue was price of ingredients, new version required dragon's blood and claw of royal archgriffin's. Most dangerous of griffin kind, it was actually rare because of mutation. There were royal griffins and archgriffins, royal archgriffin was something appearing one in ten thousand of eggs.
