Chapter 4: Chapter 4: More Fighting and the First Night
[Hunger Resistance Lvl. 1 Acquired!]
After walking for half an hour, Aqua stumbled upon another 5 goblins inside the forest. She hid behind a tree and looked at them. They looked the same as the goblins before did. They seemed to have made a small camp here, probably preparing for the night as they were sitting around a fire.

One of them was weaker than her, but the other were equal or stronger than her.
'But I have magic as well as the element of surprise. But they are around the fire. I don't think I can cast AOE spell right now.'
Aqua seemed to think for a while before coming up with a plan.
'Spam Magic! Not to let them get the time to reorganize!'
Maybe she would try to make some arrows made of mana and barrage them. From behind the tree she pointed her palms towards them. As the magic book said, Magic is about imagination as well. She imagined an arrow. Her Mana flowed as a light blue arrow formed behind her.

But it was not enough. She needed to overwhelm them so she needed more. Then more and more began to form behind her.

Then Aqua felt it was more easier to make more Arrows. It seems that the magic spell existed to make it more easier to cast Magic. As she formed almost 50, slowly she came out of the tree. By then the Goblin were already alerted to her presence, possibly due to the glowing light blue Arrows behind her in the dark.
They raised their clubs and weapons and screamed as they charged at her. Aqua just made a neutral face at that. While, it was going to be easy to kill them all without them running away, on the other hand her Moral self was questioning herself for the slaughter she was about to unleash. But she relented.
"GO!"
With her command, all of the arrows behind her rained towards the Goblins. Most of them seem to miss but as this was an AOE attack, that wasn't a concern. A few that hit were already injuring and slowing the advance of the Goblins. It seems the weakest one was the first to fall as it was full of arrows.
"Gawwww!"

Then two of the Lvl. 4 were the next to fall at the same time.
"Gwaaah!"
"Ack!"

As the barrage stopped, the ones that were left weren't in good condition. They were bleeding profusely from their open wounds as the Arrows disappeared from their bodies. Aqua took out her blade and dashed towards them. It seems that the [Dash skill] from earlier made her a little bit faster. She killed the weakened Lvl. 4 Goblin by slashing it's chest. It slowly fell down.
"Aguuuhh..."
She grimaced at the sound of the fallen opponent.

The other one was still able to move as it came closer and raised it's hand to swing the club. As it brought down at her, with her sword she parried it to the side before cutting off it's head. The blood spurted on her face as the announcement was made.

Aqua was covered by a foul smelling green blood as she almost gagged a bit. It was not easy trying to kill humanoid Monsters. Animal type? Maybe. But Humanoid Monsters would take a while before she could adapt to it. She checked her Mana.

She seemed to have used quite a bit of her Mana. Also did her MP rise? Aqua then wiped the green blood off of her face with her hand. She looked down to see sprinkles of the green blood had, at least, not fallen on her clothes. Now that Aqua thinks about it, she had not noticed what kind of clothing she was wearing for the moment. She looked down once more.
It was a black and white themed cloth. More apt description would be, black and white themed jacket, with a white collared shirt with black buttons inside. Between the collar of the shirt was a black bow. She was also wearing a black frock that only covered her thighs half with a black stocking and a simple designed white shoes.
"Is this appropriate? But I have to wash my face first....."
Aqua first took out a basin from her [Inventory]. The she used her Mana to form Water. It did not cost much as 1 Mana was able to give 1 liter of water. After filling it up, she washed her green face clean. After dumping the water somewhere, she again filled it up but froze when looking at the reflection off the water.
A beautiful amber eyed girl with light blue, almost borderlining white, hair stared at her from the reflection. She touched her face with on of her hand.
"Ara! So beautiful!"
An unconscious remark was formed. Aqua would admit that she was prettier than any girl she had ever seen. Well maybe except for the girls in anime and games. But she could contend in that category as well. She looked at her larger-than-average chest. D-D-Damn... she had to admit that she was getting quite excited. Her face flushed as one of her hand seemed to inch closer and closer to her chest while the other in her 'down' region.
"Growl....."
However, before she could research in the forbidden land of wonder, reality came crashing down in the form of an angry stomach. Aqua regained her sense as this time, her while face was flushed.
'Restrain dammit! There are things to do first!'
Without further ado, she decided to make a food. As there were enough foodstuffs like vegetables and meat products to last for days. It was convenient, the thing called [Inventory]. However, did it stop time inside to not spoil things? That would have to be experimented later on.
Now, she looked at the corpses of the Goblins.
"Burning it with fire? Nope. Dig a pit and dump them? Sounds doable but time consuming.... "
Aqua first gathered the corpses of the Goblins altogether. Then she touched the ground and concentrated. After all her Mana was the one that followed her instructions.
'Dig the ground'
Suddenly, the earth trembled around her as a pit formed in front of her which swallowed the corpses.

[Creates a hollow pit in the ground. Useful for trapping. MP: 20]
Then Aqua prepared making her food. She used the fire that the Goblins had prepared. They seem to have made a crude version of tent. She used the branches from that to kindle the flame. She began to chop off the food stuff, adding seasoning into the boiling pot of water. She used to make food for herself and her sister when their parents weren't home. Now that she thinks about it, what will happen to her sister? Now that she had killed him/her, what would she do?
While the food was cooking, Aqua used that time to fill up the pit. Bit of a hard work but doable than before. After covering it up, it was exactly time to eat. Opening the lid, a mouth watering smell emerged. After eating all the food and cleaning the utensils, it was time to sleep. Aqua looked up and decided to sleep in the trees for the night. But after making herself comfortable in the trees she checked her status.

Maybe after she wakes up tomorrow, then she will decide.
