Chapter 9: Part 10: The sacrifice for one's love
Izuku's POV
I finally finishing the shirt, it looks so perfect even Shochan is applauding my efforts. We decided that we haven't done enough, I mean all we did was a shirt. Actually correction, I made the shirt, Shochan was just the mesurements dummy... Oh well, he still contributed to it I guess. We smile at eachother, deciding that we should help with decorations. So I walk out of the room after hiding the shirt with Shochan, I wouldn't want Kacchan to find it early, as we walked down the stairs, we realized that most of the staff are running around confused as to what to do, it's kinda funny to look at... I look at Shochan with a smile, he smiles back before I speak.
"Everyone calm down! We need to make this perfect for our lovely lord okay!? Lets start with you two, bake a spicy pumpkin cake for Kacchan, I alrwady started the mix so you just need to cook it! I know he'll love it since it's kinda spicy. Now guards, have you finished with the training room preperation for the tournament?"
"Almost done Izuku-" Kaminari said before being cut off.
*SMACK*
"It's lord Izuku Kaminari!" Iida yelled as I rolled my eyes playfully.
They both know I hate the damn formalities, that's why Kaminari calls me by my first name like I asked them to. Unfortunately, Iida is to formal and wants us to keep the formalities, wotch is kind of annoying... I let it slide like usual and continue the conversation.
"Alright make sure to get strong opponents, anyone is allowed to participate okay?" I said as everyone nodded.
"What do we do?" The buttlers and maid remaining asked.
I look at them playfully, this dark castle need some pep! I want red and white decorations everywhere, witch means...
"Decorating of course, lets start with theses~ Plaster them everywhere!" I say showing the decorations.


They all look at the decorations in aw, I know that Kacchan likes orange, but I wanted red to match his color, since he's a red dragon! I smile and hurru to give the box filled with decorations to them before looking at them all.
"I always hear Kacchan say it, so let me do it for once aye!" I said as everyone eagerly awaited my words.
"DISMISSED!" I yell happily as everyone rushes to their task.
Me and Shochan joined the staff that was decorating, of course Ochako couldn't join since she was taking care of Kamuki. The decorations weren't too hard, we hung them on the walls, on the ceiling had to be done my birdmans like Shochan and Ojirou who stayed for a while before going back to his tournament task. Before we knew it, we we're done with the dining room and halls, now we we're doing the main hall. Since it was the biggest room, we had to split into groups to cover the whole area. Out of nowhere, Kaminari runs in all stressed and hurried, I giggle at his sweaty face and turn fully to listen to him.
"MY LORD THIS IS CATASTROPHIC!" He yells panting.
I giggle and place a hand on his shoulder, trying to contain my laughter as he growled at me.
"Oh what now Kami..." I say rolling my eyes as Shochan chuckles.
He stoms his foot on the ground, making me and Shochan burst into laughter with Kaminari shaking his arms in the air.
"THERE ARE TOO MANY CANDIDATES THAT WANTS TO SPAR WITH THE KING AND I CAN'T CHOSE THE ONES THAT ARE UNWORTHY!" He screams all dramatically.
I sigh at how ridiculous he is reacting, I mean of course there would be alot of candidates! We're talking about an opportunity to spar with the great king Bakugo! I giggle before joining his fit.
"Oh dear lord... Okay Shochan, your almost as strong as Kacchan right? How about you make a round in the village to see who's worthy and who's not!" I say smiling at my idea.
"Alright, I'll need Kirishima's help with that though..." He says as I chuckle.
"He's already in the village planing the whole thing with the villagers! Just get going already!" I say giggling and pushing them both out.
Theses alpha's are gonna make me go insane, I'm telling you...
3rd person POV
Todoroki left towards the village... little did the alpha knew what had happened, all alpha's we're outside the castle. Leaving the little omega alone, the little neko joined the maids with preparation for the tables such as the napkins, the covers, the utensils and other things that would make the tables look neat. Of course there would be a buffet for his lovely king, he really did love him alot and wanted to make everything perfect for his birthday.
In the forest Keigo and Dabi had slowly awoken again, they looked at the injured alpha on the ground still unconscious, his injuries weren't serious. They shaked him vigorously to wake him since this was a crisis, his family was in serious danger. The dragon slowly opened his eyes before jolting awake and panicked.
"DEKU! WE NEED TO GO NOW!" He screamed as he stood up but fell down in pain.
