Chapter 8: Chapter 8 Getting Information
After the beating Rex sat down on his chair and operated his computer.
'Forget it. I will just see some All Might videos and some news related to my transformation. I also have to see if there is any potential threat that I have to face. Well, the government is already my mortal enemy and always will be.'
He then started searching All Might videos uploaded on JTube.
There was one where it was showing how All Might saved 100 people from the explosion. Also how he punches heroes and has an incredible strength to the point that he can easily crush a building with his punch.
But what fascinated Rex most, was this man's reassuring smile and heroic aura. He can be said an ideal man, a hero who saves people for the sake of peace. Then he saw All Might's numerous videos about his fight against touch opponents.
'That's why he is called the symbol of peace. An admirable man indeed. But…'
Rex leaned back and looked up.
'His light is bright, very bright. The brighter the light is, the darker the shadow is. There was also the time I was praised just like that but I was just a naïve toy played by governments of the world.'
He sighed then start reading the comments section. However, against his expectation, 95% of the people speaking in favor of All Might and other heroes. It was even hard to see any hater or someone complaining about heroes.
'Okay, one thing is for sure. There is the government deeply involved in this entire scenario. From the variety of quirks, I am not surprised that the government is this active to remove any prejudice against heroes.'
Rex then started to search for some videos related to his mom Bisha. He was shocked by all the videos filled with news related to the retirement of number 2 hero Bishamonten. Many people were sad that their goddess will not be the hero anymore.
Rex chuckled hearing this. Bisha was top beauty around the world. What shocked him even further that no one knows that Bishamon was female until recently she became the number 2 hero since she always wore a demonic-looking armor. Not only that but she used most of the armors which hide her face as well as her gender.
He was also amazed by the inhuman strength showed by Bishamon. She can summon not only armors but modern weapons like guns too. Her strength was also unrivaled like how versatile it was. She could also summons a lion that can fly in the air. However, a lion was only a weapon just like her mythical armors.
Bishamon was also the strongest female hero all across the world. There were some countries where female heroes were number one but compared to the strength and beauty of Bishamon, they were like kids.
The news was everywhere related to the retirement of Bishamon. Fans were protesting and demanding the government to bring back Bishamon. Rex could guess the reason why she didn't let Rex run outside the house.
It then led him to a giant mechanical monster related to Bishamon. The government did best to hide the information that the monster was Bishamon's son but on international media, that was the hot topic all across the globe.
'This is just like original Generator Rex but I didn't lose memories as original Rex did. Plus this giant robot is blue instead of orange. No wonder people related this information to me. Some are even protesting against me. Hah… problems being related to someone this famous.'
He was not surprised by the behavior of people. He was once who was praised the most in the world but the next thing he knew, he became an enemy of the world. Who would take the blame for making the Antimatter bomb? When WW3 started and western countries took destructive damage, they all blamed a helpless human who created the antimatter. It doesn't mean that he was innocent, he was so enraged by those betrayers that he distributed blueprints of not only antimatter machines but antimatter bombs too, all across the world. After that, it was just a matter of time before human greed overcomes their rationality and destroys the world.
He didn't die just like that. He took revenge on every single one of them who were involved in making bomb as well as government officials who gained profit from all that drama.
Government right now sure helped his mom clearing related news to her retirement as well as a giant mechanical monster but he won't ever underestimate them. Sure not all people are bad but he won't take any chance like that, especially Japan and the US.
Japan unlike his previous world has some spine in the back and has a proper army as well as an intellectual force, not depending on the US.
He shook his head then saw another interesting video of the current number 2 hero who replaced Bishamon, Endeavor. From the looks of him, he was clearly not happy with the situation. From his hero's achievement as well as his own strength, Rex can deduct that his strength was nowhere near to All Might even to Bishamon. His quirk is called Hellfire. Rex chuckled hearing another chunni name. Endeavor also had the second-most solved number of cases next to Bishamon. Rex guessed that Bishamon and Endeavor must have been rivals for ages.
Rex found this prideful man admirable whose pride was shattered by Bishamon but even then he was standing tall as a hero. First, he was the youngest hero to become a number 2 at the age of 20. Rex knew that at that time Bisha had to take leave since she was pregnant with older brother Ryu. Right after the birth of Ryu, Bisha took the position of number 2 hero in just a year. Then she took another leave when she was pregnant with Rex but after his birth, she became number 2 again in just a few months. Now she retired permanently giving the number 2 position to Endeavor for granted.
Yeah, any man will be ashamed of all of this. This was also the reason why Bishamon was supported by the public despite being a woman and mother, she was the number 2 hero. There was also the name of Yato being the best husband supporting his hero wife and a good scientist.
Rex decided to rest a little and read some technical books.
'I have to start my search plan in 3 years when things will settle down. I have to know the system in depth from the government to pro heroes and villains. I will also ask pops for stats reports about heroes, villains, and crime rates altogether. Yosh, but first I have to study and make an AI without alarming my parents or others to help me in the information gathering.
There is an AI pops created but it is only helpful in controlling the robots in the house and also to keep an eye on me. I will first hack the AI then install my own AI to my computer. It is useless to create a hideout here since pops will definite find out. He is just like me. Funny and cooperative from outside and smart and clever from inside.'
After brainstorming for a while, he decided to read books for the rest of the day.

Later night.
Bisha sighed looking down. 'Am I doing the right thing with, Rx?' She thought but she felt hands hugging her waist from the back.
"Why my wife so sad now?" Yato said in her ear and kissed her neck.
They were in the bedroom. Seeing Bisha looking down right now, Yato smirked and grab this chance to flirt with his wife.
"It's just… I don't know… whether I can be a good mother or not. I was so neglectful of Ryu and Rex that I don't know whether they will even accept me as a mother." Bisha said turning around looking at Yato with rosy cheeks.
"Whether they accept or not, you have to be strong. It is something that cannot be solved with a fist but a heart. You have to be strong Bisha…" Yato said slowly coming close to Bisha and with his hand slowly approaching her waist.
"Umu…" Bisha nodded with rosy cheeks and closed her eyes but then-
Crunch*
They opened their eyes and saw Rex eating chips. They stared at each other when Bisha snapped out and threw Yato away.
"Ouch!" Yato rubbed his head and looked furiously at Rex.
"What are you doing here, Rex?!" Bisha asked with a crimson face.
"Oh no. The door was open so I entered… Crunch*" Saying this with a straight face, he ate another chip. A tick mark appeared on both of their heads.
"Do you wanna say something?" Bisha said emitting a deadly aura.
"No. By the way mom, you can DO IT!" Rex said and ran away.
"This brat!" Yato grunted but then slowly approached Bisha who was shaking her head. 'I won't let this chance slip!' Thinking this, he grabbed Bisha again and hugged her.
"Kya~ Yato?~" Bisha moaned when he caressed her thighs.
*Squeak sound of door opening*
"Oh… I didn't hear or saw anything… you guys can continue." Rex said then closed the door again.
Bisha became annoyed and punched Yato's head and went to sleep.
'Grr… I will take revenge, brat. Come to think of it, I did the same thing with my parents too. Is this retribution?' Yato thought massing at a big bump on his head.
