Chapter 6: an egg
"..." Ling Yu looked at Sora who took her in his hands before walking up to the surface of the water. Ling Yu was confused as she was lost in the kiss. that kiss was addicting. was this love? She didn't know what she was feeling, yet she knew she didn't hate Sora.
"From this day forth, you're my wife," Sora said with a smile as he walked to the surface. Ling Yu's heart was moved, but something inside her was telling her not to fall for Sora, there were 3 voices in her head.
one voice was from her heart, telling her to say. another voice was from her head, but it was questioning everything, and the last voice was a mystery dark voice telling pushing her to be heartless. In the end, her heart overshadowed everything. Sora was her... type.
They quickly got dressed and went on to go killing monsters together. they did, their bond grew together. they ran into many sect disciples, and the two happily took the points from those sect disciples and had them leave this pocket space.
Sora spent most of his time cultivating, strangely even with the star being fake, he could still cultivate the solar energy cultivating art. but the energy here was impure and wasn't as strong as the real sun outside.
with Sora also reaching the iron rank, his absorption speed was shocking. iron rank stones were all absorbed in a few days, allowing him to quickly cultivate the sage of six paths cultivation art to the 10th level in just 2 weeks. it would have been faster, but he was on the move and was killing monsters killing masters.
Sora could also keep track of the ranking of everyone within pocket space, he made sure to remain within the top 200. those who came first place here gained no rewards, so he didn't care about coming out on top.

upon reaching level 1 iron rank of the sage of six path cultivation art, Sora went on to go through the gains from reaching this realm.
Sage of six paths Eyes. These were the eyes of the sage of six paths, although just of the first level, but these eyes had many abilities. each is split into 2 parts, the Eye of Insight which could allow one to see energy, the ability to see even the slightest abilities, and the ability to copy any abilities so long as they are not bloodline abilities or techniques above one understanding
the second is known as the Eye of Hypnotism. by making eye contact, one could place one into a powerful illusion. these illusions were not simple, as the more powerful one can even make one feel as if they were in pain. mastering these eyes could even allow one to not just simply place in an illusion but take complete control of a person. one could outright rewrite a person's memory and many more
Sora who was sitting cross-legged on the ground slowly opened his eyes, showing his eyes which had transformed. taking on a red color, Sora's strength already improved from cultivation of this cultivation art to the iron rank, but these eyes improved his energy to go through an improvement.

The great fire Ball techniques, the Lightning Cutter, Water Dragon, Weighted Boulder, Rasenshuriken.
these were all techniques that Sora could learn, but he wanted to use these techniques to build his own techniques. after the silver rank, these techniques will be of no use to him. he was already reaching the level these techniques had the most effective capabilities

he shook his head as he threw these throughs to the back of his head and went on to go for a walk on this sunny day. he didn't know what Ling Yu was doing as she went to do her own thing, but they agree to have a good fight within the sect ranking which will be in 3 days.
while Sora was sunbathing, far away in a forest, Fu Bo sat before a beautiful waiting for his death. as a cripple, he had no face to return home. so, he came here to die in peace. as he sat there, as he sat there, a sound of a demonic beast roar sounded behind him. Fu Bo turned around and saw a huge wolf heading his way with killing intent.
Fu Bo had no emotions and calmly awaited his death. but just as he was about to be eaten, his little brother Fu Gang suddenly appeared to save him. but the shock wave sent him flying into the river, Fu Gang quickly tried to save him, but the demonic beast stopped him.
Fu Bo was moved to see his brother, but he quickly disappeared into the river. a few hours later, Fu Bo struggled to move out of the river and found that the river had brought him to a weird cave.
Fu Bo coughed up some water, before falling to his back as he breathed heavily, after catching his breath he allowed around the cave once more. there he saw a strange skeleton on the ground, the skeleton was golden in color and was sitting straight up like a mountain.
"You coming here is fate." a deep voice came from out of nowhere, followed by a soul slowly appearing above the golden skeleton. it was of a middle-aged man, who was golden hair. he was quite handsome, but there was no life within his eyes.
"You like me have lost all will to live, but unlike me, I sense you still have something to fight for. I will give you this chance, take my inheritances. but under the condition to take revenge for me, and if you can't do it, you must find someone else to." He said lifelessly, Fu Bo quickly kneed as he promised, but his promise took the form of a chin which wrapped around his heart.
