Chapter 2: OLIVIA TOWN
A fantasy game where you can enjoy your fantasy life to the fullest.
But that wasn't the case in Divine Union Online, instead of fun they were transported into a death game.
No one saw it coming, but they still have hope, if they managed to defeat the Demon Lord they can be free again.
Freedom is what makes life meaningful.
All the players including Leafa and Haruto were like a bird that's trying to break in his cage in order to be free.
After the players leave the biggener's town Haruto and Leafa started their own journey to defeat the Demon Lord.
They decided to go to a town called Olivia Town.
"My name is Haruto Yuzaki, I've always been alone, my parents always busy in work that they don't have time to talk to me, I don't even have any friends so I use most of my time to play games, even back in the beta test I don't have anyone to party with."
Haruto was an only child in his family, his family don't talk too much on him so he decided to play games all the time.
"Haruto wake up, Haruto, Haruto."
"Huh? who is it, such nice voice, I wonder when is the last time I heard such a voice."
"You're finally awake, we need to go, let's hurry."
"That's right, I forgot i finally have someone who would talk to me and stay beside me"
"Yeah let's go Leafa we need to go there by night."
Having someone beside you, having someone to care about you and someone you can trust is the best treasures that not even the hardest dungeon have.
Haruto realized that after traveling with Leafa for 2 days and 1 night.
It's already 2 days and 1 night since the two of them leave the biggener's town and started their journey to defeat the Demon Lord.
By the time passed they finally arrived in Olivia Town, a town were so lively.
But Haruto noticed something is not right, so he's asked Leafa.
"Leafa isn't it a bit wierd that there's so many people in here even though we didn't encounter any players in the way here?"
"Now that you mention it, it is wierd where did they come from?
Haruto think hard about it, and realized something and shouted in the middle of the town.
Leafa was so shocked that Haruto shouted so loud.
"Haruto what's wrong, were in the middle of the town."
"Leafa, what do you think will be the reactions of the players after they leave the biggener's town?"
"Let's see , I'm sure they're really depressed by now, because they can't get out of the game."
"Yeah, that's right, but look around you don't you notice something is wierd?"
Leafa look around, and was really shocked when she realized it, the people weren't depressed instead they enjoy their lives, it's like it's normal for them.
"Haruto, do you know what's going on here?"
"There's only one explanation to this, it's that they aren't players, they're town's people."
Town's people were a people from the game that don't have any will and they can't think for themselves, they are non player characters or NPC's.
Haruto explained to Leafa what he thinks, when Leafa heard it she was so shocked.
"Just what is going on here?"
