Chapter 12: ENTERING THE COMPANY (2)
Anna rolled down her window and saw the tall building in front of her and thought that she was going to reign this from now on and she was determined to make it rise to new heights.
She went to the VIP parking lot, nobody stopped her because they knew that the new CEO was coming today.
Anna called Joy and asked her if everything was ready, after confirming that everything was in place she came down from the car and entered the elevator that was reserved for the CEO.
Everyone was nervous as well as excited because their new boss was coming today.
At the same time, the elevator's door clicked and everyone saw a beautiful woman in full black attire with her blue hair tied in a high ponytail, and they all gasped when thay came to know that she was their new boss. Anna came out of the elevator and was greeted by her assistant, Joy.
She slightly nodded at the all the employees in return of the greetings and directly went towards the conference room. Everyone silently followed.
Once everyone was seated Anna started to first analyse the data of the previous years and asked them certain questions.
Then, she started talking about the future projects in which she wanted to invest and asked for their opinions. After a three hour meeting, Anna finally went to her office.
Since, the previous heirs were all males, the decor was simple and too blunt for Anna. She called Joy and instructed her about the changes she wanted in the room.
Joy was happy to learn that Anna was going to change the room's but she was stunned when Anna gave her the instructions, because Anna did not want any pastel or soft colour but she chose a black and blue theme and the design was simply elegant, spacious and graceful.
Joy was curious as to why Anna chose such colors but didn't dare to voice out her thoughts because she saw Anna's cold and serious demeanor in the conference room and was sure that if she asked such a silly question she would only ask for a death wish.
Anna started to work on the documents and contracts and when she finished it was already midnight so she decided to spend the night in the office only and slept in the small room inside, after a shower and change of clothes.
