Chapter 84: Percy reaches the Throne Room
(A little before Argen and Scathath were on the bed)
"It's basically started yeah?" Argen asked, referring to the titan war that Percy was going through.
At the time of this Percy had just tried to ambush Kronos, who had stolen the body of a son of nemesis, goddess of revenge.
"Yes, soon we will need to decide where we stand… Have you decided yet?" Scathath asked closing the door and looking back at Argen.
In the two years Argen had gained a lot more knowledge of the world. Selene was just a goddess of info to him with how much she told him.
He knew about primordials, he knew about the titans, the giants, he'd learned more than Annabeth could ever teach him in only two years.
"I don't want to be on my fathers side… I also don't want to help the gods…" Argen said thinking hard as Scathath came closer.
"Honestly if I had to choose it would be having our own side, demigods Vs. Everyone else, or even better…"
Argen's words trailed as he felt a hand on his, warm lips connecting with his as his eyes widened.
Scathath pulled away as Argen calmed down, looking at her with confusion written all over his face.
"Two years, I've basically been alone for two years… I didn't realize how much I treasured your company, now I don't want to leave again…"
Scathath's words sounded almost desperate, contrast to the usual confident Scathath he'd basically grown up knowing.
"Scathath… Be careful with what you do next…" Argen said staring Scathath in the eye as she was less than an inch away from him, her hot breath tickling his skin as she leaned forward toward him…
"I am a careful person…" Scathath said as Argen continued to look her in the eyes, his own demeanor hesitant.
Thankfully, or rather unthankfully for Scathath, Selene barged in the door, laughing and smiling with Kym as both goddesses held tons of gifts.
"Who knew humans like this still existed! Giving so many gifts to us!" Selene said as her smile froze, her eyes locking on Argen and Scathath.
"What's… Going on?" Selene asked, her smiled now forced as Argen stood up, leaving Scathath on the bed.
"Come with me Selene, we have a lot to talk about…" Argen said glancing back at Scathath before sighing inwardly.
Kym looked at the door and then at Scathath, before rolling her eyes and sitting down next to the woman.
"Sooo… What happened?"

"I'll tear her apart! How dare sh-"
"Selene," Argen said cutting the goddess off as he sat down in a chair, looking at the moon goddess. "When do I have to go?" Argen asked, dead serious as Selene stopped her complaining and thought for a bit.
"More people need to die to open the gates of hell… From there you can travel to the void… There Lady Hemera can give her blessing… Then…"
"Yeah… How do you think everyone will feel?" Argen said sighing as he thought of what he was supposed to do.
"Most of them? Devastated, Kratos will be regretful, and Sigurd relieved… Or did you not want a literal answer."
Argen chuckled slightly as he leaned his head back, closing his eyes and falling asleep quickly.
"I wish more would be like Sigurd…"

*Boom*
Percy breathed heavily as he heard the doors to the throne room of Olympus slam. He had left the others down fighting in Olympus.
"Ah, Percy quite nice of you to join us, come have a seat!" Luke said, smiling wildly as he saw Percy's surprise.
Ethan Nakamura, the son of Nemesis, sat with Luke as well, both staring at him.
Percy then shook his head, remembering that wasn't the boy he'd met in the labyrinth, no that was Kronos, Ethan Nakamura had given his body to Kronos to use, driven by anger and revenge.
"Luke… Kronos," Percy said quietly, his heart beating fast even though he knew he had the upper hand.
So long as Luke didn't interfere with his fight he'd be fine, as he had the curse of the Styx placed on his body.
It had been Nico's idea all that time ago, with Nico and Bianca there to convince hades it had been a breeze.
"Ah… Perseus Jackson… Welcome to my new kingdom, it's a little happy looking, but that's fine…"
Percy didn't listen to Kronos's words and rushed toward him, wielding riptide and slicing down at the Titan's neck.
*Clink*
Riptide bounced off the titans skin as Kronos grabbed Percy by the neck, throwing him to the side.
"Surely you suspected I'd do everything to get stronger? You actually gave me the idea to go to the Styx you know?"
Percy stood up, a little more alert and worried as he realized it wouldn't be as easy as he'd hoped.
"Phew, you really are much stronger Lord Kronos," Luke said smiling as he looked at Percy. The smile seemed so backhanded that it made Percy more angry every second he looked at it.
"Luke… You're an Olympian, why are you siding with our enemy…" Percy knew very well that Luke wasn't to be trusted, he just needed full confirmation before attacking him as well.
"Hmm… I should ask the same question Perseus Jackson, after all… You seem to be buddy buddy with Argen? He is a prime enemy of Olympus and yet you and several others are friendly with him… If you ask me you're all the real traitors…"
Percy lunged at Luke, hatred in his eyes as he sliced down Riptide. "How dare you!" He yelled as he sliced Riptide into the flesh of Luke.
"Hah… All that power just for it to break?" Luke said smiling widely as he saw Riptide snap, the metal clanging against the marble floors of the throne room.
Percy froze, not by choice, but by the power of Kronos, who slammed his fist into Percy's face and sent him flying into Poseidon's throne.
"How silly, a demigod breaks a magic sword after attacking an Olympian… Is this your funeral Percy Jackson?" Kronos said with a sadistic smile as he walked slowly toward Percy…