His leg really hurted, but he didn't care and flapped his wings to stay up. Keigo grabbed Dabi and they all started to fly, the sight was awful, the castle was covered in ice spikes and frost. They only hoped they would make it in time to save everyone, all Katsuki could think was 'please... Let my loves be safe and unharmed!'. He knew it was alot to ask knowing he could have prevented this, but that's all he wanted.
Izuku's POV
Im almost done with the preparations when I feel awfull, like something happened to my alpha. I look around confused, was Kacchan okay? I brush it away and finish the preparations, it looked amazing! I sigh satisfied by my works, it's not everyday that you get to celebrate a kings worthy birthday! I decide to go look in the training room, it was all decorated for the fights. I smiled and walked to Ochako's room all happy, now I just needed my little ball of happiness to continue this great birthday. I open the door and freeze, in the middle of the room stood Shigaraki, he had pierced Ochako's chest, she was clearly dead on the ground. My eyes widdened, the ground felt like it had shattered under me, this couldn't be right! I look angrily at Shigaraki as my growls grew worst, I was going to avenge her for sure. I showed my canines as they grew longer, ready to tear him to shreds.
"Hey there kitten, your dad sends me~ But I would hide these canines of yours before I snap this baby's neck." He says as he shows Kamuki in his arms.
I instantly stopped growling, I looked in horror as he showed my sleeping baby in his arms. My heart stopped beating, I swear it did, my breath hitched, I needed to think this carefully. Kamuki was approximately 1 year old in dragon age... He can crawl if needed... I sigh and fake surrender.
"Okay... Fine you win you snake... I'll follow you as long as he's safe..." I say as he smiles and walks towards me.
"Behave or he's dea-" He says as I snatched Kamuki from his arms and bolted.
I ran at full speed through the corridors before making it to the main room, I looked at Tsuyu and layed Kamuki in her arms, I turned to the staff looking at me worried.
"EVERYONE RUN! IT'S AN ORDER!" I scream as they rush out with Kamuki.
As the maids and butler ran and Kamuki was safely outside, an ice breath shut the door, trapping me, Momo, the doctor, Hagakure, Jirou and Sato. I stood infront of them and growled, they we're begging me to go to safety but I refused, they we're my friends after all. I fully transformed as they gasped, only a few knew what I was, they didn't.
"Ah~ Finally showing yourself- Wait a minute... What the actual fuck!?" He says looking up and down at me terrified.

(This is what he looks like but green fur instead of white, also, he's huge now, he used to be as big as a german shepherd, but now he's 6 ft tall...)
"YOU WON'T GET AWAY THIS TIME!" I growled as I stepped forward.
I could tell he was terrified, I mean my paws we're almost as big as his head, my claws weren't dull either, my sabertooths we're about as long as his lower arm. I look him dead in the eyes before he transformed fully, I launched at him and snapped towards him, he evaded and blasted ice towards me. I dodged and clawed his chest, he screamed in agony but stood right back up to jump on my back, he was a little smaller than me. His claws bearing in my shoulders as I roared at him, god he hurted! I flipped, getting him successfully off me, I wasn't used to this form yet, thankfully he was already exhausted... Wait why was he already exhausted!?
"Your lucky your mate was a thought figth earlier!" He says turning back into his half form.
No! My feeling earlier... It was of Kacchan fighting him off! I need to make sure he's okay!
"WHAT DID YOU DO TO HIM!?" I screamed as he laughed and I turned to my half form.
"Far less than what I'm gonna do to you!" He screamed exploding in ice.
The eplosion iced everything around, I fully transformed and protected my friends.
"LORD IZUKU!" They screamed as I un-transformed into my half form.
"Ow... My shoulder was impaled..." I growl out as I see a small ice shard lodged in my left shoulder.
"Are you okay!?" They asked as I slowly stood up.
The entire building was covered in ice, spikes even went through the roof. I looked around when I was suddenly kicked on my side, busting through the training room wall.
"Arg! Fuck that hurts!" I yell as I stand up.
"I'm just getting started kitty~" Shigaraki said grinning.
I ran to him and swinged my fist at him, he dodged and grabbed my arm before violently kicking me in the guts. I smashed against the infirmary wall, witch was in front of the training room. I hit the floor violently as I coughed some blood out, my head was bleeding, so was my mouth, but this is exactly where I wanted to be. I run towards my friends and burst through the front door in full form. I turn back to half form upon impact with the floor, they start runing to safety as I smile, I could see the villagers talking to the guards as they ran this way with Kirichan and Shochan. I was exhausted and in serious pain, I went to stand up went I felt and a foot on my back, slaming me back into the floor.