Fu Bo felt that if he went against this promise, then his heart will be destroyed killing him. memories entered Fu Bo's mind, being the memories of the soul before him. but they were just important memories, from techniques, and who he had to kill.
Fu Bo looked at his body in shock as his cripple body was reformed. flames burned in his heart as he thought of Sora, this time he will be able to recreative, and build a much stronger foundation than before. and with so many techniques, he will kill Sora... no, he will cripple Sora and have him feel the same hopelessness he felt...
Sora on the other hand was confused as he was getting rage points from Fu Bo and Fu gang, and the whole rage points. how could they still be angry over something that happened months ago?
Sora shook his head as he looked at the technique he could get with his sect points, the one that caught his finger was a technique called a solar finger, which gathered sunlight into a finger before shooting it forward from the finger, it was an incomplete technique, but he got Sora thinking of any things Sora could do with the Solar energy cultivation art.
Sora left the technique hall after finding out nothing within was good, Sora went on to continue to bathe within the remaining time and even went to see the old alchemist from time to time.
time quickly passed and it was soon time for the sect rankings. there were 451 people taking place in this ranking. the tournament was taking place in a special arena where there were 10 stages, each extremely huge. there was even a huge number of people who came to watch, people from all over the land under the pure water sect came, mostly people family came to support their family members.
there were hundreds of people who came to watch, and everyone could clearly see the stage they were forcing on. this was because of a special formation that was set up, this was another way for the sect to gain income, so of course, they were going to make it so the people coming to watch could see
one had 10 minutes to win, if no one won then both people will lose. everyone was given 5 minutes between battles to rest, so everyone had to fight while thing about their energy. everyone will be able to battle at least once today,
after everyone was given the number, they were given the person they will face and had to wait for their time. they were not forced to sit anywhere and watched, so they could even leave and give up without saying a word.
Sora picked this chance to study everyone's Dao. It was faster to see someone doing something, compared to one just doing it blindly. with the Sage of Six paths' eyes, Sora was able to study and comprehend everyone's usage of the Dao at a shocking speed.

the Dao was split into 3 grades. the lowest was known as the Lesser Dao. these Dao only had 8 levels, Daos that fell into this grade are known as the Dao Of the Thunderclap, Inkwater, the Gale, Mystic Ice, Rainwater, and many more
The next stage of Daos is the Grand Daos, these Daos are composed of two types of Dao.
Daos of nature that are related to natural phenomena and may even contain subsidiary lesser Daos and may themselves be a part of a Heavenly Dao. The Grand Dao of the Waterdrop contains The Dao of Rainwater and The Grand Dao of the Waterdrop belongs to The Heavenly Dao of Water
Technical Daos where a technical art has been advanced so far as to become a Dao of its own and thus they are unrelated to the natural mysteries of the world and rely as much on advancing one's own Dao heart as on understanding their mysteries.
There were many Grand Dao, everything from formations, sword, spear, Archery, Formations and many more kinds of Grand Daos. each Dao had 10 levels,
as for the highest grade of the Dao, were known as the Heavenly Dao. they were the highest-grade Dao. they were the supreme of all the Daos and are the most essential to the universe's functioning.

"I saw you were all close with Ling Yu..." the middle-aged man wanted to give a speech, but Sora ignored him as he went on to look at the other battle stage. the complete regard for his existence made the middle-aged man explode in rage before he shot at Sora.
"Falcon punch." the middle-aged man yelled as his fist rocketed towards Sora, this punch was no normal fist as even a level 8 iron rank expert will have trouble dodging it. it was fast, too fast that it pushed one body to the limit.
Sora calmly stepped backward, to dodge the punch. the middle-aged man was still moving forward and was caught off guard by Sora's movement, Sora placed his foot forward, tripping the middle-aged man.
"Why do you cultivate?" Sora asked calmly as he looked at the middle-aged man who was angrily standing more and came rushing at Sora, with rains of punches.
