Chapter 18: The Lion Night
In darkness, Neptune's both wings seemed to turn dark, Neptune's figure looked like a cruel angel of death.
"Who you are huh! I'll kill you in no...! OUK HEIIGGHK!"
The man's neck was suffocated by his own hands.
The Lion Night chief let out a muffled scream.
On the top of the rock, Neptune intertwined his hands before his chest, his fingers folded like someone whose hands just crumpled something.
Rolling on the dusty ground, the chief of the pirate fought hard to release his hands from his neck.
"What ... what ... are ... you doing?!" The pirate leader was in pain.
The more he moved, the stronger his neck was choked.
"Please stop it...!" The pirate leader rolled on the ground. Screaming in agony. He felt like he was under a painful curse.
Neptune opened his clenched fists, giving the pirate leader space to breathe.
The man's face was wet with tears. He was not shy about crying in front of his men.
" ... Spare me !" The chief of the sea was sitting on his knees.
"HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!"
Neptune made a slash movement with his hand.
BRUUK!
That man was thrown into the air before falling over on his men.
Neptune stopped playing with their bodies. They've been quite tormented.
"... Master forgive us ... forgive us ... forgive us!" The chief of the pirates and his men echoed in unison, while kow towing on the floor, terrified.
Neptune released his hold on them.
"From now onward ... you are my slaves!" Neptune established a decision.
The several members along with their leader cried.
They used to sell people from the Kingdom Glamstar to other places, those then became slaves later.
But now, they have become slaves. But it was better than dying in vain.
"Tomorrow morning clean this place!"
"Yes Master!"
The chief of the pirates said while sitting on his knees and did not dare to lift his face. His men followed in his footsteps kneeling in front of Neptune. They did not dare to argue.
Neptune walked out of the gate to the collapsed palace. The members of the Lion Night pirates followed Neptune's steps one after another.
Suddenly, Neptune turned around. The leader of the Lion Night pirates who was walking in front of him was shocked to stop suddenly, his men who were walking later fell one after another in a crash.
Neptune laughed in amusement.
"Stay here!"
"Yes master!" They exclaimed in unison.
Neptune turned around and stepped outside. They didn't move.
"Oh right! Tomorrow morning prepare some delicious food before I came for lunch!"
"YES MASTER!"
"YES MASTER!"
Neptune smiled.
This pirate's lair was once a beautiful palace, but since it was long abandoned, now this place was just an uncomfortable ruin of buildings.
This place was just right to be used as the headquarters of Napolly's training to reclaim the Glamstar kingdom.

Lion Night pirate seized the island of Galant since 18 years ago, namely when the Zohran forces consisting of robbers, prisoners of war and bondage managed to control the Glamstar country through their rebellion.
They left Galant Island to move to the center of the Glamstar kingdom before King Xunmoon was deposed.
Zohran was an advisor to King Moonlight, the previous king, and King Xunmoon's father.
Zohran was deeply distrusted by the Moonlight king.
Thus, King Moonlight only gave Galant to Zohran.
And ordered him to use the island to train their troops.
Zohran slowly gathered strength by moving Glamstar's national treasures to Galant Island by buying lots of war planes from Sakura in Little East.
The warplanes then attacked the Glamstar country. That country on earth was then scorched to ground.
When the Glamstar country was celebrating the anniversary of the kingdom, Zohran's soldiers flew dozens of war planes carrying 1 meter long bombs that were dropped in various cities of the Glamstar kingdom.
In the blink of an eye, the country that was once beautiful, majestic, and famous for its glittering lights like gemstones crumbled down to the ground. Thousands of residents were killed, the fort and military barracks were destroyed.
The disrupted royal army was unable to fight back and save their king.
In order to save his people, King Xunmoon gave up. He was arrested, and held captive in a prison on an ice island.
The Empress was arrested three months later.
Rumors also circulated that Queen Cute Glam, the wife of King Xunmoon, was pregnant while on the run. However, this news was not proven.