"LOOK AT YOUR PATHETIC NEKO LORD! DEFENSELESS AND BEAT UP!" He yells at them as they look at me with worry.
Shochan looked at me horrified as Kirichan had fully transformed, I looked at him, pleading to stay back. He looked at me confused but reverted to his half form. Shigaraki picked me up by my neck and smiled before squeezing it.
"He's useless, powerless, a weak omega that I can easily crush, he doesn't deserve your respect at all-"
"THAT'S A LIE! HE'S WEAK BECAUSE HE DEFENDED US! WE'RE THE ONE'S WHO ARE WEAK!" Momo yelled.
"IF HE HADN'T PROTECTED US, HE WOULD HAVE BEATED YOUR PATHETIC ASS!" Jirou yelled at him.
He growled angrily, he knew it was true, I was exhausted from keeping them safe. My shoulder was now bleeding more than before, he smiled and violently ripped the shard out of it's flesh imprisonment. I yelled my lungs out in pain as he smiled and smashed my face against the ground.
"How does it feel to be so powerless, king~" He says chuckling as my eyes widened.
I glanced up weakly from the ground, held up by Keigo stood my love, Kacchan was staring at me with horror on his face.
"He's been fighting all alone, where we're you to protect him... Alpha?" He says in a teasing tone.
The village looked at Kacchan with anger in their eyes, but they could tell he had been injured. They looked back at us as he grabbed and pulled my hair up to look at them as blood fell down my face.
"Take a reaaaal good look out of them... It's the last you'll see them..." He says before smasing my face against the ground again.
"STOP! YOU WANT ME RIGHT!? TAKE ME AND LET HIM GO!" Kacchan desperately screamed.
I could feel my conscience slip away as he pulled my hair up again.
"No actually... I want him... He will go back to his father and in exchange, he offered me his hand~" He said as my eyes widened.
I looked at Kacchan panicked, he was as shocked as I was, I tried to fight back before he turned my body around and grabbed my throat.
"Time to go home... Baby~" he said as I passed out from him chocking me.
Katsuki's POV
Deku went limp, he picked him up and started to fly away, I quickly flew after them, but he easily got away, I looked frantically around before rushing back to the castle. I crashed against the ground panicked and out of control.
"I LOST HIM! I NEED HIM PLEASE HELP ME!" I cried as they looked at me with pity.
"Please calm down my lord... Someone needs you..." A lady said as Tsuyu came forward with a crying child.
I glanced up and saw my little Kamuki, he was crying frantically, probably looking for his mother. Tears fell down my face as I sat up and picked him in my arms, I looked at him with happiness, he was okay at least. Thank god at least he was.
"Mmm!!" He screamed angrily.
I looked at him confused, he looked so angry and agitated... I sighed and kissed his forehead. He grabbed my face with his hands and looked directly in my eyes before shattering my heart.
"M-mmm... Mommy!" He said as tears fell down his face.
My face crunched and I held him closer to me, the pain in my heart was unbearable, how could have I let this happened. I smelled calm pheromones coming from Todoroki and Kirishima, they looked at me with pain filled eyes. I was however taken a back by the tears stained cheeks on Todoroki, I didn't know birdmans cried.
"I failed you... I'm sorry... If I had stayed with him... Instead of doing a stupid tournament..." He said as I looked at him furious.
What the fuck did he mean a tournament, your telling me that while my little omega was fighting for his life and protecting everyone, they we're having fun fighting!? A loud growl came out as I looked at them with pure hatred... they we're responsible of his safety while I was gone! I signaled Tsuyu to come over and passed Kamuki to her before I managed to stand up.
"You shouldn't stand yet Bakubro!" Kirishima yelled and tried to sit me back down.
I slap hi hand away and growl, pure anger and hatred slowly growing in me, I wanted an explanation... Was i betrayed!?
"SHUT UP! I TRUSTED YOU BOTH! HOW COULD YOU LEAVE HIM BEHIND DEFENSELESS LIKE THAT!?" I screamed as I felt myself fall in madness.
"Wait... Don't just blame them... We we're in charge of distracting you..." Dabi said as I felt my heart skip.
They all betrayed me!? How is that even possible!? What did I do wrong!?
"THE FUCK!? WHAT DID I DO FOR YOU ALL TO JOIN HIM!?" I yelled feeling a panic attack closing in on me.
This was too much, my brother, my bestfriend, my assasin and his mate!? All turned against me... Against Deku!
"WHAT!? WE WOULD NEVER JOIN THAT SICKO! THIS WAS IZUKU'S IDEA!" Keigo yelled.
