Chapter 37: Chapter 35 Strange guy
A few hours later
Arthur was eating spicy food in old town. Th ih s town's name is Cerro Pelton Ranch where located in Galisteo, New Mexico. In fact Arthur likes to eat local foods. He thinks this is respect for their culture. Arthur sat down while waiting something. He checked his watch
" Aah 6 PM still, there isn't anything."
There is a little strange suitcase next to him. This case is Type Gawain which Star created, as for type Lancelot is in repair, it was almost scrapped. Arthur sips his cola and complains
" This place is very hot. I better book hotel for tonight."
Arthur went to local hotel. It was little shabby compared to normal hotel. Arthur decided to take a nap after long lasting vacation.
2 hours later
Arthur woke up, he checked his time
" 8 PM still nothing."
However at this moment light shone faraway. Arthur immediately got up. He tidied his clothes.
" It's time to go."
He left his suitcase. Arthur dashed toward his car. This car is a Lottery reward, Mustang 1969 modified with the best equipment around the world. Arthur fell in love with this car since he got this.
Broom*
Engine roared out as Arthur ran toward the light. His speed was very fast in dirt road, almost reaching 180 km per hour. Arthur drove like an old driver who knows everything about car.
A few minutes later
Arthur came to place where light shone. He saw mysterious runes and a car that was running away from here. Arthur immediately chased that car. Arthur looked around the car equipments
" It seems scientific expedition car. I guess these people are scientists then."
Arthur quietly followed car till town he watched few people coming out from car. Arthur saw muscular blonde guy coming put from car, he felt something is different from humans.
" Interesting, I should meet these guys."
Arthur locked his car as he went toward to the house. He knocked on the door
" Excuse is anyone there?"
Old man came out
" How can I help you?"
Arthur cleared his throat
" Can I stay in your place for few days?"
Old man frowned
" The hotel is near."
Arthur smiled like a spring breeze
" It's full sir and I can pay little more."
After saying that he took out 10000 dollars which he prepared for emergency.
Old man looked to money
" Perhaps you can stay here for a while. My name is Eric Selvig."
Arthur shakes his hand
" Arthur Frost."
Eric felt Iron hit his head
" You are Mr.Frost."
"Yes that's me."
Eric guided
" Please."
In fact Eric needs quite lot of fund for his scientific researches. So he decided to take money. It's 10000 dollars you know and not only that this man has quite big background.
Arthur gets in the house. He saw two women who are pretty beautiful and one man who is handsome and manly.The man was unconscious. Two women saw one handsome man coming with Eric
" Doctor Selvig, who is this?"
Arthur bowed
" Misses I am Arthur Frost."
Girls's eyes immediately shone. One knew Arthur is super handsome and other knew Arthur was a genius scientist.
" I am Darcy Lewis and she is Jane Foster. It's nice to meet you."
Arthur shakes hands with them. After that they had dinner. Honestly among people here only Jane can cook decently except Arthur. So Arthur cooked for them. They had chatted few hours, after they sleep.
In the morning
Arthur picked up his things from hotel, as usually he woke up at 5 AM. He has done exercise and breakfast. Others woke up later. Arthur watched his super soldier serum which bought from limited time store. He was smelling it suddenly one guy hit him in the back, Arthur drank the potion while he wasn't prepared for it. Arthur cursed
" Bloody hell."
He felt his body was getting warmer. He looked back and saw blonde man who woke up hit him in the back. Blonde man smiled
" Did you prepare the breakfast, it was enjoyable to eat that.My name is Thor."
Arthur quickly shook his hand while running toward the toilet. Thor was little dazed
" What a strange mortal?"
Thor really enjoyed breakfast. He liked people around here. He chatted with them while looking forward to meet chef who prepared breakfast but the chef ran away as soon as he meet him, he felt really funny. Thor laughed heartily
" Haha mortal if you got stomachache, I can tell you secret recipe."
Meanwhile
Arthur was siting in toilet while listening Thor's bullshit. He swore he didn't plan it like this.
