Chapter 1: Awakening
A long white corridor stood ahead, the ghostly white walls were almost blinding as Amelie struggled to keep her eyes open. She felt her heart pounding Morse code in her head and she felt a fuzzy and otherworldly sensation in her body, the high ceiling and claustrophobic space of the corridor certainly didn't help her feel any better. The walls suddenly switched from a white blinding color to bright crimson red, and when Amelie turned around she caught a glimpse at a long bony hand reaching down from the ceiling, the arm...it was inhumanly long, being able to reach from the ceiling all the way to the floor, Amelie could clearly see some bones moving through the skin of the arm, and as she saw the unnaturally long arm reach out for her, she couldn't help but scream...
Amelie suddenly awoke with a jump, her heart beating rapidly. She felt an intense throbbing pain in her head and her visions were blurry, "...Ughhh...not again" she groaned, rubbing her head, this was the fourth day in a row that she experienced such intense nauseous and migraine. "Welp...no use moping" she muttered, she had already called in sick for three days, she had to come to work this time or she'll risk getting a lecture from her boss, Mr Spinelli.
Amelie got dressed in a black shirt featuring a giant green Alien on the center, and she put on a large "North Face" coat. She left with an eggo in her mouth and raced to the bus stop, catching a ride just as it was pulling away. As Amelie sat down, she felt a constant sting in her left hand, and when she looked down she saw a single fresh scar on the back of her hand...
