Daphne saw a back of a boy while he is in front a canvass that has an image painted on it. She was curious about that boy so she decided to go near him. When she was behind him she was shocked on what he painted. An image of a her who is sitting in front of the lake that surrounded with a beautiful flowers and cherry blossom trees. When Daphne saw his painted image she don’t know but there is something on it that trigger her heart beats past. She decided to tap the shoulder of the boy she suddenly woke up.
Daphne didn’t know what to do. She feel her heart with her hands and beats fast as if she runs a mile. She was speechless on what she dream. As if her dream was true. She was so confused and don’t know how to react. What was that dream all about? Was it just a dream or there is a meaning of that dream that’s why she is affected with that dream. It feels like her dream was true.
She check the time and it’s already midnight. She try to go back to sleep but because of that dream that keep echoing in her mind repeatedly she can’t get her sleep back so she decided go outside her cabin to breathe some fresh air just to calm her heart.
Daphne ho to the deck of the ship to feel the breeze of the sea. She was about to sit in the vacant seat when someone caught her attention. A boy who was holding a sketch pad and a pencil and seriously sketching something to it. Her heart skip just like the reaction of her heart in her dream. As if this is the boy in her dream. Could it possibly be real or am I just over reacting things?
She keeps on staring at that boy when suddenly the boy turn his eyes on her way. They met their gaze towards each other. She recognized the boy, he is the boy in the resto awhile ago whom her friends was saying. No doubt why he gets the attention of her friends. She is really handsome. When she saw his full features she could not help but to admire her own elegance. From his eyes that has the deepest black shade color combined with his chinky eyes. Thick and naturally shaped eyebrows match with a thick long eyelashes that adds the boldness on his eyes. Perfectly sculpted nose. His heart shape thin red lips match with a dimple on his both cheeks. Plus manly shape face that completes the perfection of his look. Firm and fully sculpted body that any man and woman adores. In short, he is a Goddess looking man.
She kept staring at that man that’s why she was not aware that the boy walk towards her direction. She just came back to her senses when he started to talk.
“Hey miss, are you okay?” He ask her.
“Uh… aah… uhm… yeah I’m okay.” She just said to him.
On the other hand. Jaime didn’t expect that he was taking conversation with this girl right now. He is overwhelm on the way his dream girl stares at her with adoration plastered on his eyes.
Even until now he can’t believe that he found the girl that he’d been longing to see. And he was glad that he has given this opportunity to be with her this moment.
“You really sure your okay miss?” Jaime ask her again.
“Yeah surely I am. I’m sorry if I interrupt you on what you are doing. Just continue what you are doing. Don’t mind me.” She said to him.
"No, it’s okay. I just taught your not okay so I decided to go near you. By the way I’m Jaime Montereal.” He told her while offering a hand shake to this beautiful lady in front of him.
“Daphne Yvonette del Frado.” Formally talking to him as if she is dealing business and take her hand to handshake.
“How are you connected to DEL FRADO TRANSCORP.?” Jaime asking her again.
“I’m actually the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. del Frado. I’m glad you know about our TransCorp.” She told him while smiling.
How I love seeing those smile in person.
“Yeah, I always get the service of you Travel Agency every time I travel. Your TransCorp was really satisfying so I choose it to be my travel buddy. I always traveling around the globe just to have a subject on my artworks.” Jaime said in return and smile at her too.
“I’m pleasure to know that you are satisfied on our services Mr. Montereal. Nice knowing you but I think I got to go back to my cabin now. I’m already drowsy. Got to go now, nice meeting you.” Daphne bid her goodbye.
“Pleasure to meet you and knowing you too Daphne. And by the way just call me by my name. Hope to see you around.” Jaime wave at her and offering her sweetest smile that he can give.
When finally Daphne’s not in sight. Jaime could not help but to feel relieve for having the chance to know the girl he’d been longing for. He was glad having ‘lil chitchat with her and hoping that next time he will talk to her much longer.
After a bit while Jaime decided to go back to where he was before to fix and get her things and decided to go back to his cabin plastering a wide smile on her face.
Meanwhile on Daphne’s side she never stops thinking about her little encounter with Jaime. His sweet killer smile that gives her heart a fast beating. She really can’t believe how her heart react for just a simple smile. Just one smile of him and Daphne trembles on her feet. That how strong of affection he had given to her.
Not just that there is also one thing that came crashing on her mind. Could it be possible that Jaime and the boy in her dream was same person?
Maybe she’s being too paranoid. Daphne convince herself that maybe she was just lack of sleep that’s why she’s overthinking things. She tried to refresh and calm her mind but the image of Jaime smiling at her was the one she remember before she sleep.
