Chapter 387: Dead!

Zhenyi immediately disconnected the call with Alcina and dialled her father's number. Xin Yichen was not in the country recently. For some unspeakable reasons, he had left the country two months ago. Now that she thought back to how he informed her that he would be out of the country especially when his daughter's trial was about to take place, she found it quite fishy. What could be the reason for his sudden disappearance other than the possibility that he had hidden some other children of his in another country? 

The call connected and Xin Yichen's surprised voice rang in her ear. "Zhen Zhen, are you alright?"

It was midnight where Xin Yichen was currently. He was stunned to find Zhenyi calling him so late at night. Seeing her number flashing on his phone screen, he felt a sudden rush of fear as if something was not fine with her.