"So forced of others and not your dreams and goals. my goal is to become the strongest, don't waste my time. you don't even know what you want to do with your life." Sora said as he punched him flying off was the stage,
"..." Sora looked at him calmly, before disappearing once he was declared the winner. his fight was too quick, so it caught some people's attention, but it was too quick so. Soon Ling Yu also went up, and she easily won her battle as well.
hours later, the number of people was cut down by more than half. there were a few ties and a few people who broke the roles. so now, 220 people were remaining, they were going to have one more round for everyone before it was called a day.
those who remained who the strongest, with the weakest being at level 1 iron rank. Sora, of course, was that person, other than him the lowest cultivation was Ling Yu who was at level 4 iron rank, and other than her was at level 7 iron rank.
after a moment, the battle began. Sora was not the only one looking at these battles to improve their own understanding and comprehension of the Dao or technique. this was no special ability that only belonged to Sora. watching someone doing something was much better than one trying to do something in the dark.
Sora soon was up for battle, this time his opponent was a level 8 iron rank expert. Sora smiled as this battle would be of some fun, so he fought to his fullest while holding back. he didn't use any techniques and only used his body in the battle.
Sora's body now was at level 7 iron rank, so with just his body, he had level 8 combat strength. but his opponent had level 9 combat strength, so their battle was hard and took quiet time. this battle also caught the attention of many people, watching powerful experts going all out, trading blows for blows, fighting like some crazy animals was energy catching
Sora's ability to adapt and his high defense capability was just shocking, only attacks at level 8 iron rank could make any real damage. yet Sora's reflexes were draw-dropping, it's like Sora knew the middle-aged man's battle style inside out and out. this forced the middle-aged man to improve his combat abilities and styles, but Sora improved faster.
when 10 seconds were remaining, Sora knocked the middle-aged man out of the arena, stunning everyone seeing how Sora could have won at any time, the middle-aged man was stunned for a moment before he was enraged at how Sora was toying with him,
"Through combat could one be forced to their limits, forcing them to break those limits down. you as only at mid-level 7 iron rank, but now could even match a level mid-level 9 iron rank expert." Sora said with a smile as he crossed his arms
"Yes, I suppressed my power. but that was sore I could also improve, if you don't push yourself then you will never truly see your full potential." Sora said as he flashed, disappearing.
within the clouds, an old man rubbed his beard hearing Sora. experts will have just waved their hands and got an instant win, yet Sora suppressed his power and forced himself into difficulty to force himself to overcome it. this was something that was no man in the cultivation world would do, as this could lead to one enemy gaining enlightenment during combat and overwhelming them
yet Sora seemed to seek that, it was like fighting stronger people was something which he sought. such a personality was dangerous, but he knew it was the reason for Sora's fast cultivation speed. not everyone was like Sora who could grow stronger through battle, it was Sora is the reincarnation of some war god.
"His physique is quite interesting. But even still, the fact this sect has someone else who can skip ranks was the sect good lucky. The Sect of course had to carefully raise this talent so they could remain the strongest in this lower region.
tomorrow will be the day they will hold the 3rd round; he will have Sora lose to someone then. he couldn't allow too many people to see Sora lose, with Sora's personality, he will be putting a target on Sora's back, so he will have a half step silver rank expert fight Sora. he will have him give Sora a quick defeat
Sora went on to wait for Ling Yu before they went out to cause some trouble, Ling Yu seemed to gain some joy from seeing chaos, while Sora got joy from seeing his rage points increase. there were a lot of people around thanks to the sect ranking, Ling Yu was like a magnet that just brought trouble left and right.
Sora was almost brought to tears at this, he truly got a lovely wife. he gained the 100,000 rage points required that day. he waited until he got home to spin the wheel. Sora watched the wheel spinning before it came to a stop.
Sora looked at the egg which had appeared under the question mark on the wheel. Sora had the wheel appear in his hands as he closely looked at it,
The Egg of a divine beast. this divine beast can only be hatched by using one's energy to help the divine beast grow, one also needs to use their blood essence to help within the naturing of the divine beast. the beast talent will become stronger depending on the power of your bloodline and energy.
note: fox type bloodlines will greatly speed up the egg hatching. there is no limit within to the fox talent, the host can boost it to his limits. the divine beast will gain no special ability from your bloodline.
