Standing proudly in the center of the south region in the forest is a huge tree with 10 meters in thickness.
Under the gigantic tree is a passage going to a secret base. This secret base is like a City, huge buildings are everywhere, people are resting after a day of training.
The people living here are composed of humans, elves and some dwarves, they are not much in number, this City is too huge for them.
Some are taking shifts is cooking and training, some are practicing their said expertize. Preparing to for the coming battle.
Everyone knows that they only have a year to prepare before the real battle will come.
In the center of the city is a castle, this is where the leaders of each raises conducts meetings and make plans.
In a private room where the security is tight, runes are all around and only four people are having a meeting, you can see the tensity of the situation through the qi that they are unconciusly releasing.
Beside a beautiful Elf is a hansome young human. They are Selina and Roan who are standing infront of the other two.
"Before you ask question and doubt this human, I will say to you that he had taken a soul oath that he is not an enemy and he will not betray us"
The two who had a wary face are shocked of what Selina had said. They know the meaning of "Soul Oath", so they finally relaxed and their wary face turned to amazement.
She looks at the two other leaders of the alliance and finally nodded.
"This is Roan Arsen, a human who I met when....."
Then she started to tell everything that happened except the things they had talked while they are on their way to the camp.
".........that's when he made soul oath"
Selina then seated on her seat while she let Roan sit beside her.
Regalius, the leader of the human race here on this expedition look unto Roan and then started speaking.
"Pardon me but how did you survive this chaotic place?'
Regalius is a swordsman and seeing Roan is a Dual Weilder swordsman, he asked him directly without any flowery words, this is how a swordsman should be, this is his personality and specially his thoughts.
Roan smiled amiably and foretold how he woke up from the outer area of the forest, on the other side of the barrier. He also told how he fend for his life, all of his experiences and the things he learned through fighting everyday to survive until the time when he first met Selina.
When he saw the curiousity in their eyes, he knew that they are thinking of how he cultivated without a teacher.
-ROAN'S POV-
He knew what they want so he made a story about how he found a book about cultivation.
"When I first woke up from this world, not so far away from me is a thin book, after reading and memorizing the contents, it suddenly turned to ashes, so I can't show you that book."
When I told them that, their expressions changes in many different ways. I know that they are thinking of whether to believe me or not, but I don't care, it's their thoughts and not mine.
After seeing them look towards me once again, I started to talk.
"What I want from you guys are knowledge, since I came to this world, I never seen any other living beings aside from the beasts that I fought and hunt. Don't worry you can ask of something in exchange, as long as it is not impossible."
Then I stopped talking and took my seat once again. Waiting for any questions or answers.
Regalius look at me, then ask:
"Do you know what Realms are called ? Coz according to what you told us, you just made a power system to identify or analyze your strength."
I looked at him and calmly answered with an embarassed face.
"To be honest I just just base my power system on how I felt every breakthrough and the changes in my qi and it's nature. So if you may, please explain them to me, coz i need to know things, I am ignorant of the outside world, I need knowledge"
I asked them sincerely, I really needed knowledge, its what I lack.
They nodded then Selina said that I needed to help them in the coming war and also help them to find something that is called the Gate of Babylon.
Then they started to tell me things about the multirace war that will happen after a year.
They said that the things about the gate of babylon will be told to me once I learned the universal language.
"By the way how the two of you can speak the human language?"
I said while pointing to Galik and Selina.
"Those who lead this expedition all needed to learn four languages, it's a requirement before entering the expedition to this Arcasin Secret Realm"
Selina is the one who answered first then Galik continued:
"It is neccessary to do so because we have to be able to send message to one of our allies when we are near to ones solar system. Then we are handling commands, so language is neccessary. "
After Galik, Regalius continued while closing his eyes and crossing his arms.
"Universal language is used to talk to an enemy you want to interogate and also to allies who didn't mastered the other languages, while in command".
Regalius stopped and looked at me, then sighed,
"so what is your so called power system?"
He asked while raising a brow.
Then I started writing the small breakthroughs and major breakthroughs, from level 0 to level 20.
I saw the amazement in their eyes, is it really that amazing, to be honest, I actually based it in the games I played in my past life.
_General Pov_
After Roan explained everything, everyone nodded making Roan relaxed.
Regalius: To be honest, you got it right, and I am amazed of how you created it, and came to that conclusion.
Roan: Thank you, I have to analyze my improvements so I came up to that conclusion. It's better to know yourself, so that you will know what to improve afterall.
Everyone nodded like it is just right to do so. They knew that Roan is smart, he is a genius, he would surely be nurtured if sects found out about him.
Selina: It's not shocking that you reach your present realm with your age. You have high perception and innovative.
Roan: You flattered me so much, I am still ignorant, I needed to know more, so I asked you for knowledge and thank you for the compliment.
Selina look at the other two, now roan felt that they are talking to one another with their qi but he didn't bother to pry on what they are discussing.
Regalius: We decided to help you and trust you so remember to ask anything you needed, as long as it is possible then we will surely help you.
Galik: boy, you have the strength so you can be a big help specially, you lived almost your life here in the forest, its a big help for scouting and reconaissance
Roan: Okay, I will help you, but know this, It's only been 10 months since I entered the core area of the forest. I will help you also, we are allies afterall.
Selina:Then it is decided. Thank you roan, we will give you the proper books and knowledge you want.
Galik and Regalius: hn.
They all came to an agreement. Roan felt thankful. Having an ally is really a good thing.
Seeing the smile on Roan's face, everyonen felt warm, this smile is a genuine one, unlike what they always see when they talk to other people.
Selina: Roan, we will start to teach you about things of the outside world, I will handle your language study and other things related to books.
Regalius: I will guide you about humans and the states in our world.
Galik: As you are also a blacksmith according to your story then I will teach you and guide you on forging.
Roan widened his eyes and felt warmth inside of his eyes, for so long , this is really the first time somebody opened their arms for him. Even in his past life, he always relies on his own, no one opened their arms for him.
Roan: Thank you guys, can you be my first friends?
Roan saw the genuineness of this people so he decided to ask out of appreciation.
Everyone: Of course.
They all agreed because Roan is kind person, he never flaunt his strength but respected everyone. He also emits some kind of soathing energy that makes them felt comfortable.
After the meeting, they all went to rest. They also gave roan his own room to rest.
Everything went well that Roan fell asleep as soon as he layed on his bed.
The next morning, Selina went to pick up Roan and decided to explain to him the realms.
