Chapter 23: Ski

The night was peaceful and Steve felt contented, his felt like nothing could spoil his mood today but little did he know, that something big was waiting fr him.

Within no time Steve reached the gate of the mansion, and he noticed a delivery guy standing outside the gate waiting, he had a tired expression under his yellow helmet.

Steve closed in and rolled down the opposite mirror.

"Yes?" I said.

"Mister, I have a pizza delivery for Mr. Cade, is it you by any chance?"

His voice was tired and he looked at Steve with a hopeful gaze.

"No, but you would find him there." Steve pointed at the house across the road.

The delivery guy looked in the direction of his finger and sighed.

"Thank you, have a nice day," the man said and walked down the road.

'was he out of his mind? it was 11 in the night and he is wishing me a good day, how much did they make work that he lost his mind?'
