Prologue
Fire! Fire! burning things, women crying, all round the city. Everything was on fire. The castle was in an uproar, ever where was burning down to ashes while others Where trying to save their lives and properties.
A particular woman wearing a torn silk dress clutching a baby in front of her, tripped on the dress and fell but still held onto the child.
"ahhhhhhhhhh", she screamed. A middle aged woman rushes to her. "your highness, are you OK?" she asked.
"Yes am OK, take this and go to a far away place where it is safe", ordered the lady.
"No! am not leaving you here alone while the city is in flames, and besides you have to take care of the princess", the woman replied.
"no you have to go to keep her safe, I need to fight for my ktingdom, the king is dead so it is up to me to keep the palace safe for our daughter" the palace needs a ruler to rule while the king is dead.
"b b but your highness", grumbled the Woman.
"no, you have to go before Gerard's men see you" the woman said.
"find her a good home and take care of her she must never know about the great power that lies in her for she is a precios gem".
"I will do as you have asked your highness. I am honored to serve you and your child as your last wish is my comand.
The woman looked back as she saw men running to them, with her last strength she stood up and pushed the older woman and the child towards the exit as she picked a gun from her hoister and fired wildly at them. The other woman ran as she herd the gun shots,she took a last look at her mistress and her beloved kingdom as it went down in flames." protect thee for we shall return", she ran and did not look back.Meanwhile the queen was shot in the belly she was to weak to continue so she fell with her last breath she prayed for he beloved kingdom and daughter, "não acabou" with those words she fell...
