Ava
After Stefan's little out burst. Elijah decided to as about the doppelganger.
"Stefan where is the lovely Elena tonight."
"I don't know ask Damon." Nik Isabel and I couldn't help but laugh a little. Isabel told me the little doppelganger switched brothers. As Elijah looked at all three of us, especially me in confusion. Niklaus decided to take the lead on this one.
"I'm sorry you missed so much. Ah, trouble in paradise." Nik reached for his wife's hand we both were smiling in delight. I love this, little Elena seeming as innocent. The Petrova bloodline always breaking up brothers. For their own selfish reasons.
"One more word about Elena, and this dinner is over." Poor Stefan betrayed once again for a doppelganger. I looked to Isabel who seemed to enjoy this little moment as was I.
"You know what, probably best just to keep Elena in the don't not discuss pile." Isabel and Nik were loving this most of all. As Nik sarcastically put his finger to his lip. As a way of him being quiet.
I was sitting their smiling, Elijah and I had eye contact. Silently telling me to control myself.
"You're probably right." Isabel said as she set wine glass down looking at me.
"Its just the allure of the Petrova doppelganger, is still so strong what do you say brother? Should we tell them about Tatia?" Why would Nik bring her up the mention her name makes my blood boil.
Elijah reached for my had looking at me with shame in his eyes. While I looked at both Nik and Isabel. Isabel was giving me guilty look. Both of us hate Tatia. Isabel knows how much I despise her she squeezed Niks hand causing him to look at her. He kissed her hand and brought his attention back to Elijah. Not wanting to look at me.
"Now why should we discuss matters long since resolved?" Trying to get Nik to drop the damn subject.
"Well given their shared affection for both Elena and Katerina. I think our guests might be curious to learn about the originator of the Petrova line." Isabel was staring at me, both of sharing the same look as her husband continued. Pushing the subject until Damon decided he wanted to hear it as well.
"Well were not going anywhere Elijah please. Do tell." Elijah gave me a reassuring squeeze and brought my hand to his lips. As he began to tell the story of Tatia while downed my wine getting served more. Isabel was doing the same thing.
"When our family first settled here there was a girl named Tatia. She was an exquisite beauty. Every boy of age desired to be her suitor. Even though she'd had a child by another man. And none loved her more than Niklaus."
"OH I'd say there was one. Who loved her at least as much." Niklaus and Elijah both looking at eachother. Elijah turned his attention on me we gave eachother reassuring smiles again as did Isa and Nik. While Isa glared daggers at her husband for bringing this up.
"Wait a minute so both of you loved the same girl?" Our attention turned to Stefan who chuckled. If only I could kill him now. I would freeze him inside out. Mailing whatever is left to dreadful doppelganger. Elijah decided to continue.
"Our mother was a very powerful with. She sought to end our feud over Tatia. And so she took her. And Klaus and I would later learn that it was Tatia's blood that we consumed in the wine on the night where our mother performed the spell which turned us into vampires. Tatia wouldn't make a decisionbetween the two of us. So for a time Niklaus and I grew estranged. Harsh words were traded. We even came to blows didn't we, brother?"
"But in the end we recognized the sacred bond of family." Both boys decided to say the family mantra.
" Family above all." As we all clicked out glasses together. Repeating it.
"So when did you both decide to get married, who ended up with Tatia?" Damon asked us.
"Well who should go first, sister would you like the honors?" Isabel asked as she was setting her whine glass down while. We both turned around heads to the Salvatore brothers.
"Mmm, of course. Our marriage wasn't our choice to make Mikeal was a very impatient. Tatia was taking to long to decide she was making the process of choosing long. So my father and Mikeal had an agreement. Why not marry me and Elijah. But no one knew that Niklaus and Isabel had secretly gotten married. The night before the ceremony both our parents Elijah and I had dinner. Where Mikeal and my father announced the agreement that Elijah and I were to married." I turned my head towards Elijah giving him a smile he returned kissing my hand.
"So wait you two just stayed together all this time. Even though you didn't love eachother." Stefan asked unfazed while Damon looked almost amazed at us
"Wow, now thats a strong marriage. Elijah must be the happiest mad in the world." Damon responded while eating.
