Chapter 3: Ch-3
There are monsters in this world of Z; the zombie is one monster breed. The rankings are Brown-eye zombies/D-rank, Yellow-eye Zombies/C-rank, Green-eye Zombies/B-rank, Blue-eye Zombies/A-rank, Red-eye Ghouls/S-rank, Purple-eye Ghouls/SS-rank, Black-eye Zombies/SSS-rank.

24 hours later.
Melio is now standing somewhere in the forest, stepping up camera androids to live stream on his wife's channel League of Maidens on zTv.xxx The number one streaming service in the world.
Melio puts on his half Oni assassin mask; Then turns on the androids.
"Hello, Everyone! I see that we have one million people on the stream.
Thank you for joining me. Today, I asked my beautiful wife if I can stream for her. I wanted to show her alone; however, she wants the world to know... What I can do.
Oh! By the way, I am only a D-rank; the mission my wife give me was to hunt down a horde of 20 D-rank zombies with a potential of a C-rank being somewhere in the mix of them.
Now let's get the show on the road, shall we." Melio says as he starts running toward his targets.
*Stream Chat*
[CrazyWolf-X: What is this idiot doing? Smh]
[DingDongThick: He's going to show us how an Idiot dies. lol]
[HolyMaiden: Melio! <3]
[Hera: Let's Go, Melio!]
[Dudewheresmysword: Dudes! Wtf! Our goddesses are cheering for the Idiot!]
[PigDoFly: FML, I had to change my name from pigsdontfly to pigsdofly because of this shit.]

Melio is now arriving a few meters away from the hordes hideout.
'I'll just go with the flow.' Melio thought as he dashed to the closest zombie.
Slash! Splash!
GRrrrahh.
All the zombies in the area turned their heads towards their fallen comrade. They smell human flesh.
'Shit.'
All the zombies rush towards Melio.
Melio didn't expect the low-rank zombies to be fast on their feet; they appeared 12ft away from him in five breaths.
Melio steadies himself as the first zombie appeared; Melio lifted his Katana and slashed at the zombie.
However, the zombie dodged to its left, making Melio miss.
'Nani?' Melio thought as he quickly retreats, creating space between him and the horde.
Melio then scans the area; he is looking for a weak spot to attack and retreat.
Unfortunately, Melio couldn't find one.
'I think the C-rank zombie is behind this... Esme did say the higher the rank, the more intelligence the monsters will have.' Melio remembered what Esme told him this morning.
Grah!
'That voice...' Melio looks in the center back of the horde; what's when he discovered the C-rank zombie, its glowing yellow eyes.
Melio then thinks of a plan.
He dashed to the right-center side of the horde, killing four zombies in a quickness cut off their heads; once Melio killed the fourth zombie. He retreated; Melio killed a fifth one that was close to him as Melio was backing off.
Melio then attacks in the front-center of the horde. However, the zombies were waiting for his moment. Two zombies attack simultaneously; Melio ducked under and cut one zombie in half while kicking the other zombie towards the sky.
Melio jumps up, cutting the zombie mid-air in three.
Zombies prepare for Melio's landing to surround him. However, Melio used a piece of the zombie to jump away to a safe landing spot.
In the palace, Esme and her sisters sit in the living room.
They have been watching Melio in action since he turned on the androids.
Esme was taken by surprise. Melio's movement around the battlefield was a work of art in her eyes.
However, Esme was a little scared when Melio jumped up to kill the 6th zombie; she stood up because Esme could see that the zombies preparing to strike him once he landed.
That's when Melio did something; he used the upper body of the zombie mid-air to jump away from the 14 zombies waiting below him.
Jill was holding tight to the couch pillow as she was watching her brother-in-law in action. Unknown to her, Jill was attracted by Melio even more as she watches his performance.
Hera and Amelia are both at Hera's place watching Melio in action, cheering crazily for Melio as He kills the zombies before him.
Their faith in Melio was raised so high they believed he was a god of war in human flesh.
[....: This dude's movement isn't that of a beginner!]
[...: Dude! The goddesses are still cheering for him, spamming emojis with hearts in their eyes. I want this nigga to die to a zombie!]
[Maiden of War: That's my husband!]
The chat started to go crazy once Maiden of war typed that in the chat.
Maiden of war is Esme Star, the empress of the Western Sector and Merlin Star's granddaughter.
During this time, Melio has killed another four zombies as he attacks and retreats. But, Melio knew that the C-rank zombie was catching on to his attack pattern. That's when Melio started to risk it for the biscuit.
Melio went to attack the C-rank zombie head-on.
Esme noticed something special with this zombie. She controlled one of the android's cameras to zoom in on the zombie's eyes.
That's when she noticed that the zombie was near a breakthrough in its rank.
On the edge of the yellow eye zombie, there was another color, green.
Esme touched the ring on her finger, worried for her husband.
The C-rank zombie kicked Melio and some blood leaked from Melio's mouth. The other five zombies tried to attack him as he was sent flying back; however, Melio started to spin his body mid-air killing two zombies that tried to catch him.
Now only three D-rank zombies and the C-rank zombie left.
The C-rank zombie took action that shook Melio.