Queen Cute Glam was caught in a village on the island of Niagara, along with her palace maids and bodyguards. The king's daughter who was given birth by Queen Cute Glam had been rushed by one of the palace shamans. There was no evidence that Queen Cute Glam had ever been pregnant or even gave birth.
After the Glamstar kingdom was successfully occupied by Zohran and his troops, Zohran made himself the king of Glamstar.
The fighter planes were no longer in use, just left in the middle of the jungle on Galant Island, just like the junkyard in the Forest where Zohran's soldiers were trained for war.
The fighter planes were badly damaged during the war. King Zohran did not want to bear the operational costs of maintaining the aircrafts. Spare parts for planes were very scarce, they also didn't have the experts to repair the aircraft, plus the power source to fly the aircraft was not easy to find. Even though the object could be purchased at a very expensive price. The sweat and blood of the people of Glamstar country were just used against themselves in the end.
Neptune read about the history of the Glamstar kingdom in an email sent by prof. Zak through sophisticated media in the form of a thin box resembling a 21st century cell phone.
During this period, that advanced technology only belonged to the Snow Cloud country.
Of course, the countries on earth did not know that the Snow Cloud country was developing advanced technological inventions through a secret system.
If the earth countries found out about this, maybe they would ally with the superpowers on earth to attack the sky countries.
Neptune flew toward Renderman and Nov Lam. Before arriving at where Nov Lam and Renderman rested, Neptune put on his goose down coat again, covering the wings on his back. The magic coat was as smooth as silk and could be stored in a small form in the artifact box, which was the size of a palm. The artifact box was a kind of cupboard for storing Neptune's valuables. The magic item was created by prof. Zak. Neptune walked as usual toward Renderman.
Renderman was waiting for him anxiously. "How did it go?"
"Smooth!" Neptune smiled, then he slept calmly and happily. Renderman and Nov Lam would be presented with a surprise tomorrow.

The next day, Renderman, Nov Lam and Neptune went to Lion Night's lair.
"Attention everyone, pay your respects, MOVE!!"
"Greetings to Master!" The Lion Night Pirates saluted like soldiers on drill.
"What ... what's going on? Why ... why are they welcoming us like this!" Nov Lam was confused.
Renderman was no less. The young man even felt uncomfortable being treated with such respect. It all seemed to be a dream for him, where he was an official or a noble in a city from an invading country like Glamstar Kingdom or Dragon Bay Kingdom.
"Why are they being like that?" Renderman asked with an innocent face.
"HAHAHA ... They have submitted to me, now I am their Boss!" Neptune laughed out loud.
Neon, leader of the Lion Night pirates, bowed respectfully. He and his men gave Neptune a chair that was beautiful and majestic like the throne of a king. As well as two beautiful chairs carved in gold for Renderman and Nov Lam on the left and right of Neptune.
Four dark and burly young men raised the large table that was located in front of them, while the others arranged the various dishes on the silver plates on the table.
"Sir ... the food is ready! Help yourself!" Neon bowed respectfully and invited their Boss to a meal served at the dining table.
"Come on everyone! Let's eat!"
"Hah!"
The pirate members looked at each other with faces of shock and disbelief.
"What are you waiting for? Let's eat!" Neptune smiled kindly at his men.
The Lion Night members had been hungry for a long time, their faces became bright and happy, but they still didn't believe their master's orders. They looked at their master once timidly and in disbelief.
"YOU LISTENED CORRECTLY! NOW, PLEASE EAT!!!"
Hearing the Boss' orders, the Lion Night members hurried away from their dining table, and took food from another table that had been prepared for themselves.
They stormed the dining table fighting over food. The previous situation became chaotic with the struggle for meat, chicken and fish cooked with minimal spices.
On the main table, Renderman looked at the food in awe. There were almost all drinks of various flavors, a variety of delicious food arranged neatly before his eyes.
They were treated like royalty from the kingdom. Suddenly the young man became sad. He used to dream of fresh meat, but couldn't afford it. Most of the money he made from catching fish at sea, was given to the poor in his hometown who were poor and ravaged by disease and starvation.
