Chapter 4: Batman and The Moan (18+)
The current area of the alleyway by which Kaiser was previously at was culturally crowded with a bunch of police officers with there squad cars, and fire trucks with fireman's stationed outside said alleyway all grouped up and chattering away at a plan of action to go about clearing an evacuating close by residents. While there was another group of men wearing a Gotham city fireman's fire wear currently attempting to put out the fire.

Down about almost a full block down the street from where the firefighters tried to put out the flames of the broken down building was a man standing at 5'8, having brown hair with shades of white towards the right and left side of his hair, wearing a brown trench coat with a white dress shirt, grey pants, and black dress shoes. This man was Commissioner James Worthington Gordon of the GCPD. He was currently standing beside his patrol car with a dark figure standing not to far from him with glowing white eyes emanating from the shadows.
"Any idea about what could have caused this to happen?" The dark figure guy asked in a deep dark voice. "Batman! I see you've managed to have the once again caught the Joker who somehow managed to get himself loose out of Arkham." The Commissioner said with a slight pause before continuing "So far we've got no leads on what happened here. Locals say that an explosion of sort happened within the alleyway few minutes earlier before the building collapsed. While some say that they felt a pressure of sorts before the old apartment complex broken down." The commissioner said.
"Got any cameras nearby that could have detected if it was someone who walk inside of the alleyway before any happened?" The now revealed now named Batman questioned. To which the Commissioner responded with "There aren't any functioning cameras close by to which the incident happened. Think it could have been a meta attack?" Batman who was now processing on the things he heard from The commissioner responded "possibility. But it rare to have a meta come to Gotham. Unless something big were to be going on with the major players of Gotham."
After hearing what Batman response was made him slightly worried that this be another one of Gotham's crime lord's meetings gone bad.
"I be in Touch If I discover anyone who could be related to the situation." With that said he disappeared within the shadows, leaving the commissioner standing by his patrol car.

Next Day
"I've managed to find an abandoned warehouse by Gotham bay where I have managed to lay low to practice some of my powers while hopefully! And I really do mean HOPEFULLY. Stay away from Gotham's Batman. Would not wish to meet up with him without at least getting to metropolis to get my paperwork's in order." Kaiser said to himself as he could be seen currently on the floor with his legs crossed and his hands producing a small orb of reddish orange fire mixed with a green electricity current sparkling with a green glow around the fire orb.
Observing the way his aura is currently producing and changing colors with each ability he uses made him stare at the of reddish orange and green with amazement, as he finally just realized that he is currently in a superhero world with some pretty amazing abilities. Though in his opinion they are currently only with the beginning stages of what he could use them for within the future. "I wonder. Should I go and try to be a hero? I mean this world is crawling with some pretty psychotic individuals like the Joker, scarecrow, and a bunch of others. But would I really want to risk my life with this weird heroic fantasy fantasy that most with to be in this universe?" Kaiser thought to himself as he suddenly realized something "risk my life!? The feck am I talking about, I'M FUCKIN IMMORTAL!!" Kaiser scream inside the warehouse as the orb he had hovering out by his hands disperse into nothingness as he raised his hands high in a cheer of excitement. "Hahaha! If that's the case then I would not mind being a hero, though I do wonder how much does the government pay them? Or does Batman just pay everybody's bills for them with a weekly check or something? Meh, got to figure out my status of living before I start wanting to go out and give the heroes a hand here and there." Kaiser said with a joyful smile and laughter. "Oh boy how I am gonna enjoy getting some practice in with my powers once I get myself setup in order to help out the heroes and authorities out there. Though I'd probably wanna avoid them, wouldn't want to be treated as of bad like how Batman was first seen as in the dark knight movies. Just gotta find a mea-ahem- hero! To stop the bullets for me. Wouldn't want to 'die' now would I guys?" Kaiser said as he proceeds to stare out into nothingness.
"Wait! Am I even bulletproof?" Kaiser thought for a second before he stood up and grab what looks to be broken pipe with a sharp edge in the broken area of it. "Mhm.. I don't know if I should be trying this, i mean sure I could be invulnerable like that of the silver king, but he still felt the pain of being hit, though only for a second before he was fine." Kaiser said as he proceeds to lift up the broken pipe and takes a breath "he goes." He says as he proceeds to swing the sharp edge of the pipe at his left arm preparing for pain before he suddenly stopped.
"SHIT! Almost tore my only piece of clothing until I reach metropolis." He cursed out his as realized he almost made a fatal mistake. "How the hell am I supposed to empress one of the heroines of this universe if I come to them as if I'm some homeless beggar. Damm my stupidity!" Kaiser states out as he sets the pipe down and begins to remove his leather jacket and gently sets it down before he once again picks up the pipes and raises it up high before he once again begins to swing down the sharp edge of the pipe at his bare naked skin only to stop once again with the pipes sharp edges barely an inch away from his skin.
"I don't know about this, what if I'm suddenly considered a masochist by the readers and there prying eyes reading about me h-hitting myself in this quiet and lonely warehouse with nothing but me and my pipe gripped tightly in my right hand.." Kaiser said out loud once more, talking to nothing but his surrounding air.
"Feck it. Deep breaths and calm exhales." He said to himself a loud as he proceeds to take deep breaths and calm exhales of air. "He goes." He said with a final breath before raising the pipe once more swinging the sharp edge at his left arm, hitting against his skin.
"Ah!~" A moan of pleasure was release into the surrounding air of the abandoned house.
