Mo Ting Xiao would have gotten angry had it been someone else. But he felt like he owed her this as she was willing to trust him.
" My sister's name was Mo Ting Ting. She is almost the same age as you are. Almost seven to eight years ago, she got kidnapped by some unknown people and that was the last we had seen her. We tried every way we could to find her, but all were in vain. Now I only hope that she is still alive at least, even if she is not with us.", he spoke in a sad tone.
Somehow Chang Chang could feel his pain. She took his palm in her hand and gave it a squeeze of assurance." She will definitely be alive… Do you know any way by which you can recognize her??", she asked him.
He just looked at her gently and said," She had a mole in the shape of a heart on the left side of her neck.." Lu Chang Chang was a big surprised. She had seen that mark for sure.' I think it is her', she thought.
" We need to stop by a place tomorrow on our way back", she told him after a while. She had her doubts, but she didn't want to simply get his hopes up for no reason. " Okay sure..", he replied with a nod.
" By the way, what were you going to ask me earlier??", she askes quizzically. She remembered that he was approaching her with a question just before she dropped the pot.
