The universe was moving at a revolutionary speed the whole day, probably over the speed limit, things were out of control, yet no one even glanced through with it. suits were disgruntled, books creased, the whole human race was racing as it pleased.
But then thunder loomed over, and lightening struck and then it made it's appearence, COVID-19. Buildings closed and hearts opened, but everyone knew it wasn't a dream. True, it was hard to swallow, some people even wallowed, alas! all they could do was pity!
SO then, the fun began; spatulas clinked, T. V remotes coveted and hey! siblings bickered again. Well what can you say? Coaches sagged, parents nagged, and kids were really sad. Parties moved to the living room, the plates were wiped clean, everyone realized the kitchen actually existed and survived in peace.
Some learnt to differentiate personal and professional chart, while others (like me) learnt to tell eggplants and broccoli apart. Silence was heard, and for quite a while, birds cheerily chirped and of course, roads echoed, plants and trees, the silent treats were once brought forth to light.
People tided up the clutter, and became cleaner in and out, which wouldn't have happened in a 100 years. music like K-Pop was delighting for the young and old, and parents saw with gawking eyes all which the children enjoyed, speaking words of warmth and affection often untold.
Relationships glued together (now In-separable), and NETFLIX was always there to behold. Stuffed toys came to life, so did boxes, but admist all that, there was still strife. People left, and well! It was felt, cause all we could do was console.
The message for once was loud and clear, and all it said was truly love all your "Dear! ".
No matter what may come, be joyful, for this gift of life, given to you to feel it to the FULL! Enjoy peace and harmony, along with love and success, but all that matters is for the heart to feel dazed and blessed.