Sora calmly as he looked at his information and went on to calmly drop some blood drops on the egg, while also feeding it his energy. after which, he put the egg away into the specials space where he spent the monkey king staff
the egg was like the staff, so he can store it within himself. whatever divine beast was, it will not be any less talented than him. it will not die so long as he is alive, although it will take some time for the divine beast to be reborn within side him again.
Sora went on to leave his room and went on to await his chance to gain more spins in the future. Sora calmly watched the sunset go down. tomorrow he could be able to break through to level 1 iron rank in the solar energy cultivation art.
The next day, Sora was up early to bathe in the sunlight. as he bathed, Sora began feeling the time for his breakthrough arriving. he went to the arena, as he didn't need to force on cultivation to breakthrough.
the ranking began, and Sora broke through soon after. Sora closed his eyes as he went through the gains through his breakthrough. what did he gain you ask, well, let's start with his eyes.
X-Ray Vision, Sora could now see through almost anything. although for some reason he could see through lead. unless a person has the ability to block this or has some barriers, Sora will be able to see through almost anything
Telescopic Vision. Sora could now see things extremely far away, it will almost be as if he was standing air it. he could see an ant on top of a mountain while being countless miles away. this will only improve as his cultivation improve
Microscopic Vision. Sora could see down to the molecular level. this ability will improve as his cultivation improves, for now, he could only do this close-up, but soon could do this while far away.
Electromagnetic Spectrum Vision. He can see and identify radio/television and any and all broadcast/transmitted frequencies, allowing him to avoid detection by radar or satellite monitoring methods. this could even allow Sora, someone, using divine sense, and even trace it back to their user,
Heat Vision. Sora can release his stored energy directly in the form of beams from his eyes. they can be either a narrow or wide-area beam, The heat intensity can be greater than that of the sun and can be modulated to deliver different frequencies and types to best affect his opponent. His heat vision is invisible at lower temperatures, but blinding at higher temperatures. this ability is improved as one comprehension of the Dao improves, the overall power depends on how much energy is stored
Superhuman Breath. Sora is able to inhale and exhale huge volumes of air with great force and is capable of extinguishing large fires and moving heavy objects with his breath alone. this ability is improved as one strength improves, and even more so as one comprehension of the Dao improves.
Freeze Breath. Superman can freeze his opponents by using his Super Breath to release a large volume of air. this ability is improved as one strength improves, and even more so as one comprehension of the Dao improves.
and lastly Flight. When Sora's body is charged with solar energy, he is able to emit a gravitational field that enables him to defy gravity and fly. He has extreme mobility while he is in flight, allowing him to fight, change course.
Sora's physique body has also improved upon it stepping into the iron rank. Sora's body went through the great chances, he can take what he can lunch out. Sora's body was now at level 9 iron rank, it went from level 7 to level 9 just like that.
with these new techniques, Sora had gained combat strength at early level 5 silver rank. and with these items of his, he could battle an early level 6 silver rank expert. Sora's current strength, only those elders were his match. this was not adding the World Lord Fist, Sage of Six paths eyes. ape transformation, and the new techniques brought upon by the solar energy cultivation art
Sora also found that his mind was stronger. he could thank so fast now that the world seemed to freeze, although this was nothing special to a cultivator. as a person's speed improves, they of course could see the world moving slower and slower.
but Sora was special. Sora's mind was the fastest thing on him. although he couldn't move as fast as his mind could move, Sora could use this to speed up his comprehension of the Dao. this also meant his reaction speed was shocking, hitting him will be like trying to hit a fly.
Sora now didn't know how powerful he was. how fast was he? but he was sure he could flee if needed, and he could even use the Solar energy within his body to boost his power and senjutsu to boost his speed together to boost his speed. Sora could also learn to use solar energy while in combat to use it in other ways than simply heat vision and other stuff.
Sora could try and learn to combine the two energies, allowing the solar energy cultivation effect to cultivate all of his cultivation art without him not trying. with his thinking speed, Sora had enough time to combine these two energies. but he couldn't do this at the moment as he felt people were watching.
but just imagine him laying back, and all these cultivation arts cultivated on their own? this could open the door for Sora to be able to cultivate all 3 techniques at the same time, just thinking of this made Sora happy. although he will need 3 times the energy, but he didn't care much
