""…When will brother Alf return?..."" asked Emma and Evan, hoping the answer to their question would be a good one.

"…You two, the boss just departed yesterday…I'm sure he is still on the road now… I believe it's still a while until he comes back…" replied Lisa, trying to explain the situation, again.

She did not remember how many times the twins asked that same question since this morning, and how she had given similar answer each time they asked. Nevertheless, Lisa was not mad, nor the lease bit irritated.

They were adorably cute in whatever they tried.

""…We know…"" admitted the children. Their ears pulled back and tails bent down, an instinctive reaction of sorrow.

The answer was obvious to them, and that was actually the reason they kept asking, wondering whether it would miraculously be different. Though, they also knew how impossible that occurrence would be. After all, they were smart.
