Chapter 24: He was just jealous!?

Everyone was dead silent, so I tried to ease the awkward situation with a laugh!" Well, it seems you couldn't get what you'd hoped for! I stood on tiptoe with a grin and hardly wrapped my arm around his neck from the side. "No way! What are you talking about buddy? They were scared of your face! Just don't stare like that into a baby's eyes, ok? Being sued for child abuse is not fun!"

He looked at me with big eyes for a moment and then frowned thickly! Poor guy was devastated, by the fact that his serious face was scary!

I rubbed the gap between his eyebrows with my index finger and laughed softly. Having a scary face wasn't that bad, I couldn't scare off a puppy with my scariest face!

"You can rest, boss. I'll be at their service."

I sat back in my chair with hesitation and looked at Ashton, who seemed serious. My baby boy was growing up!" Are you sure?"

When he nodded quickly with a big smile, my heart warmed with his kindness and I smiled a little and turned to Harry. "What about you Harry? Are you ok with this?"

"Absolutely! You did enough...you can rest now!"

Harry replied with a kind smile and went with Ashton. Even his smile was familiar to me, but like always, my mind was on vacation, so I let it go and put my head on my counter!

My shoulders hurt so much that it was hard for me to even breathe. Maybe I should've gone home, but I didn't like the house when I was alone, so I crossed out that option, and tried to stay still as possible for a while so that my shoulder would get better ... My God ... some teenagers are really unbearable, I am really happy that I'm past that stage!

I wanted to get away from Louis as soon as possible so that he couldn't hear us talking, so I could finally understand what was going on! Liam wanted to follow him, but Louis stopped him as usual, and when Luke went to check his shoulder, he relocated his shoulder himself. Liam got mad, fought with Louis, and then went after Zayn and beat the shit out of him and..."

Hearing that part I interrupted him with a smirk! "Hold on...then where were your betas? Isn't this their job to keep an eye on Zayn and protect him in this kind of situation? So why didn't they stop Liam when he was beating Zayn?"

He laughed softly and rubbed his neck with a mischievous smile! "You can't deny it, Boss! Zayn isn't a very nice person compared to Louis, so please understand why my betas did this! When Zayn hurts Louis...they don't mind seeing Zayn hurt! Of course, they went to help, but they arrived a little late!"

"If it turns out that Zayn is the Alpha, we are all dead!" I said with a laugh and Ashton smiled ear to ear!

He was so excited when he saw that I wasn't angry, and that was my clue to frown. If I continued to smile, we would never have reached the main point!

"Cut it off! Well, this part is related to Zayn's anger and Louis's bad feeling! What happened next?"

"Boss, Zayn only reacts when Louis is with Liam! He seems to be jealous of Liam and Louis's close relationship! Luke says that he always calls them gay and insult Louis all the time!"

Confused, I thought about it for a moment...what he was saying ... nothing matched with my researches!

"Louis doesn't defend himself or Liam...does he?"

"No!"

"But why? Are they really in a relationship?" I asked in shock and he shook his head with a smile!

"No, Liam has a girlfriend, their relationship is just a very good friendship, and Louis is...so confusing! It's interesting to me why Louis never says anything to Zayn, and in addition to that, when Liam wants to react, Louis doesn't allow him to do anything to Zayn! Today, the same behavior had made everything more interesting. Liam beat the shit out of Zayn, but he didn't react till Louis arrived, As soon as Louis arrived, he started teasing Louis as usual, but instead of reacting to Zayn, Louis tried to keep Liam away from Zayn!"

"He defended him, in front of everyone!" That was weird...why would someone defend their bully?

"It wasn't just that...Louis defended Zayn, and when Liam got angry and asked him to choose between him and the one who was always bothering him, Louis somehow chose Zayn!"

He said excitedly and I smiled after a moment...things were adding up! That was when I felt it and decided that it's too strange to ignore!

"This is where Zayn got happy and excited! He really wanted Louis to choose him!"