The C-rank zombie started to eat the dead ones while the other three protected him.
'Shit.' Melio rushed towards the three zombies.
Surprisingly these zombies were smarter than the rest.
Only two attacked Melio while one stayed behind next to the yellow eye zombie.
They attacked as Melio dodged, trying to look for an opening quickly; something inside Melio told him that what the yellow eye zombie is doing is dangerous. Unfortunately, these zombies were stopping him.
Melio had enough and decided to go all out. Melio activated a trap card that Esme give him this morning.
Just in case his life is in danger.
A lightning ark flashed, killing the three zombies in one strike.
Sadly it was too late.
The C-rank zombie turned into a B-rank, and its eyes turned green.
"Fook!" not only Melio but even the chatroom started saying fuck.
Esme pours her energy into the ring; however, teleport wasn't appearing.
Esme looks at the screen as sees Melio putting his ring into his pocket.
"I need to show your grandfather I am worthy of you." Melio's voice was filled with determination.
Melio went for the attack.
Block!
The zombie blocked Melio's attack.
The zombie used his bones that extend out of his forearm above his hand.
'What the...' Melio was once again tossed backward by the green eye zombie.
Melio looked at the green eye zombie.
"Do or die." Melio kicks dirt in the face of the zombie; Melio grabs more dirt before jumping up and throwing some more towards the zombie.
Then they both exchange one final blow.
[...: OMFG, this mother fucker is crazy!]
[...: That was smart using dirt like that.]
[...: Only smart if he survived that final exchange.]
[Hera: I believe in Melio!]
[Holy Maiden: I can feel that he is still alive.]
Just like Amelia said it.
The body that fallen was the green eye zombie, and Melio stood there strong. However, his body was covered in black lightning and a dark aura.
Melio puts his hand in his pocket, pulls out his ring quickly puts it on.
With no hesitation, Esme teleported towards Melio.
Just as Melio's body was falling forward, his face landed on a bouncy pair of boobs.
Melio looked up, seeing his wife showing a concerned look.
"Wife, I hope I made you proud. " Melio said before closing his eyes, falling into a deep sleep.
Esme stares at her husband.
"You did..." Esme kissed his forehead.
Esme looked at the cameras.
"My husband just cleared a C-rank mission while being at D-rank. He did the impossible; He soloed a mission, something no Z hunter can ever do. Thank you for watching and supporting my husband. Goodbye." Esme turns off the androids; she then pulls out her phone to call her guild to pick them up and take out the crystals inside of the zombies.
Esme sits against a tree while Melio's head rests on her lap.
'How did you get this strong with no Ab points? How much stronger will you get? Why did you refuse to divorce me? Why am I reluctant to let you go? Can we really have a husband and wife relationship?' Many thoughts go through Esme's head as she stares at Melio sleeping on her lap.
An armored vehicle appeared, Jill, Emma, Cecily, Amelia appeared with the other guild members of League of Maidens.
200 meters away, a small group can be seen retreating from the shadows.
"Boss, his wife appeared out of nowhere when we were about to attack. She isn't an S-rank anymore; I felt her aura. She is SS-rank, probably early-stage or midstage... We are currently retreating; her entire guild arrived a few minutes after." The man spoke on a secure line on the phone while walking away with a squad of 6 people.
The man didn't wait for a response; he hanged up, his squad started to leave the area as fast as possible.
S-rank, SS-rank, SSS-rank have three-level within them, early-stage, midstage, and late stage.
These three ranks are the only ranks with three levels within the ranks.
Esme is in the car with her sisters after sending her squad to Z Hunters HQ to turn in the mission she gave to Melio and for them to sell the crystal core to the HQ.
Hera stayed with Esme, Jill, Emma, and Cecily to make medicine for Melio. Amelia was called by the hospital that needed her to save lives.
Amelia cast a quick healing spell on Melio before leaving.
Esme; however, she won't go of Melio.
Esme realized something as she watched this man put his life on the line twice for her sake. Esme knows Melio is doing all this for her, yet what has she done for him?
That's when she remembers the incident in the bathroom. Esme's face got red.
"Esme, you also notice the assassin that was in the area, right?" Cecily asked her twin sister. Cecily is currently driving back to the royal palace.
" I have, but I did not act since Melio needed me to stay by his side. They ran from the area once I appeared on the scene; I believe they're from the league of shadows, the assassin organization from the Eastern Sector. But, right now, my main concern is Melio's well-being.
If they appear again, I'll make a move. However, Melio wants to prove to our grandfather that he is worthy of being my husband. Sisters grandfather knows of the oath we all took when we were kids; this is why he put all this pressure on Melio. I only hope Melio can succeed." Esme answered her sister's question about the assassins and told everyone in the car where they were from.
The girls were shocked League of Shadows is the number one assassin guild in the world; anyone who has been on their kill list has been killed.
The sisters remembered their oath; however, Jill stares at Melio, who is beside her sister.
Unknown to everyone in the car, what Melio did cost an uproar on zTube.tv, the radio, or the news channel, everyone whose anyone is talking about Melio's Solo mission completion.
After today, Melio will be loved by a few, hated by many.
