" Begin ! "
With the shout , Ren and one young anbu wearing a weird animal mask , dashed at each other . Ren only ran at slow speed though as he did not want to end this soon .
The anbu took Ren's actions as belittling him so he decided to teach Ren a lesson . He suddenly backed off and used SHADOW SHRIKEN JUTSU to send hundreds of kunai and shuriken towards Ren .
Ren looked at the weapons with sparkling eyes because NINJUTSU was too fascinating for him as he still had not started practicing them yet. Still he remembered that this was a test and he had to defeat the young anbu before him to pass it . So Ren's face became serious and he bent his body . After taking one huge step forward , he gathered the strenght of his whole body inside his left arm. The next instant , he shaped his left hand as a palm and thrusted his arm forward at insane speed which was barely noticable through naked eye .
" Great Chakra Palm ! " Ren yelled the name of his unique taijutsu skill while from his palm, a huge few meters long light blue palm traveled fast and collided with the weapons in the air.
The weapons did not even stand a chance as they were either deformed or got blown away in a second. The blue palm did not seem to have weakened a bit and it struck the young anbu who was stunned by the sight and did not manage to react.
BOOM...
The collision was powerful and after an explosion, huge dust Cloud appeared where the anbu was standing before . When the clouds dissipated into thin air , Hokage , Anbu Commander and everyone else who watched the match were left stunned by the sight before them.
There was a few feet deep huge palm imprint on the ground and scattered rocks were lying all over the place . The young anbu had long since fainted and was lying inside the palm pit with tattered clothes and broken armor . The only blood stains were on his mouth and it was mixed with some parts of inner organs.
' What a powerful attack! The force was enough to knock out a jonin class anbu at contact and even forced him to spit out his innards! What scary jutsu my cute Grandson invented .. ' While others were speechless and eyed Ren like he was a monster in human child clothing , the Hokage was the only one who had leisure to think properly and analyze the jutsu Ren had used .
He looked at Ren who was standing relaxed with his hands inside the pockets of his pants. Others could be deceived but Hokage could easily tell that Ren's face was a little pale . He did not find this surprising though because Ren did not receive any attacks but the badass jutsu he had used was formed with huge amounts of condensed chakra . Hokage estimated that it was at least low chunin level chakra compiled in a single one shot attack . Ren had to pale because he only had mid chunin level chakra and used more than half of it one go !
" Hahaha.. Brat , you always do something to surprise this old man .. " The silence which was uncomfortable for Ren finally broke with Hokage's laughter .
Ren just smiled in response and admitted the aftermath of his personal jutsu which he had no idea to call pure taijutsu or NINJUTSU. The technique's foundation was body movement , chakra control and shape manipulation after all . For Ren who had perfect chakra control, it took many months of training and researching before he managed to perfect this new style of his . Ren only focused on control and body training in that period of time so he could invent this jutsu in only a few months .
Ren believed that a technique should focus on just two main requirements. One was pure power and other was pure badass . Otherwise in his opinion, there was no need to practice Martial arts at all . Ren only developed this technique because he found that other techniques needed too much time to execute or just did not pack enough destructive power behind them. Ren imagined a technique which should have power of A rank or even S rank jutsu but could be easily used by his low chakra capacity . So in the end he came up with this technique which was combination of powerful body , advanced taijutsu focused on speed and strength control, chakra shape manipulation and chakra control .
Ren had seen no S rank jutsu in action but he had seen Gai performing ASa KUJAKU before when he had fought with Kakashi using 6th gate . So Ren could make a comparison between his jutsu and ASA KUJAKU and found his technique more versatile and powerful. The reason for that was simple because Ren could make his jutsu more and more powerful by using more and more chakra and strength while executing it. Meanwhile ASA KUJAKU had limitations and had huge drawback of extreme fatigue after using it . Ren's jutsu also caused fatigue but he could still move with no problem after using it and could easily recover to peak condition by eating food pills to recover his chakra faster.
" Grandpa , give me a food pill fast and tell me if I passed the rest or not ... " Ren could not help but urge them because almost an hour had passed and besides pestering him about the original technique , nobody got to the main point at all .
" Oh... cough cough .. Of course Ren kun passes the test with flying colors. Do you have any objections Anbu Capatin Dog ? "
Hokage eyed Dog who was actually Kakashi and Ren easily recognized him before . Kakashi was Ren's anbu captain which made Ren happy because in this team Ren could also meet with Itachi and Shusui while the importance of tasks provided will be much more than other teams . Hokage really had very high expectations from Ren to place him on this elite anbu team .
Kakashi was lost in thoughts before and was awakened by Hokage's comment . He had not shared with anyone the fact that his sharingan was in his control now because if Hokage got the wind of it then Kakashi would have no choice to tell him about Ren's mastery in Fuinjutsu . He had never expected to meet Ren here so got lost in thoughts and started contemplating to reveal the truth or not . In the end Kakashi declared Ren passed and inwardly decided on not revealing his secret because Kakashi wanted to establish good relationship with Ren over reporting the matter to Hokage .
Now the progress to his chakra capacity which had stagnated before, had once again resumed with the sharingan being sealed. His chakra was already more than double from before and was going to reach Kage level in few weeks at most . Kakashi could feel that his bloodline was now being influenced by sharingan which was slowly making it stronger. He even gained Fire Affinity which was forte of Uchiha . All in all Kakashi had recieved too many benifits and wanted to focus on training for at least one year . Now he had finally decided to get over the deaths of his loved ones and cherish his friends who were currently alive like Gai and other classmates .
Ren had no idea that his deal with Kakashi had helped him too much and gave birth to one formidable rival who would be his opponent for Hokage position in future . Of course even if Ren knew , he would still only congratulate Kakashi and look forward to a new challenge!