I frowned confused at them, my head wasn't clear anymore, I was filled with distress and confusion as Kirishima came closer and hugged me.
"He planned out a great day, we we're getting Keigo to distract you while we made a tournament for you to fight and enjoy yourself... He even made you a spicy pumpkin cake, he helped decorating... And he had a gift for you..." He said as I realised that Todoroki had left.
I feel a light hand on my shoulder, I turn to see Todoroki crying as he held something. I took it and unwrapped it. My heart sank as I touched the soft green fur... Tears streamed down my cheeks as I looked at the hand made sleeveless jacket... It even had a spot where my wings could fit... That's when I remembered Todoroki and Deku's accident.
"That day you found Izuku mesuring my wings... It wasn't for me... It was for you... It was to make this... As you can see, it's his fur..." Todoroki said through his sobs.
I collapsed on my legs and screamed as I held his jacket close to my chest. It hurted so much, I could barely breathe... I quickly placed it on me, tears still streaming down my eyes. I stood up with the help of Kirishima and looked at my people, they we're all standing there crying our lost. I wasn't the only one who had lost him, Deku had saved everyone, in exchange for himself.
"This isn't the end, we all know where that basterd dragon is going! Send the word out, plaster my love's face everywhere as missing! We will go to war soon too! The Midoriya kingdom is going down!" I scream as everyone cheered me on.
I look at the castle, it was filled with ice, after blowing my fire around, it was mostly gone if not all melted, witch made a huge water mess. I made it to the kitchen where I saw the cake, it was in the fridge, untouched. I asked it to be pulled out as I limped to the dinning room, I sat there as Shoto came in the dining room with my staff and Kamuki singing, I was a bit shook.
"Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday Katsuki! Happy birthday to you~" They all sang as he placed the cake infront of me.


I slowly cried, I couldnt help but smile a little and made a wish, my wish was simple, I wished I would save Deku successfully. We all ate together as I gave some to Kamuki since he was eating soft food now. He was really happy about it too, it tasted slightly spicy witch made me cry at the first bite. Deku made it to be spicy... I knew he would do that for me... Idiot nerd, always remembering the smallest things... We finished the cake and walked to the infirmary to get me and the injured fixed up. Nobody had been injured severely since Deku had protected everyone. I sat there as they told me how amazing he had been, making my heart warm up at how proud I was of him, until I heard a very weird comment from a maid.
"AND THEN, HE TURNED INTO A HUGE TIGER WITH SABERTOOTHS! HE WAS SOOO PRETTY! BUT HUGE! LIKE 6 FT TALL!" Jirou said as I frowned.
I looked at Kirishima and Todoroki who looked at me confused. Deku was barely 3 ft tall in his full form... How was he that tall!? I asked her to paint him out, I looked at the image and was astonished, that was not Deku's nornal form.
"Ah yes, you see that's a regular size, Lord Midoriya is 7 ft tall actually! He's quite the large sabertooth tiger! When I heard that Izuku was tiny, I had some concerns, but I guess that was the side effect of him using his transformation so little... He never used it until he met you... So it's very logical." The doctor said as he finished attending Sato.
I looked at the painting as I gently brushed my fur shirt. I'm going to make anyone that hurted you suffer! And then I'll bring you right back home, to me and our baby...
2 month's later
Izuku's POV
We arrived in the Midoriya kindom yesterday, It sucks, I'm locked inside the dungeon. They didn't fix my shoulder, so I'm worried it's gonna infect itself. I sigh and look out the small window, this room stinks of blood, it's depressing, I miss Kacchan... They almost saved me on our way here, if only it had worked out...
Flashback 1 month ago...
I'm bleeding badly from the shoulder again, so Shigaraki stopped to a medical store to grab some bandages, I'm laying on the ground tied up. Who would save a lowly neko from the grips of a renounded neko hunter like Shigaraki... I look at people trying to beg for help, of course I can't talk due to the cloth in my mouth that's tied behind my head. Tears are streaming down my face as I curl in pain, this shoulder is gonna kill me soon if not treated...
"Omg... Your Izuku Bakugo!" A young girl says as she covers her mouth.
I look up at her with distress and despare 'please help me I beg you' is what I'm trying to scream.
"OMG I FINALLY FOUND YOU! BAKUGO IS THAT WAY, JUST WAIT HERE!" She yells as she runs away.
I scream for her to drag me along, to come back, but she can't understand a thing. I watch as she disappears in the distance.
