Chapter 59: Captain's Bravery

I watch as Peter and Amy have a moment and I see Lucy sitting next to me. I suddenly realize that it is all wrong. I need to be the one that has a moment with Amy and Peter should be sitting next to Lucy. I feel anger and frustration start to take residency in my heart.

I have never seen such a beautiful woman as Amy and there is no way that I am giving up so easily to have her in my life. I can not just stand by and watch how Peter takes her right under my nose. I listen to how Amy tells Peter that she is doing fine except for the cut on her head and I see how she smiles at him in appreciation that he asked her how she feels.

I know that I need to break up this moment or else this moment might turn into a lifetime together. I need to say something or do something quick. I see the glass of water next to me and decide to "accidentally" knock it over.

"Oh! I am so sorry"
