'Urghh, where am I?' I thought to myself.
"Vitals stable, proceeding with tutorial." A robotic voice said from somewhere in the pod.
"Hello? Is this thing on?" An old mans voice said.
"Okay, I think it's working. I'll skip all the shit you don't need to know and i'll get straight to the point. Your everyday life is over and it's not coming back. All our beliefs of 'unbreakable' Sun Steel is gone and you may think that everything is useless."
'Yea that is true.'
"Monsters have evolved from the sun's core and entered our planet. If you were lucky enough to get on a pod then your lucky since everyone who was not on a pod is dead. These monsters are ridiculously fast and strong and are very much genetic superior except in one area, intelligence."
'So I wasn't dreaming when I saw the monster.' I thought to my self while fear was all I could feel.
"But I knew that this would happen and it couldn't be avoided even if the royal family didn't believe me. As hopefully some help for you I injected all the fluids with some monster DNA in order to boost your physical and mental strength and resilience."
'Monster? Hahahaha this guys really funny.' I said while feeling like throwing up.
"The monster DNA were random per person and the survival rate of the injection was only 5%."
*Blegh* Shin proceeded to vomit into the vomit bag provided.
"If your hearing this, it means that you've successfully unified with a monsters DNA over the span of 10,000 years time."
Shin's heart was racing at an unbelievable speed as he tried to look at his body to see if he had become a monster. He couldn't even see his body as he was still strapped into the seat and then he looked at the mirror.
Instead of seeing the slightly muscly body he was used to he saw a fully developed and ripped version of his body. His mind still hadn't recovered from waking up and his heart was exceeding the normal vitals of a human and he should be unconscious or have had a heart attack for 5 minutes straight but he wasn't.
"The pod's destination were all kept to the continent of Japan as it had the most available resources. We are not sure if the monsters are occupying Japan so we made the pods hit the surface and let the environment grow over and around them over 10,000 years time.
Of course I don't expect you to be able to be able to survive hear immediately which is why my team created an artificial intelligence robot called 'parrot' that takes the shape of a bird. You will know it is your bird and not another persons as every persons bird are unique.
They each contain information on what monster you were fused with and every basic survival skills as well as advanced physics, chemistry, biology, psychology and mapping software. When we were killing the monsters that were arriving long before the event we call 'dawn' we sorted them into three types.
Maximus: A monster that solely focuses on strength and lacks defence with moderate speed.
Equivalent: A monster that has no focus and is well balanced for attack, speed and defence.
Minimus: A monster that solely focuses on speed and lacks defence with moderate strength.
Elementus: A monster that has the ability to manipulate the elements in the air.
Once we sorted those types out we moved onto rankings.
1. Beginner type small creatures which lack a class with all stats of a human cat.
2. Beginner type small creatures that lack a class with the stats of a bull.
3. Beginner type small-moderate size creatures that have a class with the stats of an Elephant.
4. Expert type moderate size creatures that have stats of a Tyrannosaurus Rex.
5. Expert type large size creatures that have the stats of a Giganotosaurus.
6. Expert type behemoth in size comparable to the Eiffel Tower with stats above human comprehension.
Those were the classes and ranks. Your bodies should now be able to run at super sonic speeds depending on your class and your senses should be heightened to a point where you can see the droplets on leafs 10+ kilometres away, hear footsteps from a mile away as well as the ability to innately sense danger and react to it."
*Boom* "Doctor we must go the monsters are here." A woman said.
"No! I do not wish to participate in a life and death battle against behemoths, you may leave if you wish.
Also my fellow humans, if you find a monster with intelligence then at all costs you must escape as you won't be able to win. Their class is in a class of it's own.
We sincerely wish you luck, Human's INC."
The pod door shot open and the my straps were released. I immediately grabbed my katana and jumped out onto a muddy ground. My surroundings were of a swamp that stunk like dead corpses constantly.
*Squawk* A bird said behind me. I turned around since I had been told about the bird before hand and saw a black feathered bird with some red and white feathers mixed in on its wings. It opened its mouth and begun to speak.

*Kriiiiieee* I heard a screeching sound behind me and saw a single brown monster about the size of a cat behind me. It had three eyes and looked like a catfish with two front legs and a tail.
A blue sign appeared on top of it with it's class and hp.

With this information in my head I got into my stance with my left leg forward and my right back as I held my sword in front of me at 75 degrees. I gathered my strength and felt a tension in my muscles.
It took 0.4 seconds for the tension to rise to the point where it could break at any second. I ran forward and instantly broke the sound barrier. I swung my sword and cleanly cut the top half of the monster off its body. Blue blood flew everywhere along with blue particles that now joined the red, green, white and yellow particles I saw everywhere else.