"Alright don't move... I'll fix this shoulder kitty~" Shigaraki says as he steps out.
He ties the bandages tightly around my right shoulder as I make muffled screams in pain. He smiles and picks me up, I try to wiggle out of his arms to no success. He takes off as I see the girl running back to the spot I was, Kacchan right behind her. My tears explodes as I see him sniff around before looking frantically around and punching the ground. I can't bare the sight and close my eyes, I had one chance... And I missed it...

If I had fought him off while he bandaged me, maybe Kacchan would have made it that day. I sigh and close my eyes, trying to imagine Kacchan softly petting my face, his soft kisses on my jaw, his gentle hands on my chest. The same way he killed me before, if Deku found her before she was dead, maybe he could have saved her... I sigh and wrap my wings around myself, I just want to sleep like this, it feels... Nice...

"Huh? Oh... I'm sorry, I needed fresh air..." I say as I see the sun was already up.
"No need to justify... You have every fucking reasons to..." He says as he pats my back.
"So... Is everything ready yet?" I asked as I rubbed my eyes and yawned.
"Give us 6 more days... And then we can attack... Is that good?" Todoroki says as he lands next to us.
"So you needed a week to prep and all?" I asked tiredly.
"Unfortunately, we need to make sure we have everything ready and everyone... Also we need to... Prepare in case... Um..." He says as he looks away, a tear escaping his eye.
"PREPARE IN CASE WHAT!?" I asked furiously.
"Some rumors we gathered says that they never healed his wounds... He could be... dead once we find him..." He says as I grab my chest.
If someone stabbed me in the guts, over and over again, I wouldn't feel any different then what I do right now. My body feels like it's in pain, I refuse to take that idea in... He's alive alright... I just know it! I want my baby safe back in my arms...
"He's alive... He has to... Otherwise... I don't think- What would I tell Kamuki huh!? Yeah I found your mommy but I was too slow and he slipped away... Then he painfully died alone!? NO WAY YOU HEAR ME! HE'S ALIVE AND THAT'S FINAL!" I screamed as I grabbed his collar.
He nodded calmly, looking at me softly, he knew how much this was for me. When I first met Deku, he was this frail little neko that had just escaped the grip of hunters... He was so cute and innocent... Of course I ruined that when I took his innocence, but he stayed that joyfull little fur ball I loved, he gave me a beautiful child and a reason to keep living. I can't move forward without him, I need him by my side, I want another baby too, I don't wanna stop at one child... I want to have my mariage, we're still just fiances... I want to grow old and die peacefully surrounded by him and our grandchildren's... Not alone... Not without him... Not now at least...
2 days later
Izuku's POV
Just as I thought, it got infected, it burns and itches crazy, it's like torture since I can't scratch it. I found out when I woke up this morning, this world is against me isn't it? I think I also have a high fever, I can feel very warm, way too warm. You could almost think I was in heat, but I wasn't sexually aroused or producing pheromones, witch meant I had a severe fever. I lay against the ground whimpering in pain and panting, it was getting wait too warm. I hear the door open, I glance at the door, of course it's Shigaraki, Hirashi said he'd come once I chose to obey him... I sighed as I could barely see since my vision was blurry.
"Is it your heat? Wait you don't smell sweet at all, oh god show me your shoulder!" He says as I move for him to access it.
He gasps at the horribly infected and painful wound, he blows some ice on it to stop the swelling, making me moan in relief.
"I'm so sorry, you must be in alot of pain, let me get your dad kitty..." He says leaving.
I was coming in and out of consciousness, the pain slowly coming back as my shoulder defrosted. I started to groan at the excruciating pain that was growing in my shoulder.
"ARRRRR! IT HURTS! SOMEONE PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!" I yelled my lungs out.
"Shh I'm here, don't worry baby, it's almost over..." A voice softly said.
"K-Kacchan?"
"Just close your eyes baby, it'll be over soon..." He says as I tearfully closed my eyes.
I knew it wasn't Kacchan, it was my conscience telling me I was close to death... I sighed ready for the pain to stop.
"Hey kitty stay with me, you'll feel better soon..." Shigaraki said before I felt someone bite me.

I smiled softly at Shigaraki as I remembered Kacchan's voice, it was so soothing...
"Kacchan told me it would be over soon, I guess he was right..." I say giggling as I looked at Shigaraki.

I rolled my eyes before closing them, I was way too tired to pick a fight right now. I wonder how you are Kacchan, are you taking good care of yourself, or are you torturing yourself over me like you alway do... I miss you so much alpha...