Elijah was looking down at his food ashamed to say anything. So I gave a sigh and decided to help him out.
"Well we aren't perfect. But we try our best to make it we both made a promise together always and forever." Elijah finally looked at me and agreed. Pulling me towards him by my waist planting a kiss on my cheek. I love the look he was giving me so full of love. The only thing I've been wanting for a thousand years.
"Dear sister, its your turn." Isabel and Niklaus had pulled their attention from me and Elijah to the brothers who looked at them waiting for theirs Damon almost looking hopeful.
Me and Elijah had gone back to staring at eachother. While Isabel started talking.

I glanced one last time to Elijah and Ava, the couple looking at eachother with love until they looked back at their hands still together.
"Well Niklaus and I were childhood best friends our mothers bonded over witch craft. As we grew the feelings for eachother had grown. Niklaus and I had told eachother how we felt. Soon after Niklaus had let go of Tatia. We married a month later but since we got married in secret came home told our parents everyone but Mikeal was happy we had a new ceremony. The same night Mikeal had announced to us all that Elijah and Ava were to marry. A little while after we became the Originals." The brothers looked at us in amazement. Niklaus brought my hand to his lips.
"And its been an amazing 1000 years together. I'd have it no other way." We both shared a kiss. I was truly happy, the world and these fledglings see him as a monster but he is the greatest man who has ever walked this earth and I'd have it no other way.
"We've always remained together. Always and forever." Elijah and Ava raised their glasses.
"Always and Forever, family above all."Elijah began before we all repeated it clincking our wine glasses together.
While the servers were cleaning up everything. Elijah had decided to speak up.
"So why don't we move this evening along. And discuss the terms of the proposal."
"Well its very simple, Klaus gets his coffins back. In exchange, he and the original extended family leave Mystic Falls forever. Me Stefan and Elena live happily ever after. No grudges." I looked at him with a smirk matching my husband's. While Ava positionedherself to say something.
"Deal sounds fair, brother." Elijah nodding his head in agreement.
"I don't thing you understand. I can't do that because, Elena's doppelganger blood ensures that I will always have more hybrids to fight those who oppose us." Nik placed his lips on my hand as he continued. "I will never leave her behind.
"Lets say we do leave her here under your protection. What then? How long before on one of you turns her into a vampire?" Setting my glass down I looked at both brothers when Ava spoke up again.
"Or worse how long before she dies caught between your feuding?" Nik had pointed to both me and Ava agreeing with both our points.Well she's not wrong there but it wouldn't be so bad if she did.
"You see. Each one of you truly believes that you're the one that can protect her. And that is simply a delusion. Gentleman the worst thing for Elena Gilbert is the two of you." Nik had finished looking over at Damon who had a pained look in on his face.
"I'm going to get some air." As he winked excusing himself outside.
"Let me deal with this." Elijah had kissed Ava on the head before following Damon out.
"Well all this talking had made me thirsty. Sister would you join me?" Ava began to stand and I graciously followed behind her to find two servers in the kitchen and feeding on them.
After a draining them out we move back to the dining room.
"Well I guess the only reason you agreed to this evening Klaus is to drive a wedge between me and my brother."
"OH no your doing that well enough on you own."
"Because of Elena your going to lose your brother and you'll only have to blame yourself." I cut off Nik before he says anything else joining him in his awaiting arms for me.
"What do you say Klaus? Its time for you to put something on the table. We've mad our offer. Now you counter." Ava and Elijah stand behind me and Nik and we sit.
"OK, I offer Elenas future happiness. You see what she needs right now is to be rid of you lot, and fall in love with a human." Me and Nik turn to each other while I finish for him.
"Maybe that nice football player. You now the blonde one."
"Matt Donovan? Really?" Damon almost made it sound disgusting.
"Yeah why not? They'll marry live a long and fruitful life, and pop out a perfect family." Nik and I looking at eachother in agreement.
"And continue the Petrova bloodline. Every few hundred years, you'll have a new doppelganger to drain. And never run out of hybrids right, Klaus."
