Chapter 4: Scarred
I was very surprised to see the wolf's reflection, when I looked at myself with the water of the river, I didn't know, if I could return as a cat, I would have been a wolf forever.
Don't get me wrong, for survival in this forest, I prefer to be a wolf, than a cat, but my human side makes me want to find other people, and as a wolf, it's much more difficult than a cat.
But apparently my worries were in vain, in fact after ten minutes, I was back to being a cat again.
But after this experience, I wondered, why it happened, and if I can control the transformation, or if I transform, only after eating.
So, I decided to try to transform myself into a wolf, but trying to scream "transformation: WOLF" didn't work, so I tried other methods, trying to think of the image of the wolf I saw in the reflection in the river, and imagining the transformation .
But none of this worked until five minutes had passed, and a feeling told me that if I tried again, I would succeed.
Listening to my feeling, I tried again, and transformed back into the form of a wolf with blue fur, with ease. And with a bit of training, I was able to move from one module to another in a short time.
And I found, that I can only stay in wolf form for ten minutes, and there is a five minute cool down time, but if I switch from the wolf to a cat form, for at least a minute, when I go back to the form wolf, I can stay again for ten minutes.
By doing so, I could stay in wolf form, for a long time, but I found that I use a lot of physical energy, so I can stay as a wolf, in a day for up to an hour, but if I increase my physical strength, I should be able to increase this residence time
After all these discoveries, I decide to go to sleep, and since I'm not hungry, I decide not to have dinner tonight, so I head to a suitable tree, and like a cat, I reach a suitable branch, where I doze.

The next morning, I wake up thanks to the sunlight, which blinds my eyes, I go down from the tree, and as usual, I head to drink at the river, and once I have drunk, I decide to hunt, but today, I decided to go a little further into the forest.
There are more prey there, I should be safe if I turn into a wolf, plus I also have my slime as an ace up my sleeve, so let's go explore.
So I head in a random direction, towards the interior of the forest. I decide to walk with a slow pace, doing as slowly as possible, so as not to scare the prey, in case I find them.
After a couple of minutes, and about two hundred meters, I see a deer in front of me, and I decide that it will be my prey for today. I turn into a wolf, and I begin to approach silently, and when I am at a distance, of which I am sure I can catch my prey, I begin to charge towards him at the maximum speed, which this module allows.
I see the deer that having perceived my presence, starts to run, but by now I am almost on him, so after about twenty seconds, of running, I come up on him, biting his neck, with the maximum pressure that my bite allows. (/ A / as usual, no animals were mistreated during the writing of this fanfic, well ... Except the deer)
After about twenty seconds, I see that the deer no longer squirms, so I leave its bloody neck.
And strangely, the blood has no effect on me, will it be due to being an animal?
I stop thinking about it, and start eating, and I must say that the taste is not bad, I still prefer cooked food, but even so it's not bad.
"Hey ... You shouldn't eat alone, don't you know the rules?" I hear a voice behind me say
Frightened by the sudden presence of someone behind me, I jump and turn suddenly, to look at who has spoken to me.
"Are you talking to me?" I say, seeing a white-furred wolf in front of me, but I remain on my guard anyway, for any possible attack
"Of course I'm talking to you, see someone else" he says a bit annoyed
I can understand it, how is it possible, will it be because I am in the wolf form?
He looks at it with curiosity, and I ask "what does it mean that I can't eat my prey, I caught it myself"
He looks at me with even more doubtful eyes than before and says "Aren't you part of the scarred clan?"
Scarred?!
"No, I don't belong to any clan" I tell him, wanting to see his reaction, now that he has discovered that they are in their territory, but what he says makes me doubt that I have not understood anything about animals.
"Really!! Then you can join us, come I'll take you to the boss. Remember to bring the deer, only the boss can decide when to eat "he says as he drags me
I think now maybe it's better to go with him, I don't want to fight him, he seems to be a cool guy. But if his herd is too far away, the module will run out, there are still about eight minutes left
"How far away is your herd?" I ask, as I reluctantly begin to carry the deer
"Not very far, only two hundred meters in this direction," he says, as he approaches the point indicated with his paw
I'm really curious, I'll see what a pack of wolves looks like and then disappear before time runs out.
Yes, what could possibly go wrong?
