Flying through the sky at incredible speed on a golden and emerald ark the city and the giant tower were already within view as they fast approaching and had a great view of the city.
Vimana was soon set down a ways outside the city wall without anyone seeing them as it was an early foggy morning. Gilgamesh had everyone hop off first before returning Vimana back into his gates of babylon. Then the group proceed to walk up to one of the north side city entrances with city guards at the entrances collecting small entry fees from travelers entering the city and guards inspecting lugging for people exiting the city.
Gil and his group came right up to the guard to go ahead and pay the entrance fees
Guard: the fee is 15 val per person to enter the city
Gil: not a problem * he hands him a few silver coins*
Guard: thank you, you may enter
GIlgamesh and two girls on each side of him on his left was a tall teenage girl with black raven hair tied into a ponytail wearing a cloth outfit mix of black and white woven with precious metals and a rapier at her side. To his right was a shorter girl about a few inches shorter than the other girl with her silver silk hair hanging down in the back wearing a black dress and black leggings also woven with precious metals. With A magic pendant around her neck and a ring on each ring finger imbued with a magic gem.
They walked a ways down the streets before talking with each other about what they should do.
Gil: So chloe, Luminous what do you think should be our next move?
Lum: I think we should get something to eat first. * She looking at Gil wanting some blood to drink*
Chloe: We don't really need to eat but trying something new wouldn't hurt, then after we can collect information.
Gil: alright sounds like a plan
They look around one the busy city streets as shops begin to open and get ready for another day of work. As they were walking around they asked some people passing by were would be a good place to eat, and most recommended a place called Mama mia. As they were walking down the street towards mama mia the street was now crowding with people and a bunch of guys keep looking this way toward the two beauties walking with the strange man.Luminous then proceeded to pull out a black hand held fan to cover up part of her face. Chloe just waved at them feeling awkward.
Timeskip
They entered Mama Mia and see that a few girls dressed in a green waitress uniform going about the place getting things ready to serve guest.
They walked over and grabbed a table in the corner with Gilgamesh sitting close to the wall, Luminous sitting next to him and chloe across from her all looking at the menu. after some time they had a waitress with green hair and long pointed ears come over and speak with them in a causal calm tone.
Waitress: Hello guest welcome to mama mia, what can i get started with you all.
Gil spoke for all of them
Gil: lets us get an order of today's special and a some refreshments to go with it please.
Waitress: alrighty please a wait a bit *she heads off to put in their order *
A little bit later
The elf waitress later comes back and with another waitress with silver locks of hair both carrying trays with their orders
they set out their food and drinks, then they give a bow and walk off to continue any other work duties.
Luminous: That girl was a high elf and the one next to her was a human
Gil: i figured that her ears gave it away, but she also seems to be very capable of many things
Luminous gave a death stare at him, Chloe smiled while sticking her knife in the table
Gil: I didn't mean it like that, I meant like combat wise she seems to
He then thinks to himself *womens instinct is crazy sometimes*. After sometime Gil and chloe finished eating as Luminous sat their thinking. They got up to leave and left the money on the table to pay for the meal and some amount as tip for both the waitress.
After coming out of mama mia's place the street were packed full of people as adventures had their gear on them going to into shops or walking up and down the street. Gil and his party proceed to walk towards the tall tower of babel to proceed to head to guild and register. But before that they went into a clear alley way along the way to let Luminous have a taste of gIlgamesh blood to snack.
After she was finish talking her fill she healed him up with some magic and they proceed to walk to guild building.
