Chapter 23: Hospital meeting.........
It was the next morning and Aayuki was sleeping when her phone rang. She woke up to see who called her. It was Mr. Davis calling at 10 am.
Aayuki: "Hel.."
Mr. Davis: "You unfilial daughter! Why were you born. Your sister is injured and you don't even come to take care of her. She always talks about you and worries for you. Look at you no sense of gratitude. Come to the AJ Med hospital now."
With that he hung up, not listening to a word Aayuki said.
Aayuki: "Huh, injured. If it was me would he still behave like he was worried: Probably not. Get up Aayuki, have to go and see the fake family drama."
Violet: " Yu, are you up."
Aayuki: "Hmm. Just woke up. My father called, have to go to the hospital. Let's get fresh and eat breakfast. Then we can both go the hospital, you work there, so we can separate from there."

Aayuki: "For now nothing. I will go and meet them today. Lets see what they have to say. When Alexa gets discharged then we will plan out the use of the videos."
Violet: "Yeah, you are right. Are you sure you want to do something. Just....don't back up thinking they are your family. I know you Yu. I am worried they will scheme against you again if you be soft hearted."
Aayuki: I also thought they were family. I was truly naïve in my past life. If it was before, I would have forgiven them thinking maybe I did something wrong. But now I got to be strong. "Don't worry Violet, I won't back down." I smiled at her.
Violet: "That's a good thing. I always knew they were scums. I am with you in every step you take. Okay then get up and shower, breakfasts ready. Oh yes, Lucia called, she is coming with Ryan for breakfast."
Aayuki: "mmm Okay."
Then Violet went downstairs and Aayuki got fresh. When they started to eat, Lucia and Ryan came.
Lucia: " We are just in time. I feel hungry."
Aayuki: " Good morning Lucy and brother Ryan. Please have a seat. I will ask aunt Laila to get more food."
Lucia: Baby Yu, you are an angel. I love you the most. OH, did you watch the videos."
Violet: "I did. The only noticeable person is Alexa. Plus there were lots of drugs. So if I am not wrong Alexa by now is a drug addict. She would need to go to rehab. If not then she would be drug addict and you know drugs are expensive.
Ryan: "Good, she gets what she sows. What are you going to do now."
Aayuki: "Father called. He wants me to go to meet Alexa in the hospital. So you guys eat I will take my leave, Violet you want a ride."
Violet: "Yup, lets go. By Lu and Mr. Ryan."
Then all four left for their own work. At AJ Med Hospital.....
Aayuki: "Father, what happened to Alexa."
Mr. Davis: " You finally have the time to come. Your sister is in a life and death situation. Where were you for the following days."
Mrs. Davis: "Honey, calm down. I am sure Aayuki was busy. She is not young anymore. Now she is an adult and has money left by her mother. She doesn't need to worry about a living, she is rich now, even more richer then you, I mean us. Also she didn't know Lex was injured."
Mr. Davis: "She could call to know what is going on. Money, hah. Just this little money and she now forgets that she has a family."
Aayuki: "Father, how could you say that. You know I care for you all. Alexa is like a little sister to me even if we have different mothers. I always give her what she wants. I even call you guys all the time but you all never pick it up. I was busy finding a job these days and even had a fever. You didn't call me once to see if I was okay or not. What is my mistake. Why do you all blame me for everything. Alexa got hurt but I didn't hurt her."
Mr. and Mrs. Davis got shocked. Since Aayuki was young, she has never questioned them like this. Wasn't this all her fault. If she didn't leave the hotel that day then Alexa would have been fine.
Mrs. Davis: "Aayuki, have we never loved you. You made so many mistakes since you were young and caused us so much trouble. We were the ones who had to sort out your troubles. Is it that now you know your late mother has left a fortune for you that you no longer respect us. Not even your biological father. I feel so sad for you honey. This child has more money then you that she forgot how hard you worked to earn. hu hu hu."
Mr. Davis: Was it that now she knows of her mothers will and will be rich, richer then him that she looks down on him. She is the same as her mother. That bitch looked down on me and now her daughter looks down on me too. In his anger he slapped Aayuki.
The slap was unexpected. It had a lot of pressure that Aayuki fell down on the ground and blood came from her mouth. Her cheek was burning and had a big hand print on it.
Aayuki: The slap was unexpected. My whole cheek is burning and it hurts. I feel the place is moving. Why did he hit me. I felt so much pain and saw blood coming from my mouth dripping on the floor. I started sobbing. Tears were falling from my eyes non-stop. I got up.
" Father hic.. why did you hit me. Did I do something wrong,"
Mr. Davis: "Wrong. You have some nerve. It is your fault Alexa is injured. If you didn't leave the hotel last time then your little sister wouldn't have gotten hurt by those hooligan men. If you were there you could have protected her. You should have offered yourself to save her. Since young you have always troubled me. I am tired of cleaning your mess. This time too, your mess has impacted your sister. What will you do now. Tell me. You need punishment! Give me the bank card your mother gave you. You will have to give it to Alexa as an apology."

Aayuki left. She then reached a free hall. No one was there. She sat on the vacant chair and started crying. Suddenly a young man came up to her.
The man: "Are you okay. Does it hurt. Come with me i will get your wound treated."
Aayuki: "I..It's okay. I am not hurt. you please don't be bothered by me."
The man: " Are you Aayuki."
Aayuki: I was surprised how does he know me. I looked up but because of my tears I couldn't see properly. I wiped my tears and saw his face. He was handsome, tall and muscular. Hmm, he seems familiar. Where have I seen him. Ah yes, "Brother Andrew is that you."
