" Are you sure, it's safe to go near him? " Mira whispered griping her small camera
" We are not susceptible Mira ... we have Two D rank hero's with us" Scarlett reassured Mira before moving forward
Mira glance at their two bodyguards and gulped her saliva " so you are saying Gabriel and Lee will protect us from this guy, who slew an unknown snake who is strong enough to shake the entire yacht with his tail "
Scarlett froze on the ground doubting her decision after hearing Mira's words, she gapes at Don who is standing unharmed in front of that snake
" Possibly he is highest-ranked hero, From another city," Scarlett said this and whirls back at Mira with a nervous smile on her face
" He didn't attack us yet that means he has no ill intension ...but " Gabriel comes forward as he stands between Don and other people's defensively
Lee looks at the giant snake beside Don and wipes his sweat from the forehead " he is friendly I guess "
" Are you the one who killed this snake?" Gabriel asked in a loud voice before folded his arms
Don just turned around and started walking in the opposite direction.
They waited for Dons response but Don did the unexpected move earning confused looks from them. They were skeptical about him but Gabriel shouted again
" Are you abandoning this giant snake here .. you know how valuable this thing is? "
Don stops in his tracks and glared at Gabriel but without giving him any chance to analyze his emotions

what should I do? I asked myself as I understand I can't just kill these guys so I choose another option to leave the place and moved away from them but that man shouted loud enough to make my blood boil.
The other three humans move slightly back after my gaze falls back on them unlike this man who is staring at me like he was trying to investigate my movement beforehand.
His peering gaze makes me uncomfortable so I decided to check, how strong he is before taking any action...
Before I evaluate him, suddenly window pops in upfront of me

" His... his blue eyes turned golden for a second..did you saw that? " Scarlett grabbed Mira's hands unconsciously after analyzing something about him
" no, I just looking for a way to escape, " Mira said in a panicked tone

" I can't figure out what he is thinking or what he intends to do next ... " Gabriel replied and steps back giving a sign them to go inside the yacht
Mira and Lee followed Gabriel's order without further questions another hand Scarlett, stood there with him " Who are you? "
everyone gawks at Scarlett with widen eyes as they assumed she made a huge blunder to directly call out but surprisingly That guy answered

I scanned people who are standing in front of me, especially one girl who has attracted my attention that blonde-haired with Purple eyes. the girl wearing black colored clothes and her milky white skin making her more beautiful in that dress, her elegant curves making me Stare at her as long as I can
Thankfully everyone decided to leave me alone if they left by themselves it will be good for me but that blond came forward with asking the questions

" Don .. wow nice name and I am Scarlett maybe you saw me on the TV " Scarlett took a deep breath and started walking towards Don slowly, Gabriel tried to stop her but she gestures not to interfere
" So why are you here sir?" asked Scarlett.
" I don't remember "
" what you don't ... ok forget it .. can you tell me where are you from? " Scarlett stops in tracks after hearing Dons answer but again she quickly changed the topic
" Underworld " Don replied casually as he checked surrounding areas
everyone looks at each other and starts laughing nervously.
" that's a good one .... " Lee said as he came close to Gabriel with Mira
Mira mumbled softly " You are too funny Don " she laughed little but again after seeing Dons expressionless face she shivered in fear
Scarlett glances back at them and again asked standing in front of Don " Mr. Don ... are you lost ?"
" Yes... "
Scarlett stared at the snake nervously before asking further questions " did you kill him ?"
as if she wanted to continue the friendly conversation between them
" No "
but nobody believed his words they thought this guy is lying for some reason and it's not possible that he just standing here soaked in wet clothes near the giant dead snake
Gabriel came forward as wanting to soften the tense atmosphere, he places both hands on the snakes purple scales and started rubbing his hands with great interest
" it didn't have battle injuries "
" expect his twisted neck," Mira said observing snake
Scarlett just watching them in inquisitiveness
" hey if you permitted us to film this snake on our news telecast then we will more than happy to tell everyone that you killed this monster " Mira announced excitedly
" I am not the one who killed this thing nor I have any complaint even if you filmed this but Don't mention me " Don turned to leave
" hey wait a minute sir ...how about this we will help you to get out of this forest and in return, you will allow us to telecast this news? " Scarlett lets out Loudly but in a sweet tone

After hearing her I halted my movements, it's great if these people helped me to get out of this deadly forest, for now, in the future I will find another way to get stronger but after a nap...
I nodded in agreement, and they jumped on the ground with happiness, looking at them I thought these humans are unpredictable sometimes
they turned on the camera and proceeded to film the Purple snake, that blond girl started speaking in front of that small camera. but I barely able to look away from her beautiful face. I can't deny the fact that this girl named Scarlett Looked like a goddess
, Again that muscular man approached beside me
" what are you going to do with his purple skin and large fangs " Gabriel scratch his hairless head
" I don't know if you want you can take it just give me a place to stay, " I said without looking at him
he shocked staring at me and the snake
" you mean you don't want anything from it... if you sell it on the market you will get thousands of dollars from his skin and fangs "
I just glance at Scarlett as she is reporting in front of a camera
after they finished reporting they approached me with a cute smile on their faces especially that girl named Mira she is jumping in excitement like before
"Thank you so much, Mr. Don, for letting us film this dead guy " Scarlett bows her head and Mira followed her with Lee
" Are you sure about this Mr. Don " Gabriel looks dubiously, everyone glances at him.
I looked at him curiously to watch his expression and saw his mixed expressions like the same time he was happy and sad
" yeah, and besides, I need a place to stay for few days if you help me ..."
" place to stay ... what do you mean by that Mr. Don .. you don't have a home? " Scarlett said in a concerned tone as her expression changed drastically.
I just looked at her purple glinting eyes and more sadness falls over her face
" Mr. Don offering us snakeskin and fangs and in return, he only needs a home to stay " Gabriel replied in a cheerful tone
" No we can't take that and if he only needs a home. then he is more than welcome to stay with me " Scarlett lets out loudly as she glares at Gabriel
As she said those words, I doubted the books that I have read about these humans, humans always run after money and they don't even love their kind but this girl ...is different
" Yeah we don't want anything " Lee peeps at the snake making a sad face
Scarlett gave me reassuring smile and said " if you want to stay somewhere you can stay with me... I mean my flat is so big and I live alone there "
" I don't want any debt on my head... if you consider my offer then I will consider yours " I avert my gaze away
It's not like I don't want to stay with her but I don't want any liability to protect in the future when I still not able to protect myself, I decided to leave them to see if they are willing to cooperate with me or not
" wait .. where are you going didn't you said you don't have a home? " Scarlett said as she wanted to stop me from leaving
As I avert back, she glanced at the snake and started scratching her head
" how about I just take fangs "
Gabriel smiled and let out " then it's final, you take fangs and we will take some of the skin and after selling it on the market we will divide it into four parts me, Lee, Mira, and Don " everyone quickly agreed
" I don't want anything else " I glare at them as I started to hate these humans for being too friendly with me...