"Consider it a small return on my investment in her wellbeing." Nik moves to my shoulders to massage them before continuing.
"See after you hand me back the coffin. Ill ensure her safety for the rest of her natural life. You know its whats best for her. So, what do u say Stefan? Hmm? Do we have a deal." Nik begins to move away from me and towards Stefan as he does the same thing. Going to shake his hand with me not to far from my husband.
"Nice try Klaus. But not deal."
Nik looks back at me Nik and I begin forcing Stefan to his knees while Nik puts his hand in the flame.
At the same time Ava and Elijah restrain Damon from us.
"Stop!" Damon says as Stefan oy groans in pain.
"Now bring me my coffin. Before I burn him alive." Nik faces Damon as I hold Stefan still and Ava lets go of Damon.
"I'll get it." Damon leaves thought the door while. While Nik asks Elijah to follow.
"Go with him, brother. You keep him honest. When you return I will make good on my promise to you, and I will hand over our family.
Elijah goes outside with Damon. Not before telling Ava to stay behind and giving eachother a kiss on the lips. While I let Stefan go and move towards Ava.
While Nik still has a hold on Stefan.
"Go ahead kill me i know you'll do it when he brings the coffin." Stefan already annoys me with his tough act.
"You really have given up haven't you, huh?" Glaring daggers at him while Nik continues.
"Where's the fight? Where's the ripper?" Nik says as they shove eachother away.
"Elijah, why haven't you left?"
"Well, where are your manners brother? You forgot dessert." As a server comes up with a tray. Elijah revealing the daggers.
"What have you done?" As Nik makes sure im away from him.
"What have u done? See I've learned not to trust your vulgar promises, Klaus. Were doing this on my terms now." Eliah rushes towards me and Ava backing us away as Kol comes in.
"Kol." Nik begins to back away as Elijah's grip on me becomes tighter.
"Long time, brother." Kol begins as Finn rushes in grabbing a dagger.
"FINN DONT!" I cried out from behind Elijah. Finn plunges a dagger in to Niks hand.
Nik tries to run to the other room as Rebekah emerges. Plunging a dagger in his abdomen. Whispering
"This is for our mother." In Niks ear, Kol comes from behind as everyone circles him. Elijah excuses the Salvatore brothers.
I began to see red. I apologized to Ava and threw Elijah to a wall throwing off Rebekah, Kol, and Finn. As the siblings got back up and raced over I was standing protectively in front ot Nik.
"Isa move out of the way." Rebekah had warned with worry lacing in her voice as she spoke to her sister.
"Come on Bells move aside, how can you still defend him after everything he's done." Kol spoke impatiently.
"All my husband has ever done was protect each of you."
"I don't see how plunging a dagger in our chests is protecting." Kol answered sarcastically. As I scoffed at him.
"Finn we had to dagger you because you hated what we were. You could've cared less if Mikeal was trying to kill us. And you Kol killing, leaving bodies scattered. Begging Mikeal to come find us. You Rebekah that night you waited to for Stefan had we stayed any longer all three of us would be dead now. And if we had left you what makes you think Mikeal wouldn't have tortured you to find out where Nik was or killed you for not telling him." I was angry all three of them looking down in shame knowing is was right.
"I'm sorry Bells." Kol spoke first coming up to hug me and help Nik off the floor.
"I'm sorry to." Bekah rushed to hug me crying in my shoulder. Going to hug Ava who was standing their just as mad.
"Forgive me." Was all Finn could say before we all hugged each other. As the rest of them hugged Ava welcoming her back to our family.
We herd the door creaking open the stood Ester looking at us.
"Mother." Was all Bekah could say to our mother.
Ester had slowly approached us turning her attention to Klaus.
"Look at me." Ester had demanded.
"Niklaus do you know why I'm here." Asked Ester. Nik then pulled me behind him.
"To kill me." Nik answered her. When she touched his face.
"Niklaus you are my son. I came here to forgive you." She turned to the rest of us.
"I want us to be a family again." Shock filled our faces again Ava and I looked at eachother something was wrong I looked at Ester she had hidden intentions.
