Chapter 107: JUST LET ME SLEEP FOR A BIT DAMN IT!!!
Sekke soon let go of Secre but still kept an eye on her.
Secre was confused by the attention she was receiving from Sekke but never the less, felt happy about it.
'...He said he won't let go of me...' thought Secre as a slight blush appeared on the bird's cheek as she nuzzled her head to Sekke's.
Vanessa was talking to her mother and explained her reasoning about the red thread of fate to her.
But the witch queen just ignored her daughter as she was still recovering from fear. Once she got over it, her usual cold look came back as she told Vanessa that she accepts that she was defeated by them and decided to let her go.
She then used her healing magic and covered the whole Witch's forest in a cocoon of blood and started healing all the people who were in it including Sekke's friends as well.
Sekke looked at the witch queen and sighed seeing that she didn't have any intention to fight.
"It's finally over," said Sekke as he lost some strength and fell to his knees.
"Huh? Looks like the cat took too much out of me," muttered Sekke as his eyes started to close as well.
Secre panicked seeing her partner fall, and so did the rest of the black bulls who were now conscious as well.
They rushed to his side as Sekke saw the blurry figure of his friends gather around him.
"...Everyone, I am sorry for what.....I di.....d" muttered Sekke and soon fell asleep.
The others got even more worried thinking that Sekke was dying and apologizing for any mistakes he caused for them. Vanessa who knew what Sekke was talking about laughed and just looked at him with a fond smile.
"I am glad that you are back to normal Sekke-kun," muttered Vanessa.
The other black bulls didn't hear Vanessa and continued panicking.
"OI!! SEKKE DON'T DIE!! I STILL HAVE TO SURPASS YOU AND SHOW YOU THAT I CAN BECOME THE WIZARD KING!!! THEN I WILL MARRY SISTER LILY AND YOU HAVE TO ATTEND MY WEDDING AS MY BEST MAN!!!" declared Asta as he continued to cry but immediately got smacked by Noelle who heard him talking about marrying sister Lily.
"Sekke! You cannot die! I am ordering you to not die! I am a royal so follow my order!!! I still haven't shown you that I can control my magic perfectly so get back up. You still have to teach me and feel proud of me when I can master my mana control." declared Noelle.
"Oi! Sekke-kun wake up! I still have to set you up on various dates with all sorts of girls as your senpai and invite you to various mixers as well. Who is going to be my wingman if you just die like this?!" said Finral as tears came out of his mouth.
"*CLANK**CLANK**CLANK**CLANK*..." said Ainz as he got emotional and forgot that he cannot speak as his teeth just clunked together.
Secre was slapping Sekke's cheeks with her wings trying to bring he partner back to life.
'Get up you idiot! You told me that you won't let go of me! How dare you die!! I still have to confess to you!! Wake up, you bastard!! Didn't you say that you will become the dark lord?!?! Wake up.' thought Secre
"...JUST LET ME SLEEP FOR A BIT DAMN IT" roared Sekke in frustration shocking all of them as they looked at Sekke.
Soon all of them jumped at the dark lord and cried in happiness seeing that Sekke was alive.
"Hey let go of me you idiots I am tired," complained Sekke as he pushed his friends away from him.
"UWAA!!! SEKKE YOU ARE ALIVE!!" cried Asta.
"Don't yell when you are this close to me!"
"H-Hmph, it wasn't like I was worried about you or anything," said Noelle.
"I heard everything you said so don't play the tsunders card right now!"
"Sekke-kun, I am so glad that you didn't die," said Finral.
"How can you just assume that I will die?!"
"*CLANK**CLANK**CLANK*," said Ainz.
"YOU CANNOT EVEN SPEAK!!"
Sekke retorted to all of them while the rest of the black bulls just ignored that and felt glad that Sekke didn't die.
Seeing that his words were not working Sekke sighed and just let the idiots tire themselves out.
He looked at Vanessa who chuckled seeing the scene and turned towards her with a serious look on his face.
Feeling the serious atmosphere, the black bulls stopped their shenanigans and moved away from Sekke as Vanessa looked at Sekke with a confused look on her face which turned into a shock when Sekke immediately bowed his head in front of her.
"Vanessa-san...I apologize for what I did to your home...I lost control. Even if I am the great dark lord...I shouldn't have done that." said Sekke.
The other black bulls looked at the scene with confusion not knowing what was going on, but Vanessa who knew all that walked towards Sekke and bent down to his level, and gestured him to look up.
She then continued to hug Sekke surprising the dark lord who was ready to hear some harsh words or even receive a beating from her.
"I am glad that you are back Sekke-kum. I am glad. Don't worry about it. I forgive you. Just don't go out of control like that ever again." said Vanessa as she continued to hug Sekke.
"...Got it. I promise you that I won't get out of control like that...probably," replied Sekke immediately earning a smack from Vanessa who stopped hugging him and said, "What the hell was that probably?!"
"Eh? I mean I will try my best but I can't guarantee that it won't happen again. Who knows the situation might need for the great dark lord to go out of control and destroy everything, right?!" said Sekke.
"Right, my foot!!" complained Vanessa as she smacked Sekke once again.
"Vaness-san what is happening here? What are the two of you talking about?" asked Noelle.
Sekke and Vanessa looked toward her and then looked back at each other.
Sekke opened his arms and the red cat jumped towards him as Sekke caught it and patted its head.
"Nothing much, it's just that I went out of control after seeing Secre die in front of me and erased the whole witch's forest out of existence and tried to kill you all," said Sekke as he caressed the cat's chin making it purr in bliss.
The other just started at Sekke as they blinked their eyes for a while. But soon all of them snapped out of their trance and widened their eyes in shock.
"EHHHHH!!!!"
"Well let's get going then seeing that our job is done...wait where is the witch bitch? We still have to take the magic stone," said Sekke as he stood up with the cat in his hands.
"Wait wait wait? What the hell was that?" asked Asta.
"Just leave it Asta it will go over your head," said Sekke.
"Oi! How dare you! Nothing goes over my head! My reflexes are too fast, I will catch it." replied Asta.
The others just stared at the bared-chested muscle shorty with a deadpan look on their faces as Sekke started to walk towards the witch queen's home to get their payment.
