Exiled from Udrad after the public stoning of his parents, Alanor Wynter swore on his parents' graves, to bring the lycan kingdom to its knees. So he became the rogue they despised and the devil they all feared.
He was a monster, but they had created him, and he was bad. Alanor was the kind of evil that no dictionary even had a description for yet.
He had vowed against Udrad's peace until he got his revenge, and no one would stop him, not even the mate the fates had forced on him.
After all, he didn't believe in the fated mates.
Alanor believed in REVENGE.

What Alanor went through, is one tragic event that it's not surprising how he turned out as a grown up. It is a great journey to see how he avenges his parents and how he resolves his love life. All in all, it's a great story and worth giving a try. I'm thankful I gave it a try after avoiding it for so long.
After 400 days, the tale of two enemies bound by fate, and damaged hearts comes to an end. Thank you for tagging along and I hope to see y'all on the next project, Mated to A rival Alpha which is on my profile.

Reading through, my heart breaks as the worst unfolds for the kid. makes me wonder how much more he has to sit through before all of this ends. I wish it gets better for him. good job author
The beast! wow. Who could have known? This is a good story, anyone who hasn't read this, is missing out on a lot. And I mean a lot. I'm curious who the beast of the midlands is though.
Dear Alanor-- I love how the author describes the child's pain, and the root of all that anger. The characters are well described too making the whole story worth reading.
Alanor's pain resonates with me a lot and I like how the author gave insights into his story. It takes a lot to come up from the ashes, and I truly wish him well. Go get them son.

The beast reminds me of Niklaus Mikaelson when he says, "I am the thing that lesser men fear" this beast is a good one. I don't know why, but he makes me wanna run to him

Sometimes happiness looks like a beast protecting its people, but is it really? I love the way Alanor's pain is described in the story, it reminds me of how children are affected by the loss of their parents. love to all the kids out there
The beast of the midlands makes me curious. His selection of preys, how he determines who is worthy and who is not. I look forward to seeing more of him. this is impressive
Alanor should have been left to grow up with his parents. That king ruined a whole family. If I were the kid, I would also go for revenge, especially with the circumstances.

The beast of the midlands is a very interesting character, and the carelessness of the Lycan king is even more questionable. who in their right mind would risk do much for a rogue?

This is a page-turner, anyone who hasn't read it is missing a lot. Couldn't stop reading the moment I started. The author has a great way of showing Alanor's great pain, it was wrong what they did to him and I hope he avenge his parent without showing mercy to the wrong-doers. [img=recommend]
