also just because Thor has this perk doesn't mean he will be as strong as end of ragnarok Thor though he will be most definitely stronger then canon Thor he still wont be as strong as ragnarok Thor as ragnarok Thor had fully awakened his divinity and could throw around truly ridiculously massive lightning bolts and was much stronger just overall and he most definitely won't be as strong as endgame Thor '
