"Okay fine." Clyde always tries to get away with the nice leader persona but he's utter trash and with abilities he was handed the silver spoon. His parents brought him anything he wanted theygave him the E rank slash ability which costs 1500 pounds because he's there beloved almighty swordsman yet me i'm just a lonely mage. I was born without enough mana for even the weakest spells I mean the best magic I can cast is barely enough for chores yet since I have mana I'm forced to be a hunter. as anyone who doesn't have their own circulation of mana around their mana core gets mana poisoning even if they're in a 50 metre proximity of the dungeon. Yet me Graham Chase Terrence a 19 year old boy with average looks blue eyes like the clearest seas 🌊 and dark brown hair just had to be born as the weakest hunter in the whole of Britain im even weaker then a normal human as when I became a hunter I wasn't strong enough to even attempt to refine my body as I have to little mana and the only way to increase mana is to do one of three things.
1. Eat mana cores however it is very dangerous as the monsters will, could be residing in their mana core and then they could try to dominate over your bloodline and you could become a savage beast, like the monster who owned the mana core. you could also become a demi human who is destined to be kidnapped and sold as a slave. Anyone who became an A rank hunter or even B rank and above is to precious to to confront and it would be like taking on a dungeons boss to put a B rank hunter into confinement so they can do whatever they want. And the last thing that could happen is if you made a friend with the monster or gained enough of it's respect there is a chance it will pass on its bloodline to you and you could become hybrid or if the beast is strong enough you could switch between you monster bloodline and your human bloodline.
2. Refine the magic sapphire found in Dungeons which can be done with the the new hunters guild technology which takes your mana signature and imprints the mana sapphire . which you can then circulate your mana round you body and absorb the mana in the atmosphere and magic sapphire. This can be done without any technology but it would be too crude,inefficient and you have to have at least a yellow mana core so it is not advised.
3. Gather mana in the atmosphere with the previous method of circulating your mana and then feeding the mana from the atmosphere to your core, so it can refine the mana and engrave your signature on the newly acquired mana this method is only reasonable in dungeons as earth has to little mana. Obviously dungeons aren't viable either as they close within an day of killing the dungeons boss so you wouldn't have time to use this method.
"Graham hurry up the boss room is up ahead and don't even think about pocketing any of them mana crystals. And don't forget your parents jobs as dungeon evaluators rely on my dads back so you better be careful you little insect." The party footsteps could be heard as they confronted the boss room door.
"Are they the sound of puny human feet, 'slurp' I cant wait for tomorrow."
"The boss room is just up ahead so we'll go over the plan one more time. the boss is grey dire wolf they are 9ft tall and rely on their physical strength and don't have any spells but a buff spell that increases all of the wolfs speed temporarily.This also makes the dire wolf go into berserk mode for three minutes after the dire wolf has activated the spell, the spell activates when the dire wolf howls. So theo you go ahead and tank all of the attacks from the dire wolf and I will be protecting matt and Claire as they cast magic on the wolfs in the boss room. Once we kill all the wolves we will all attack the dire wolf and if he howls before we kill all of the wolves then theo use provoke and get the wolves attention and Matt, Claire and me will start fighting the dire wolf, once the effect wears off we all attack the boss whilst you are the distraction Theo. Ok, has everyone got that.

"Last time I checked graham you cant to do anything why don't you blow dry one of the wolfs fur whilst we are fighting and don't forget to collect any of the wolfs mana crystal and if any of them have their mana core still intact it goes to me the swordsman and the party leader, but that should be a given, so DON'T FORGET." 'Creeeeek' the door to the boss opened and I wasn't gonna sit back like usual because I want to grow stronger and this boss was my only way
