Chapter 31: First C rank
I scribbled through the whole list of C rank missions. Most involved bodyguard mission which takes a lot of time, or some background investigation. But Orochimaru paid attention to missions like killing danger beast or bandits, as they involve less time and provide him assassination targets. What's the use of practicing if you do not even perform them in the real situation.
But these missions have some chances of unexpected events. Most of the missions have risks, therefore I am always careful for any unexpected situation and research about the enemy even if they are some local bandit.
After a while, I took a mission to eradicate a bandit group. Even though I could even take missions for killing danger beast, but today the mission was not present regarding that and I also wanted to go for my first kill to see if I have any discomfort and, experience it early to not be in a dangerous situation if I got my first kill in an unexpected and dangerous situation.

The receptionist assigned me the mission and handed me over the mission detailed information and permission slip to go outside the mission.
After coming out of the room I took the information scroll and read it after seeing that no one was around. It was a C rank mission, but I still have to maintain the secrecy of the information mission. Although it is me being too careful I am always careful in things like these.
After reading the information which may be brought by fellow ninja from C rank investigation mission I found that the group of bandit consists of 20 members. Though the other members were not genin rank but quite powerful in normal standards and their boss was powerful enough to contend against normal mid genin on his own.
There was written there about their main camp and also other information such as facial features and physical features. After reading the information I shredded the paper and burned the paper through fire from a lighter. As for why I have a lighter, of course, it is essential to carry a fire source everywhere.
Firstly I got home and collected the necessary supplies. The mission's main camp was three days away if Orochimaru travels at an average speed. But he still took more supplies.

As expected once I told about my going to the mission. Even though they could act like being oblivious like civilians they showed genuine concerns. And told me to be safe and tell if there is something which he wants to say to them.
After all, it is always a good remedy to lessen pain if you let it out of your heart instead of suppressing it.
I registered my exit at the village door. I wrote my name and purpose and showed my permission slip.
The guard's indifferent attitude softens a bit seeing my name. Why, because they were from the Uchiha police corps and they certainly knew that I am a disciple of Madara.
I half expected to find the relatives of Izumo Kamizuki and Kotetsu Hagane guarding the door. After coming outside the village he moved to his destination at average speed enjoying the scenery and nature along the way.

And due to dynamic, multidirectional vision and hypersensitivity, my senses and reaction speed can also catch up with someone who was speed specialized high chunnin.
Overall I could fight equally with mid chunnin and defeat low chunnin, it is if they do not have bloodline or are genius ninjas.
